The Tale of Naruto: The Devil Prince of Jurai Chapter 18

Ah good old Devil Prince of Jurai, Arguably my best story yet. It has all that you need for an epic tale.

Just a quick, heads up for those who don't know, Chapter 14 has been rewritten and reposted.

I added some new elements and I am also in the planning stages for the… prequel (Kind of a prequel) story.

"Hey idiot stay focus on the job at hand. You can spend the rest of the evening courting Matatabi and her Jinchūriki after we deal with them." The nine tails groaned.

"Alright fine you killjoy." Naruto said as he and Kurama took off their cloaks and tossed them aside.

Matatabi and Yugito were taken back by their two saviors. Kurama was almost the spitting image of an older and taller red-eyed Naruto, with red hair with orange highlights on his bangs. He also had two fox's ears on top of his head that were red with orange tips.

Kurama wore a similar full-length kimono as the man who he looked to as a father that was completely red. He also had on blade fingerless gloves and matching metal-toed black shoes.

Naruto still wore his black and orange Juraian battle suit and still had his yellow hair with red highlights on the tips, along with his two fox ears.

All in all, Matatabi and Yugito Nii had to admit, that they were both attractive, seeing as the badass look really suited them.

"You two asked us who we are… well it should be obvious now but, due to the fact that, it would come off as being disrespectful I shall introduce myself." Naruto said as he traced a sword and pointed the blade at the two Akatsuki members.

"My name is Naruto Kamiki Jurai… And I am your executioner." Naruto proclaimed.

The Akatsuki's Ambition

Upon the massive continent that is the Elemental Nations we come to a country that is known as the land of lightning.

The land of lightning was a country was a very beautiful country with a large mountain range at the center of the country.

Upon one of the large mountains we come to the land of lightnings shinobi village that is hidden behind the clouds that fly above the mountains.

This village is known as Kumogakure, the village hidden in the clouds and one of the Five Great Shinobi nations.

Throughout the busy streets there are people wondering to their next destination and one such destination is the center of the village's main street where a massive building is located.

Within this building, we find the leader of Kumogakure, Ai the Raikage sitting at his desk going over some paper work.

Ai was a massive black man with white cornrows, white mustache and a white goatee.

His face has pronounced cheekbones and tear troughs under his eyes, and a prominent crease across his forehead. He has pointed canines and his top lip also has a darker hue than the bottom one.

He was currently wearing the white Kage cloak that every Kage seemed to have.

Ai had a massive frown on his face as he went over the last of the paper work he had for the day.

It had been a very busy day for the Raikage as he had been up to his knees in paperwork since early this morning and he kept on having the occasional visitor who appeared to rely him a massage before leaving.

It had been very noisy a lot lately after word about Konohagakure losing their Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi.

With so many people calling out for either revenge or another attempt to kidnap a kid of the Hyūga now that the leaf had been weakened, Ai had been very busy as of late.

Everything had been quiet in his office for the last twenty minutes, except for the melodic humming of the woman who was busy cleaning and dusting the place.

Usually having someone else in his office after a long day would seriously piss Ai off and would end with him telling the person to get lost before he suplex them all the way to the first floor.

(Which is scary to think about considering Ai is on the fourth floor of a six-story building.)

However, the person in question had such a beautiful voice that it was causing the stress that he had built up to slowly ebb away.

Turning his attention to the beautiful brown skin woman, Ai found himself captivated by the way this woman's every move.

Letting out a low hum, Ai analyzed every detail of the woman who had her back turned to him and it caused him to feel his libido start to awaken.

It had been months since Ai had last taken a woman to his bed due to all the bullshit the people of his village had been putting him through and he knew that was one of the major causes for his stress.

Now however, Ai found a good opportune moment to relieve himself and by the goddesses name he was going to use it.

Unfortunately, as Ai opens his mouth to speak to the woman, there was a knock on the door and a call from a voice on the other side that he recognized instantly.

"Lord Raikage, I have some news of the utmost importance that I must inform you about right now." The person on the other side of the door said.

With an annoyed growl, Ai commanded that the person enter his office as he turned back towards the door.

The door opens to reveal another beautiful woman, with smooth chocolate skin, emerald green eyes that could captivate any man (And some women) with their beauty and light grey hair that had an almost otherworldly shine to it.

This woman was Ai's assistant and secretary that had been by his side since she had been given the rank of Jōnin.

"Ah Mabui, I thought it was about time for you to retire for the day, did something come up?" Ai questions the woman who seemed to have a slightly anxious look on her face.

"Raikage-sama we've just received news from Kiyoi Yotsuki-kun that Yugito was spotted near the border between the land of light and fire." The woman whose name translated to cute informed her village's leader.

Ai had a look of confusion on his face as he wondered why the girl was there in the first place, until Mabui informed the urgent situation.

"She was also seen being chased by two members of the infamous organization known as the Akatsuki" Mabui informed her leader.

Suddenly, Ai stood up from his desk and slammed his fists down on it, slitting the thing in half and then he unleashed a massive amount of lightning chakra.

"Those damn Akatsuki… won't get away with this!" Ai Roared startling the woman who had been cleaning the office.

"Who were the two members of the Akatsuki that are after her?" Ai asked Mabui as he stood up straight and allowed his lightning armor to dissipate.

