Chapter 2

Proper Introduction

Wheeljack didn't know what to do with the human who was in his back seat sleeping. The place had cleared out and it was getting close to dawn. Grunting he put himself into gear and started driving off. If the human girl…Lindsey did wake up while he was doing this it would not be pretty…not pretty at all. Just as he thought that he felt her move a little bit over his seats. His spark leapt a little bit hoping that she would stay asleep. Lucky for him Primus was on his side and allowed the human female to stay sleeping.

Driving the roads were nothing new to him, since he had been on Earth he found an Earth vehicle to scan and was now a racecar of some kind. He didn't know the names of the cars he just knew that if he could transform into them that's all that mattered. Then something happened that made him wish he was still at the concert place. "Hey Miko…where are we going? Are you feeling better?" Lindsey spoke as she slowly sat up in the back seat. When she looked at the driver's seat and saw no one driving her eyes went wide eyed.

"Uh…hello?" he squeaked.

"Settle down, buckle up. Miko is sick and I'm taking you to her." Wheeljack spoke with irritation in his voice.

"Oh. My. God!" She screamed. "This is so cool! Wow! What are you!? When did you get here? How long have you known Miko?" Lindsey asked and her mouth started going a mile a minute.

"Listen kid. I'll let Miko tell you everything when we get to her. And then I'll let my leader, Optimus Prime, explain to you what we are, but in the meantime sit back." He replied wrapping his seatbelts around her and pulling her back. Lindsey's eyes grew even larger. If he kept surprising her like this then her eyes may pop out of her head. He then decided to put some music on. Considering the music they listened to last night he found a metal station and started playing it softly.

"Oh come on man! That's not how you play metal music! You blare it!" she exclaimed and tried to lean forward to turn up the music but Wheeljack just pulled her back.

"When I'm driving, which is all the time, I decide on how loud the music is played." Wheeljack replied and then turned up the music a little bit louder to make her happy which it did. She started head banging and singing along with the lead singer. She practically knew every song that came on the radio.

"So…I don't know your name but I'm Lindsey."

"I know, Miko told me. And I am Wheeljack a Wrecker for the Autobots." Wheeljack replied.

"Wreckers? Autobots?" She asked giving him a funny look.

"As I said Optimus will tell you everything. Miko…she'll tell you the rest and all the missions she has been on with the Autobots." Spoke Wheeljack.

Lindsey's facial features were of shock and excitement when they started driving towards a mountain they turned into fear and worry. When the door slid open and they entered the Autobot base, a tunnel that took them to the main base, as you would say: Where all the magic happens. When they came to a stop Lindsey looked out of Wheeljack's window to see giant robots standing around. The door opened up for her and Wheeljack's voice filled her ears. "Time to get out."

Lindsey made a little squeak and slowly climbed out of Wheeljack who transformed when he knew she was away from him. She turned around to see Wheeljack in his true form and her jaw dropped. She had been riding inside of him!? She then heard a big booming voice. She looked to see where it came from and found a large red and blue giant robot, the biggest of them all standing before her.

"Lindsey, what you see here is your government's most top secret in history. We are Autonomous Robotic Organisms from the planet Cybertron, we but are also known as Autobots." Optimus spoke.

Lindsey turned her attention to the other kids who were there. Jack and Raf were standing there listening to the whole spill. Apparently they had already heard it because they were talking amongst themselves. Then there was a giant green one which kind of looked like the vehicle they went riding in to see Manowar.

She went running up to him and looked up, "Excuse me…are you friends with Miko?"

"Yes, I am her guardian."

"I knew it! You were the one who took us to see Manowar along with Wheeljack last night!" She exclaimed.

"Yes…"

"See what you have done Bulkhead!? We have to deal with another Miko! And we thought we could only deal with one. Now TWO!" cried the white one with medical markings on it.

Wheeljack walked over to her and retorted to Ratchet, "Hey Doc, give the girl a chance. Yes she may be a little like Miko, maybe even become a wrecker herself."

Lindsey looked up at Wheeljack with shock on her face. He was standing up for her and she didn't fully understand why, but she wasn't going to ask. "She's your charge Wheeljack, do not come complaining to me if she gets on your nerves."

