(Looks around and sighs) Yea its getting there... I hate that the end is coming. But every story needs an ending. (nods). So I apologize for what I did in the last chapter but it kinda had to happen in order for me to start ending this story. If those who have come back from my last fictions Assassin vs Assassin I am sure you figured out that Gabriela is actually the main female from there. I know your probably twitching but, all will be explained in this chapter... I hope you like it...(hides) please don't hurt me. On with the story!

We spun quickly as the lights came on even though we never touched the twitch. Behind us were three other assassins. We took a deep breath and relaxed slightly knowing the danger we were in was not only outside the door. I looked through the other and found my brother was not among them. This made me worried cause I still didn't know if he escaped or not.

"Have you seen my brother?" I questioned quickly to them.

"Yea,." One of the others spoke up. "He got out with his group once the alarms went off. We were in the security office watching the cameras. Of the other three team they all got out. We blew out the monitors and cut the alarm to the outside, but they got the building alarm before we could cut them."

"That means one of us isn't going to make it." Another whined softly fear very evident in their eyes. It was a young girl about 20 or so as every assassin knew the rumor of someone dies on a mission with Gabriela.

"Shut your mouth girl You will all get out. I will make sure of it." Gabriela hissed. "Now knowing we have the advantage of not being seen we have to plan a way out."

"Bella..." Ezio spoke softly getting Gabriela's attention before muttering softly whispering. She shook her head before she turned to face him speaking back keeping quiet as she spoke. They had a small conversation before he thought and pointed up. The Gabriela looked to him with wide eyes before looking back to everyone else and shook her head. Then he growled "Cazzo..."

"Care to fill us in?" I snapped slightly as I crossed my arms the other assassins in the room watched from their seated spots on a few crates and boxes.

"He knows what's going on in the building as he was shown the clones and was even explained about them and how they were going to fight the Templars that were trying to stop Abstergo." She crossed her arms. "The reason earlier he didn't try to kill us is because of me."

"Figured that." I moved to take a seat with the other assassins as we had time to kill till we figured out our next move. "You need to explain that too..."

"My real name, the one I was given at birth was Dulce Soto. I was bored 1470s in Madrid Spain. I lost my father in the mid 1490s. He was killed by a Templar. I was taken in by Rodrigo Borgia, a high figure in the Templar order. I lived with him train and was raised to kill Ezio. I met Ezio when I was about 23 he was 42. Many things happened I found out many things and turned to his side. We were actually supposed to be married." Gabriela looked up to Ezio and gave a gentle smile as he placed a hand on her shoulder. "During our last fight together, I was run through and should have died. But the Apple that damnable piece of Eden kept me alive and stole my body to the year 1774. I have lived ever since."

"So you are saying your supposed to be 630 some odd years old?" A recruit looked at her like she was crazy.

"Yes and no. I was only 25 when I was pulled to 1774 so... more like 240." Gabriela sighed. "But the reason I am still here has to do with the Apple. I have been with the Assassin most of my life. Only the Masters, like Saran's father, know of my story and It has been passed down from one master to the next. I move from one group to the next in ten year spans. It is to hide that I have not been aging. I have been going on missions like these to find an escape from life so I could join Ezio in the next life but the apple had other plans."

The assassins looked to each other then back to Gabriela then to me. I only shrugged before shaking my head not even sure what to think. Hell I had a man who was supposed to be dead for over 900 years cloned from me. I thought a bit before sighing heavily as I could only imagine the burden on her shoulders. Every person she ever cared for died of old age before her eyes. Se never aged so she could never wed or find love, if she wanted.

The other assassin stood from their seats and brought their fists to their chest bowing their head to her. They all seemed to accept her which was not a bad thing. She was probably the most skilled assassin in the world cause of how long she had to perfect what she knew. I stood and did the same making her smiling a bit. She took a relaxing breath before nodding her head firmly.

"Seeing as you are all willing to still follow me... Ezio here has said there are more like him upstairs more, created people. Other assassins, more him and some of Altair. He is going to help us with the problem." She thought a moment before pulling out a small package from her waist. "Everyone Give me any and all explosives on you."

The other removed every explosives device on their persons to show her. She thought a moment and bit her lip looking around the room a moment as she was thinking deeply. She nodded and moved to the crates opening them up to find cleaning supplies. With a smirk she called the others over and they started going through more crates. Soon they found more cleaning chemicals and she gave a soft chuckle.