"Kiyoi has confirmed their identities as the S-rank missing-ninja Hidan from Yugakure." Mabui informed Ai as she pulls out two Missing Ninja Bingo books and opened one of them on the page that holds Hidan's info.

The black book that was supposed to contain all information on black-listed ninja, was fully detailed with most of this missing Ninja's history before he became a missing ninja.

The black book told the story of how Hidan had to snap after finding out that his former ninja village would be made into a tourist site and he and gone on a murderous rampage before he left.

It gave information on what the man had been up to during his years as missing ninja, which went into a detailed description about some cult he had joined.

However, when it came to techniques, only one was listed and then there was information on Hidan obtaining immortality.

"What the hell is this shit?" The Raikage asked as he resisted the urge to punch the book into oblivion.

Mabui then opened the second book to Kakuzu's bio, which was a lot more detailed about his past than Hidan's.

Kakuzu was once an elite ninja of Takigakure who was given a mission to assassinate Hashirama Senju, the first Hokage and the man who was feared as the God of Shinobi.

It was by all accounts a suicide mission and even though it was almost a hundred percent chance that Kakuzu would fail, what awaited him upon his return after said failure was the stigma and a harsh punishment.

Kakuzu would grow to hate his village with a burning passion and he would make a violent escape from his imprisonment and he defected from the village.

Kakuzu would then spend the rest of his life as a missing-ninja making a living off bounty hunting on the black market and he given the rank of S for the fact that he would rip the still beating hearts from powerful Ninja, which allowed him to take their powerful chakra natures.

There was also some little tidbit about Kakuzu having the ability to prolong his own life without his body and prowess as a ninja degenerating over the years.

While the bingo book had all this information, it was lacking details on how the abilities of these two S-class missing Ninja worked precisely and this angered Ai even further.

"Mabui I want you to call in Darui, Samui, C, Omoi and Karui this instant, the punishment for lateness being the iron claw of death." Ai commanded as Mabui bowed before leaving to retrieve the five shinobi.

The Raikage then sits back down in his chair and glares at the mess of papers chattered on the floor and sighed as he placed his massive left hand on his forehead.

"Miss…. janitorial woman, could I request that you pick up my papers and put them in a stack over on that shelf you are currently working on and then you are done for the night." Ai asked the woman politely.

"Why certainly Raikage-Ai-sama, it shall be done in no less than a minute." The woman said.

"I thank you miss…" Suddenly, Ai realized that he doesn't know the woman's name. In fact, know that he thinks about it this is the first time he had ever seen this woman before, which is strange considering Ai knew everyone in the village.

"I'm sorry miss, but I would appear that I don't recall every getting your name." Ai informed the woman who looked confused for a moment before it dawned on her.

"Oh, that's right I never did get around to introducing myself, forgive me for my rudeness Raikage-sama." The woman said as she bowed to the man as she apologized.

"No, it's quite alright my dear." Ai said waving the woman off as she stood up straight and introduced herself.

"My name is Mitoto Kuramitsu and I am a beautiful bride to be, who has come to this planet to support her darling fiancé, it's an honor to meet you." Mitoto said, unknowingly crushing Ai's plans for the night.

'Wait… what did she just say…?' Ai wondered as there was something about what she said that had got lost in translation.

(Naruto & Kurama vs Hidan & Kakuzu)

Hidan's face twisted in irritation at the declaration from the Juraian prince that stood between him and the Jinchūriki of the two-tails.

"Hey did you hear that Kakazu? This little brat is saying that he will be our executioner!" Hidan exclaims much to his partner's annoyance.

Hidan then thrusts his scythe forward as he addresses the young prince who dared to proclaim to be able to kill him.

"If there is one thing in this world that I hate in this world, it's when some no name brat start talking shit about how they are going to kill me!" Hidan proclaims.

"He just gave you his name Hidan, and the power he displayed alone is far superior than yours is." Kakazu informs Hidan causing the mad priest to growl in anger.

Suddenly, Kurama was engulfed in a flaming aura of prana, causing the world around them to tremble in fear.

Hidan and Kakazu felt the weight of his immense power come crashing down on them, making it hard for them feel as if someone had dropped hundreds of tons on their backs.

"You don't seem to know your place fool; I will not stand for this affront to his majesty!" Kurama growled at the two Akatsuki members.

Yugito gasped in fear as the power of the nine tails washed over her, before Matatabi unleashed some of her own power to mitigate the effect Kurama's prana had on her Jinchūriki.

"Tremble in fear mortals, for I am the Kyūbi no Yōko, The strongest of the nine bijū." Was Kurama's declaration causing Hidan and Kakazu's eyes to widen.

"It can't be… You are truly the nine tails in human form?" Kakazu asked before his question was answered by the nine tails that appeared behind Kurama.

"Oh way! Didn't you disappear on the same day they declared the death of your Jinchūriki?" Hidan asked as Kurama began to reign in his power, causing the crushing effect to be lifted.

Suddenly, it dawned on Kakazu just who this boy that stood before them alongside the Kyūbi was.

'Blond hair with three distinct scars on both sides of his face, no mistake about it.' Kakazu thought as he spoke to confirm it.

"Hidan, that boy is the previous Jinchūriki of the nine tails, The son of the yellow flash Minato Namikaze." Kakazu informed his partner.

