"Really? Are you REALLY doing this again?" Karkat said a voice slightly more angrier than his natural aggravated tone. He struggled to keep drawing with the blue chalk Terezi had loaned him while a hand tried to take it away.

"Yeah," the simple reply came from the boy kneeling beside him, making the troll with nubby horns even more furious.

"You know what, Strider?" Karkat muttered still gripping the powdery colored stick with one hand. He'd use both if he could but the other hand was placed firmly on the asphalt he was previously writing on to keep his balance. The blond also had a firm grasp on the chalk and pulled as they fought for it. "You are the worst fucking human I've ever had the displeasure of meeting!" His hate for the human started to spiral out of control. He despised Dave. He despised him so much.

"Yell all you want, I just don't want you drawing anymore of your shitty shippings." Dave said cooly, a smirk played upon his face. This earned a growl from the cancer-sign alien.

"That's not what I'm doing," Karkat protested and felt something snap inside, "but you'd love that, wouldn't you, asshole? You'd love it if I drew you and me together!" Karkat mentally slapped himself. That's not what he meant to say. It's just like his hate for Strider became so overwhelming that his subconscious pushed that out of him. At least, it might scare Strider off and away from him, he thought.

"Maybe."

Before he had the chance to respond, a surprisingly extra hard tug made Karkat lurch forward and flinch. When his black eyes opened fully again, he noticed that his face was dangerously close to Dave's strange pink one. His lips awfully close to another pair. The black-haired teen felt as if his face were on fire, the temperature growing even hotter when Strider flashed a sly smile. His grip loosened on the crayon shaped chalk.

"Physce." The chalk vanished from Karkat's hand and into Dave's who took it and ran off laughing.

"You motherfucker!"