"We can blow the top two floors as a distraction to get out. We set run and have one of the timers here blow. Wiping out the top floors. While everyone is in a panic we can escape." She smirked. "It is perfect. Lets go you all remember your training! Let's move people!"

The four worked quickly as Ezio and I were left to watch and just hand things over when asked for. While we waited Ezio gave me Altair's blade and helped strap it to my arm, he knew with out being told that Altair was very close to me.

In about ten or fifteen minutes they had created a few make shift explosives in the gallon jugs of cleaners and chemicals found. I was handed a few Gallons to carry as we each took what we could hold while we moved. Our next target was now the upper stairs. We left our hiding spot quickly and rushed down the hall the stairs. Ezio took the lead at this point and used his weapons to remove the Security blocking our way before they could call for back up. We ran up the steps to the next door and he stopped up looking back to us.

"Quattro, quelle veloci e tornare qui. Quando si sente il primo scoppio, correre per le scale. Non aspettare per noi, basta. " He spoke firmly to us taking lead very quick. We all looked to Gabriela.

"You four, go place the bombs and get back here quickly. When you hear the first explosion just get the hell out run down to get out." Gabriela smiled and nodded pushing us to the door before she and Ezio continued up to plant the ones up above. "If you can get lab coats to blend."

We all nodded and rushed through the door and stopped. When they said the next two floors were nothing but clones and lab work they sure as hell didn't lie. The entire floor was wide open with only support beams to hold up the next floor. I took a few gallons and headed off in one direction while other moved to other areas. One assassin ran around placing what looked like play-dough against a few central pillars along with small charge box. Or alone. The other placed more jugs and even splashed the contents around to make sure nothing survived this attack.

Once finished and one last look around we found a couple of lab coats and we took back to our regrouping point in the stair well of the Emergency stairs. We waited and almost as if on a Que we heard the first of many explosions. With out Hesitation we took to running down the stairs, like our asses were on fire. The other assassins practically jumped down each set of stairs while rushed to keep up with them. Saying I was scared would be an understatement. As we reached the bottom we saw a massive amount of people trying to get out and we joined the mob of people till we were outside and bolted down the road away from the building. We continued to run till we were about ten block away. Looking back we saw another large explosion that blew out the windows. One of the recruit pointed up and we saw two figures on the roof before they turned away and ran only to disappear from sight seconds before the top floor dropped in to the lower. The building slowly collapsed a few levels only to just burn.

We turned and ran away quickly finding the van and pounding the back to be let in. Climbing in I was grabbed and hugged tightly by my brother. We all sat and waited till night fall to leave the city and head back to the Assassin's camp. The four of us that escaped last and saw the two on the building were left to wonder if they were Gabriela and Ezio, and if they died or lived. We spent the whole night driving and part of the morning. Some of us slept, some couldn't, like myself and my brother. I sat leaning against him finally breaking down again holding my arm close to me as I had put Altair's hidden blade on.

We reached the camp and climbed out slowly one by one. We were greeted by everyone at the camp. Even my father stood waiting for us. As we stepped out I looked to my father and stepped in to him and wrapped my arms about him crying once more. He looked up and saw that we were short by two people. Everyone was whispering and muttering about the fact we were missing two people and one was the rumored Gabriela. Quickly we walked to my father's house to give the report of success even though we lost two people.

It was later that night when I was alone looking to the sky that I felt alone. I let my feet carry me through the camp. I reached the small house Desmond and his father used for the one night they were here. I stepped in and looked around as I stepped to the back where the bedrooms were. I sat down on the bed and looked to the door and that was when I saw something hanging off the back. Getting up and stepping over I lifted a white hood from the back. It was Desmond's hoodie, I could still smell him on it. Holding it tightly I closed my eyes before taking a deep breath.

"Desmond, I wish you were here." I sat back on the bed before looking to the clothing once more then to the hidden blade around my arm. "Altair... I promise right now to become an assassin worthy of your name. And Desmond I will be waiting for you to come back like you promised"

I pulled on Desmond's hoodie, zipping it up, pulling the hood up and then left the house with a new goal in mind. The Templars messed with my peaceful life. Stole my mother from me. Took Altair, my friend and family, away from me. Separated Desmond and I cause of work he was forced to do cause of them. I want to fight back and stop this war once and for all. I headed out back to my house and looked to my father as he greeted me at the door to the house.

"You look like your mother like that." he spoke quietly. "Why the determined face?"

"I wish to become a true assassin." I looked up to him with a hard look my my eyes. His only response was a nod.

Less then a year later I was taking my first Leap of Faith as a newly graduated Assassin.