"Oh, so the son of the yellow flash was truly alive after all; And it appears that the tailed beast is no longer cage inside you." Hidan said with a huge grin plastered on his face.

"Yes, I am Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze; son of the yellow flash and the Red hotblooded Habanero, I guess my master spoke the truth when he informed me that my heritage was revealed to the whole world." Naruto Nonchalantly states.

"Heh heh… This is just perfect; your soul shall be a grand offering to Lord Jashin." Hidan proclaims much to Kakazu's annoyance.

"Try not to underestimate the son of the yellow flash too much… He'll steamrolls you." Kakazu informed is partner.

"Again, you have to tell me that!" Hidan said with a look on annoyance on his face.

Naruto narrowed his eyes at the mad priest and a grin befitting the son of the devil princess graced his face as he moved to the forefront.

"I'll face the mad priest Kurama, you deal with that other Akatsuki member." Naruto said to his partner.

"Yes, my master… he shall be dealt with in an instant." Kurama proclaims before he motioned for Kakazu to follow him.

"Gwa ha ha ha ha…! I'm gonna teach you about pain worse than death!" Hidan proclaims gleefully at the prospect of getting to kill his opponent.

"Then come at me with your life on the line, heretic priest!" Naruto said as Hidan launched himself at Naruto with his scythe held high.

(Kurama vs Kakazu)

After moving about twelve miles' south-west from where Naruto and Hidan would clash, Kurama and Kakazu had come to a stop on in an open field.

"The nine tails… to think that the legendary beast said to crush mountains and create tsunamis with one swing of its tail, would be working with a human." Kakazu muses out loud.

Kurama regarded the man who should have passed away years ago, with his narrowed red-slit orbs.

"What I find slightly fascinating, is that the strongest of the nine, the beast that holds a deeply rooted hatred for mankind, is not only working with its jailer but, addresses him with much esteem."

"It is quite the conundrum to behold." Kakazu states simply, as he studied for the tailed beast's reaction.

Kurama's growl echoed throughout the clearing, not at all wishing to converse with this trash before him.

"Silence you fool. I grow tired of your senseless rambling; I plan to destroy you so there is no need for further conversation." Kurama proclaims as he unleashes more of his violent chakra.

This time however, Kakazu was much less affected by the pressure than last time. "If I were you… I'd realize the situation; I suggest you come with us peacefully, before my partner has the chance to kill your former Jinchūriki." Kakazu said simply.

…

Kurama scuffed at the thought that these wannabe immortals believed that they posed a threat.

"Foolish mortal, I need not worry myself, someone of S-class is a hardly worthy of being a warm-up." Kurama proclaims, causing Kakazu to gaze at him in curiosity.

"Now I grow tired of this pointless conversation; come… this is your final stand." Kurama said as he extended both arms to his side and had his left leg forward with his nine tails fanning out behind him. (Think Frieza's Iconic pose)

"I do believe I am being underestimated; very well the time for talk has come to an end." Kakazu proclaims as his chakra levels started to increase.

Suddenly, black tendrils exploded from his body and formed four marionettes with weird white masks.

"Your capture shall further the Akatsuki's ambitions!" Kakazu proclaims as his mask creatures shoot towards Kurama at a speed comparable to lightning.

Kakazu started going through hand seals as he built up the required amount of chakra to perform a jutsu.

"Katon: Zukokku, Futon: Atsugai!" Kakazu exclaims as the creature that had a tiger mask and the marionette that had a four-legged body with thin wings launched a small ball of fire and a tornado-like mass of condensed wind.

The two techniques descended upon Kurama who just stood there as he was engulfed by the two attacks.

*BOOM!*

The two attacks fused on impact before exploding outward into a large explosion of fire and wind that engulfed the entire area.

'Hm, that was enough power to obliterate an entire mountain, it should be enough to injure the creature.' Kakazu thought as he watched the combined attack raged on.

Suddenly, Kakazu felt a spike in power at the center of the raging fire storm and his eyes widened as it suddenly dispersed to reveal Kurama who stood at the epicenter, completely unharmed.

"Hm… is that all!" Kurama asked with a sinister grin on his face. Kakazu growled as he launched his other two masked tendril marionettes at the nine tails.

Kurama launched two tails at the flying creatures, attempting to swat them out of the sky, however, the creatures dodged the swipe.

Kakazu began going through more hand seals before he calls out more jutsu. "Raiton: Gian… Suiton: Hahonryu!" Kakazu exclaimed as his other two tendril marionettes fired off lighting and water jutsu at Kurama.

The nine tails raised his hand as the two jutsu comes within reach and dispersed the water and lighting with a burst of pure chakra.

Steam burst forth, covering the area, obscuring Kakazu's vision of the nine tails. Kakazu narrowed his pupil-less green eyes before and he called his marionettes back to his side.

Suddenly, Kurama appeared right behind Kakazu, with his clawed right hand cocked back, ready to pierce through Kakazu's heart.

Kurama then strikes by thrusting his clawed hand towards Kakazu's head.

The "immortal" Akatsuki member's battle instincts suddenly kicked into overdrive as he sensed the killing intent Kurama started radiating and he dodged out of the way of the strike that was about to claim his heart.

Kakazu then turned towards Kurama, whilst still airborne and sent his tendril servants at the nine tails.