"Come on Doc, I don't complain about Miko, why would I complain about Lindsey?" he asked.

"For the last time, Wheeljack stop calling me Doc!"

"Fine…Ratchet." He mumbled. Then looked down at Lindsey, "So, you want to go for a real Wrecker, Autobot spin?"

Lindsey's eyes grew big and exclaimed, "Yes! But I need to find out where Miko is. I need to know if she's okay."

"She's fine, she sleeping right now. She was not feeling too good last night." Bulkhead replied.

"So it would be fine if I went out on a spin?"

"I'll let her know that you were concerned about her when she wakes up."

"Thanks Bulkhead!" She exclaimed and watched in fascination on how Wheeljack transformed and opened the driver's side door.

"Hop in."

Lindsey eagerly jumped in and fastened her seatbelt and allowed Wheeljack to do the driving. This time it would be much better since she had fully met everyone on the team and now was part of the team herself. Wheeljack pushed the pedal to the metal and had them out of them in a matter of seconds. "Whoo hoo!" she cried out enjoying the fast and furious moment of driving fast on the roads.

"Yeah, you and I are going to get along just fine kid." Wheeljack laughed.

"Of course we are! If you get along with Miko who is practically my sister, then we're going to get along just fine." She laughed. They came to a cliff and Wheeljack came to a speeding halt. "Aw come on let's have some fun Wheeljack! Let's conquer this cliff!"

Wheeljack pulled forward a little bit to see how steep the cliff was, seeing it was straight down he rolled back a little bit. "I don't think so Lindsey…it's a straight shot down."

"Ah come on it'll be fun!" She cried out and before he knew what was happening she stomped on his gas pedal and they went barreling over the cliff. She was screaming with the adrenaline rushing through her veins and as for Wheeljack…he was trying all his might figuring out how to land smoothly without hurting the human female. Scanning the area to make sure there were no other humans around he transformed around her and landed on his feet.

"And that's why when I say no, I mean no." He grumbled. She didn't answer, but he did suddenly hear an awful noise come from inside and then her banging on him from the inside. He opened up his chest to see Lindsey slowly coming out.

"Okay…don't do that again…I'm going to have to clean your inside now because I heaved on everything." Lindsey spoke. She was extremely green.

Wheeljack didn't know what to do…Bulkhead had said something happened like this to him and Miko except Miko was a stole away and had heaved on his floor mats. He sat the human on the ground and transformed. As for Lindsey she crawled into the back and allowed Wheeljack to drive them back to the Autobot base so that she could clean him out.

When they arrived Bulkhead was the first one to notice, "Back so soon?"

"I transformed and she got sick." Wheeljack replied not at all happy.

Bulkhead laughed and spoke, "Yup it sounds like she's Miko's twin. I'll see if Miko is better."

Lindsey hopped out of Wheeljack and pulled out his floor mats and sprayed them with a hose and made sure to have them squeaky clean as well as the inside. She sprayed everything down which made Wheeljack close his door and lock it. "Wheeljack, it's the only way to get you smelling better again."

"If you hadn't have heaved this wouldn't have happened.

"And if you hadn't transformed I wouldn't have heaved." She exclaimed.

"Then you shouldn't have stepped on my gas pedal."

"You should have activated your emergency break." She spoke. It kind of sounded like they were having that debate that Belle and Beast had after he had saved her from the wolves except it was about heaving and pressing on the gas pedal. If any other human were around they would have laughed. "Okay Wheeljack open up the doors so I can clean you out and we don't have to deal with this anymore."

Wheeljack slowly opened the door and allowed her to clean the inside and get all the human projected stuff out of him. Though to his surprise he had found out that he was quite ticklish and kept squirming which made the cleaning much difficult for Lindsey. "You don't stop I'll make sure to tickle you with no remorse."

"I can't help it." Wheeljack exclaimed in defense.

"Like I haven't heard that before." She retorted and continued to clean. Bulkhead watched from a distance with a still sick Miko in his hand and chuckled at the scene. Apparently all Autobots were ticklish from the inside.