Kurama scuffed in annoyance and began dodging the creatures that started firing elemental attack at him in waves.

Explosion created from fire, water, lighting, and wind echoed throughout the clearing they were in; Kurama however, dodged each attack with relative ease.

Kakazu then appeared above Kurama and launched his arm that was connected to the black tendrils his servants were made from.

Kurama caught the arm and using the momentum and the fact that it was still connected to Kakazu's body, Kurama pulls on it which causing Kakazu to get pulled towards the ground at Mach speed.

Kurama slammed Kakazu into the ground, which created a giant crater causing dirt and dusk to rise into the air, obscuring Kakazu's position.

Kurama then raised his left hand with his index and middle finger outstretched, and started charging up red chakra.

Before he could unleash the blast however, the nine tails suddenly, got knocked away by the four tendril servants, causing Kurama to losing concentration.

Kurama spun around midflight and stopped his flight, before descending harmlessly back to the ground.

Kurama stared Kakazu down with a bored expression written upon his face. His red eyes glowing ominously as Kakazu stood up from the crater.

Kakazu dusts himself off, before removing his Akatsuki cloak to reveal his stitched-up body to the nine-tailed fox spirit.

"Impressive… your level of strength is fairly comparable to my own, even though I haven't really been fighting you seriously." Kakazu said as he faced off with Kurama.

Kurama didn't acknowledge what Kakazu said, instead he was more focused on the messed-up state of Kakazu's body.

The man's entire body was completely stitched up and if you pay enough attention, you could see that every part of his body had momentary spasms and black tendrils started emerging from under the skin.

"Now then let's see how you fare with Taijutsu." Kakazu proclaims as he suddenly, launches himself towards Kurama at speed surpassing that of pure lightning.

Once he was mere inches from the nine tails, Kakazu fired off a straight punch that had the force comparable to missile explosion.

Kurama casually dodges the punch and attacks with a punch of his own as well. Kakazu manages to dodge the punch and sent a kick towards Kurama temple.

The fox blocks with the back of his fist, before attempting to smack Kakazu in the jaw with a palm thrust, but Kakazu stops the strike with his black tendrils.

The black tendrils started to burst forth from Kakazu's body and began to ensnare Kurama's limps.

"Your fate has been sealed demon, your sacrifice shall further the Akatsuki's agenda." Kakazu said to Kurama who looked bored.

"I think not." Kurama said as he suddenly burned through his black bindings.

"This is the end Akatsuki." Kurama proclaims as Kakazu was suddenly pushed back.

Kakazu's eyes widened as the tailed beast broke free and then the next instant he felt the spirits arm pierce through his chest.

'Wha… what have you done?" Kakazu asks as he stares in horror at the arm that went through his chest.

Kurama grinned in amusement for a second before his face quickly twisted into a scowl as Kakazu's body suddenly dissolved into mud.

'A substitution jutsu.' Kurama mused as he jumped away to dodge the incoming tendril marionette that had tried to blast him with lightning previously.

Kakazu suddenly burst forth from the trees and attempts to pierce Kurama's with the black tendrils.

Kurama used two of his tails to block the attack before. Kakazu eyes narrowed before he puts more distance between himself and Kurama.

Kurama turned towards the 'immortal' Akatsuki member with a look of contempt on his face.

Kakazu suddenly reaches for his face mask to remove it, revealing his stitched-up mouth.

The stitches suddenly unraveled, allowing his jaw to open wider as more of the black tendrils burst forth from his mouth and every part of his body.

His masked puppets began to merge with his body and Kakazu's chakra began to skyrocket.

"Jiongu (Earth Grudge Fear)" Kakazu proclaims, whilst glaring at the nine tails who still seemed to be staring at him with curiosity dancing in his crimson eyes.

"So, this is your shinobi awakening, a living rag-doll who has survived by praying on the hearts of those he has killed."

"Your little ability makes you even less of a human and more like a ghoul of that past." Kurama said to the 'immortal Akatsuki member.

"I see that you have some knowledge on my Kinjutsu." Kakazu states simply as he crotches down, getting ready to pounces on the divine beast.

"I had a previous run in with it once before." Kurama informs Kakazu as the divine spirit waited for his opponent to make the first move.

"Then the time for idle talk has ended." Kakazu said before he suddenly, vanished in a burst of speed that surpassed god speed.

Kakazu sped towards the divine beast in human form and began to assault the him with its powerful tendrils.

Kurama as forced to take the battle completely serious as it appeared that Kakazu not only got a boost in chakra levels, but his overall stats also increased by a good margin.

Kakazu assault was relentless as he moved at fifty times the speed of sound. Deciding that he needed to gain some ground, Kurama began converting his chakra into its acidic and corrosive state.

Kurama then began to match Kakazu blow for blow, causing his chakra to begin to corrode the black tendrils on contact.

Upon seeing that his tendrils were being rendered useless and not wanting to get that into his system, Kakazu severed the tendrils from his body and then put some distance between himself and the nine tails.

Kurama was not about to allow his prey to escape however, and he suddenly, appeared behind Kakazu and struck the S-class missing ninja.

The force of the blow was powerful enough to not only send Kakazu flying towards the opposite end of the clearing, but it also shattered the wind mask.

"UGH!" the missing ninja from the waterfall village exclaimed as he smacked against the ground before he flipped and landed on his feet.

"You destroyed one of my hearts, demon." Kakazu hissed as his fury began to raise to the surface.

"Your heart…? No, you robbed the corpse of your opponents to prolong your own life." Kurama growls.

"What of it." Kakazu said as he started charging up chakra into the three remaining masks.

"You're nothing more than a parasite that needs to be eradicated." Kurama proclaims as he raised his left hand and charged up a ball of concentrated positive and negative chakra.

"Tri beam! Kakazu exclaimed as his fire, water and lightning masks suddenly fired off the elements, which combined to form one massive attack.

"Kyūbi-dama!" Kurama roared as he fired his own attack.

BOOM!

The two attacks collided at the center of the clearing causing a massive explosion that shook the countries of fire and lightning.

Naruto vs Hidan

The sounds of blades clashing echoed throughout the area as Naruto and Hidan's fierce battle shook the world around them.

Hidan wielded a scythe that had been cursed by Jashin to be able to cut through all of Naruto's ninja and sword constructs with ease, causing Naruto to be on the defensive for most of the fight.

"Come on, is that all the great Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi has got!" Hidan said attempting to taunt Naruto into going on the attack.

Naruto ignored the mad priests attempts to mock him and traced two massive Fūma Shuriken.

Naruto then jumped high over the trees and launched the twin Shuriken at Hidan.

The mad priest grabbed hold of the rope at the end of his three-bladed scythe and used it to swing his scythe as if it were a Kusarigama and launched it at the two Fūma Shuriken.

As the weapons collided, the two massive Shuriken were both shattered, causing Hidan's scythe to return to its wielder.

Naruto suddenly shot towards Hidan, whilst he traced twin spears. Hidan swung his scythe at Naruto, aiming to take the prince's head off.

Anticipating this attack from the mad priest, Naruto suddenly, overloaded the spear in his right hand and thrusted it towards the scythe.

The spear met the scythe causing Naruto's spear to unleash a burst of chakra and a bit of prana that knocked the scythe away.

Naruto then thrusted the other spear into Hidan's chest with all his might, launching the mad priest into some trees.

"That hurt you little shit!" Hidan roared as he glared at Naruto, who had a frown on his face.

Even through Naruto had scored a direct hit on Hidan, it had been unable to pierce Hidan skin, only leaving a small bruise from the blunt force of the object slamming into his chest.

'I see so besides that curse on his blade, the heretic god Jashin also enhance him physically.' Naruto thought as a frown marred his face.

Seeing the look on Naruto's face, Hidan angry scowl twisted into an arrogant grin. "It seems that you have realized that it's pointless to attempt to cut or pierce me." Hidan gloats confidently.

The mad priest then rushes Naruto, whilst holding his scythe above his body and upon closing the distance, Hidan swung his scythe to cut Naruto vertically in half down the middle.

Naruto summons Rho Aias and his Juraian barrier, which completely stopping Hidan's scythe in its tracks.

Naruto then reached for the Naruto-ken and upon activating it, Naruto slashed the mad priest a hundred times in an instant.

Hidan roared in pain as he was practically blasted back and went through a few trees until he slammed into the side of a cliff.

Naruto sighed before he turned towards Yugito who had been standing just far from the battlefield to not get caught in the crossfire.

Naruto smiled at his 'sister' Jinchūriki before he turns his attention towards where he sent Hidan as he felt dark magic began to rise.

"YOU WORTHLESS LITTLE SHIT!" Hidan exclaimed as he suddenly landed back in the area. Hidan's Akatsuki cloak had been destroyed completely, leaving the mad priest chest exposed.

"You can use magic as well I see; you use your chakra as a link to access that dark mana." Naruto said as Hidan growled furiously.

"My god has granted me unlimited power, had I wished it, this entire world would be mine." Hidan proclaimed causing Naruto to chuckle.

"Is there something about what I said amusing to you fucker?!" Hidan growled at the young Juraian prince.

"Nothing at all, I'm just excited at the prospect of facing a servant of a heretic deity." Naruto proclaims, confusing and pissing Hidan off.

"And what's that supposed to mean?" Hidan sarcastically asks Naruto who started cracking his knuckles.

Suddenly Naruto held up both his arms to reveal that he had storage seal markings engraved upon his sleeves.

Suddenly, a ball of golden light began to materialize from the marks and began to take the form of four kunai and four shuriken.

Hidan narrowed his eyes at Naruto's new weapons that were far different from the normal kunai and shuriken Shinobi used nowadays.

For one thing, Naruto's kunai and shuriken where created from material that's quality as far beyond anything metal Hidan had ever seen.

The next was that the metal was golden and gave off an otherworldly vibe that caused Hidan to feel uneasy and finally if you looked at them closely, you could see that they had letters of some kind inscribed on them.

"So, you brought some fancy new toys to fight with, big fucking deal, if your sword and spear could not get passed my skin, what makes you think those little scraps of metal can." Hidan said rhetorically.

Suddenly, Naruto flicked two of his shuriken at Hidan's face, faster than the immortal priest could react to and left two cuts on both sides of his face.

"Oh, I don't know, maybe it has something to do with those lines on your face." Naruto said cheekily causing Hidan to frown.

Suddenly, the mad priest felt something wet run down his cheeks and upon touching his face and then looking at his hands, he saw that it was blood… his blood.

Suddenly, Hidan's chakra and dark magic began to skyrocket as rage began to overwhelm him.

"I'LL FUCKING MURDER YOU!" Hidan exclaims as he suddenly shot towards Naruto at speeds surpassing pure lightning.

Naruto throw his remaining shuriken at Hidan along with two of his Kunai before he activated his Juraian barrier along with Rho Aias once again.

The two shuriken and two kunai pierced through Hidan's chest and shoulders, causing the mad priest to roar and he close the distance between them.

Hidan then slammed his scythe into Naruto's Rho Aias causing it to shatter instantly before his scythe slammed into Naruto's barrier.

The force that was created blasted Naruto away and into the forest where he destroyed countless trees and left a massive trench in his wake.

Yugito gasped in shock at the power the mad priest had just unleashed, realizing right then and there just how outclass she had truly been.

"It's a good thing that Kurama and his Jinchūriki came when they did, however now that young kit is in trouble." Matatabi said as Hidan roared.

"Get back here you little shit!" Hidan exclaimed as he shot after Naruto, planning to tear the young prince apart.

"Oh no… we have to go after him right now." Yugito told the twin tails cat before running off after the mad priest and her savior.

Naruto who was currently lying in the massive trench, suddenly jumped to his feet and shot off to the side as Hidan came crashing down on the spot, causing the trench to increase in size.

Naruto then overloaded magic energy into his two remaining Kunai causing them to change into twin golden Tanto.

"Trace Overedge!" Naruto proclaims before he swings both aiming to cut Hidan in two.

The mad priest however was far more focused now and easily blocked with his three-bladed scythe.

Naruto then jumps back before rushing the 'immortal and swung his twin Tanto in an arc, aiming to sever Hidan's arms.

The mad priest spun his scythe around and block the ninja swords before planting his foot into Naruto's gut, knocking the air out of his gut and sending Naruto through a few trees.

Hidan then rushed after Naruto and attempted to slam his scythe into the prince's skull. Naruto jumped to his feet and blocked with his golden ninja swords.

The two ended up in a deadlock battling for supremacy. Naruto grunted as fought against Hidan's monstrous strength, as Hidan seemed to be growing stronger as the battle rage on and his rage continue to raise.

Hidan however, was growing angrier by the second, due to the fact that he hadn't been able to draw blood from the former Jinchūriki.

"I must admit you surprised me, I never that I would find someone who could test my skills the moment I returned to this world, I may not worship your lesser god, but I have come to respect the power he bestows." Naruto informed the mad priest who growled in annoyance.

"You dare refer to my lord as a lesser being, you damn HEATHEN!" Hidan exclaims as he began to push Naruto back.

"A Mamodo (Demon) of the third dimension, who ascended to godhood through a ritual that requires the demon to devour thousands of tortured souls." Naruto said as Hidan continued to push him.

"You dare question the methods of the one true god Heretic, I shall send your wicked soul to my lord, so that you be judged for your crimes." Hidan proclaimed as his power increased once more as magic.

Naruto suddenly, used his Tanto to redirect Hidan's scythe into the dirt, which created an explosion that sent dust into the air.

Naruto then moved inside Hidan's guard and struck the mad priest with an ougi. "Jurai-Ryu: Musou Seikenzuki!" Naruto exclaimed as he fired a straight punched that was charged with prana.

Naruto's prana enhanced fist buried into Hidan's chest before the prana burst blasted the mad priest into the sky like a shooting star.

Hidan's body flew hundreds of feet into the air until Naruto suddenly, appeared above him with a Rasengan in hand.

"Rasengan!" Naruto proclaims as he slammed the spiral chakra spear into the mad priest's back. Hidan scream in pain as the jutsu grinded into his back and he and Naruto descended like meteor.

Upon hitting the ground there was a massive explosion as the Rasengan expanded, causing Naruto to poof out of existence revealing him to be a clone.

As the Rasengan began to die down after raging for a good two minutes, Yugito finally arrived to see Naruto standing over the mad priest with his two tanto in hand.

Hidan groaned in pain from the wound that Naruto's Rasengan had dealt. "Damn… you." Hidan hissed as he stood back up, still to continue to fight.

"Still able to fight, even after taken two of my ougi's, I respect your tenacity heretic priest." Naruto said as noticing that he still failed to brake Hidan's skin.

Suddenly, Hidan's skin turned completely black and a skill print was now on his face, making him the take on the appearance of a Shinigami.

"Foolish mortal, for your sins against the Lord Jashin, you shall receive the ultimate punishment… divine justice awaits all those ignorant to the pain of others." Hidan proclaims, his voice becoming dark and demonic.

Naruto took a stance, ready to continue this battle, but suddenly, Naruto's danger senses kicked into overdrive.

Almost faster than Naruto could react, Hidan's scythe came down upon him, causing Naruto to hastily activate his Juraian barrier.

The scythe however cut right through Naruto's barrier like a hot knife through butter in an instant, thanks to the curse of Jashin.

It would have cut Naruto's head clean off as well, had Naruto not of blocked with his golden Tanto, but the force of it still send Naruto deep into the earth until he was buried in a ten-foot trench.

Yugito gasped from her position beyond a massive stone as she realized that Naruto was still on the losing side.

'At this rate, Naruto will be killed unless I do something.' Yugito said to the two tails in her mind.

"I agree kitten, it not do well to allow the handsome kit to die trying to protect us, but if we just rush in, then we will get captured and all of his efforts will be for not." Matatabi said to her Jinchūriki.

'Then we will strike from the shadows, once an opening provides itself, that is the way of a true Shinobi.' Yugito thought as she began to charge lightning and Matatabi chakra into her right hand.

Naruto suddenly began to climb out of the trench, looking to be, for the most part completely unharmed.

Naruto himself was thankful for his magic resistance, that had gotten an increase in stats thanks to wielding holy weapons.

Jashin's curse stat in Hidan was a high B rank that jumped to A the moment he allowed it to possess him.

This meant that he could cut through pretty much anything that didn't have A ranked magic resistance.

So far, the most damage Naruto had taken was the long cuts on both sides of his neck that was currently bleeding.

UGH! How fucking durable are you? that attack should have cut your fucking head off, yet here you continue to stand and defy the will of god!" Hidan said as he shook with barely contained rage.

"Let's just say that I have a lot of confidence in my own stamina and endurance." Naruto said simply, causing Hidan to growl in annoyance.

Suddenly, Hidan smirked in triumph as he held his scythe up to reveal that Naruto's blood was dripping from the tip.

"Well it matters not as it would appear that I have won, and you shall be judged by the will of god." Hidan proclaims before he brings the scythe to his face.

Naruto suddenly, felt dread as Hidan licked the blood off the scythe and he magic to form the insignia of Jashin under him.

"Jujutsu: Shiji Hyōketsu, now you will suffer divine punishment." Hidan proclaimed as he suddenly pulls out a retractable pike.

Suddenly, Naruto felt a sharp pain shot through his right leg as Hidan stabbed his pike into his own leg.

"Ugh!" Naruto exclaims as he falls to one knee whilst grabbing his 'injured' leg.

'The curse as amplified, Naruto thought as Hidan crackled evilly. "Now face the true damnation, heretic!" Hidan proclaims as he gets ready to stab himself more.

"This curse of yours is starting to annoy me, time to get rid of it" Naruto said before Hidan was suddenly, pierced through the gut by the holy short swords sending the man flying away from the magic insignia.

The magic insignia started to crack before it shattered into mana particles.

Naruto the stood up as the pain in his legs vanished instantly and he walked over to Hidan, who had landed on his feet and was attempting to remove the Tanto.

The two swords began to burn him like acid as he attempted to pull them out, causing Hidan to shout in agony. Hidan then felt his stamina get drained down to dangerous levels.

The Death God visage that he had vanished in an instant, returning Hidan back to normal.

"T-Teme, what have you done to me?" Hidan asked through clinched teeth.

Naruto moved to stand a few inches before the mad priest, glaring at him with his now malicious looking purple eyes. (Tokimi's Stigma)

"I guess there is no harm in telling you, as even though I can't kill you right know, I pretty much won this fight." Naruto said as he as he wrote the kanji for chain in the air. (鎖 = Kusari meaning shut/chain)

The Kanji began to glow and portals began to appear all around Hidan, producing chains that wrapped tightly around his limps.

Suddenly, there was a hissing sound and Hidan groaned in pain as the chains began to dig into his flesh.

"What is happening to you right now is a pretty simple matter to explain." Naruto began.

"Basically, Jashin has granted you the ability to wield his curse magic, which causing your body to create a separate container within your body, known as a second origin.

"This causes you to also suffer the biggest flaw with curse magic, it's weakness against holy magic, and weapons forged with holy material." Naruto finished explaining.

Hidan growled weakly as he was suspended from the golden chains that seemed to be draining all his strength.

"Now then, two-tails Jinchūriki-chan, you can come and join us now." Naruto called out to Yugito who had been nearby.

"You may call me Yugito Nii, Naruto-sama." Yugito said as she come into view. Yugito, had a perplexed look on her face as Naruto motioned for her to come stand by him.

"It's you, the pussy two tails who needed someone to come save her, like she was some kind of fucking damsel in distress." Hidan spat, causing Yugito to frown.

Originally, the plan was for her to step in and help Naruto take the mad priest down, however Naruto had never once needed her help to beat this Akatsuki member, even when it seemed as if he was cornered.

"Yeah I would like to request that you shut up right now." Naruto said as he glared at the priest who just growled in anger.

"And what are you going to do if I refuse, fucktard." Hidan growled out, causing Naruto to sigh in annoyance before grabbing one of the tanto in Hidan's gut.

Hidan suddenly, shouted out in pain as Naruto pumped holy magic into the tanto, causing the magic to start affecting the body.

"I think it would be in your best interest to keep your mouth shut, heretic priest." Naruto said before letting the tanto go.

"Fuck you, shithead!" Hidan exclaimed, only for Naruto to turn his attention towards Yugito and take her hand.

"I first would like to apologize to you Yugito-chan. Naruto suddenly said, causing Yugito to look upon him in confusion.

"And why do you feel the need for apologize Naruto-sama?" Yugito said causing Naruto to frown.

"Well to tell you the truth, I could have easily beaten and apprehended this guy the moment our fight had begun." Naruto informs Yugito.

"That being said… I wanted to use him as a measure, considering I will have to deal with other members of the Akatsuki at a later date and I want a rough estimate of the level my future opponents will be at." Naruto explains to the older woman.

"I see, that was a fairly good idea, we ninja should always take any chances presented to us to gain knowledge on our opponents so that we can prepare for an inevitable confrontation." Yugito said.

"Yes well… while that is true, I could have been putting your safety at risk by stalling, since it could have given this guy the chance to turn the tables." Naruto informed the girl.

"My, he sure takes to consideration all possibilities; it's pretty cute how worried he was even though he came out of the fight pretty much unscathed." Matatabi purred.

Yugito herself had to agree with Matatabi on this, as she unconsciously tightened her grip on Naruto's hands.

"Please think nothing of it at all Naruto-sama, the fact that you took that into consideration is proof that my safety was in capable hands." Yugito informed Naruto.

The smile that overtook Naruto's face was so brilliant that it caused both Yugito and Matatabi's hearts to skip a beat.

"S-So… what do you planned to do with him?" Yugito asked as she felt her cheeks turned slightly pink.

As Naruto was about to tell her his plan, they both felt an explosion go off in the direction that Kurama and Kakazu had gone off to.

"It looks like Kurama's fight has reached its conclusion." Naruto said as he and Yugito turned to see the explosion.

"From what I can sense, it would appear that Kurama has one his fight and without sustaining any damage at all." Matatabi informed Yugito who was in awe as Kurama suddenly appeared.

"The enemy has been defeated, however he manages to escape at the last second before I could apprehend him." Kurama informs Naruto, whilst growling in irritation at the fact that his prey had manage to escape.

"It's fine Aniki, so long you came out of the fight unscathed and I kept Yugito-chan and Matatabi-chan safe, then all is well." Naruto told his partner.

"Besides we are in luck as I have apprehended the priest of the Jashin occult, who shall be of use to us." Naruto informs the nine tails who grinned.

"Well I suppose that is good news indeed, your Okaasan and fiancées would praise you for this accomplishment." Kurama said as he and Naruto bumped fists.

Yugito and Matatabi on the other hand frowned as the word Fiancées be to be stuck in their minds.

Suddenly, both Naruto and Kurama turned their attention towards the incoming chakra signatures that had come within range.

"It would appear, that we have company, Yugito-chan." Naruto said causing the two-tails Jinchūriki to snap back into reality.

"Kitten, this chakra signature belongs to members of our village, you should recognize them instantly." Matatabi informs Yugito whose eyes widened before a sigh of relief escapes her mouth.

"I know who it is that is approaching Naruto-sama." Yugito said gaining Naruto and Kurama's attention.

"The Raikage has sent them to come and recover me, no doubt the Raikage has been informed of my whereabouts and the fact that Akatsuki was after me." Yugito informs the two.

"Then we shall welcome them with non-hostel intent. Kurama said as the members of the hidden cloud village came to stand before them.

Yes, this is a cliffhanger and I apologize but this chapter has gone longer than I had anticipated and I want to get my next story started before I continued.

The Raikage can't seem to get a break man. I mean he just had his hopes for a good night completely shot down since, the woman was Mitoto who is already spoken for.

Then the dude had to find out that one of his Jinchūriki is being targeted by the Akatsuki and he doesn't even know he will be indebted to the child of the man he once fought against.

Kurama is turns out to be far above the likes of Kakazu's level and Naruto had no problem beating Hidan whilst still holding back.

Kakazu was able to make a quick escape before he was either killed or captured, but Hidan unfortunately his luck is so bad that he was captured easily.

So, I hope you all enjoyed the battle between Kurama and Kakazu and Naruto and Hidan as it took a while to write it as there are many aspects that need to be implemented in the best way possible so that it made the most sense and it did not appear as if I was just adding this shit because it would be cool.

This entire story is built upon an Omniverse, a world that consists of infinite dimensions, Infinite Multiverses, Infinite Universes, infinite parallel universes and Realities, and infinite planets.

Increases one's resistances to Curses and Dark magic and they always return to their master's armory so that they never run out.

A spell Naruto learned from training with the fairies. It is a spell on the level of great magic. Chains made from fairy magic manifest to bind any opponent and cause additional holy damage.

Hidan Bio.

Heretic spirit: A being who is the antithesis of a heroic spirit. Instead of being granted fame and power because of their own legends, they gain power by becoming the servants of Heretic Gods, begging for power instead of earning it.

These heretics are those who worship a god of the occult or a religion and have gain favor of said Gods and have been bestowed power.

Jashinist: A loyal follower of Jashinism an occult created to worship the god of Death and Curses Jashin.

Demi-God Physiology:

Type 1: Power of a minor deity depending upon both the pantheon they belong to and the deity they serve.

Because Hidan serves Jashin, he only has a lesser variant of the power Jashin wields.

Supernatural Strength, Supernatural Durability, Supernatural Speed, Supernatural Reflexes, Supernatural Senses, Supernatural Stamina.

Attack Potency: City level

Speed: Massively Hypersonic

Durability: City level

Stamina: Extremely high (almost nearing limitless)

Jashin granted Hidan the ability to produce and mold magic by creating a tank within his body to geared towards magic.

This tank is known as a second Origin and works for differently than chakra.

Scaled the wall: Someone who has surpassed the realm of mortals and has become equal with myths and legends.

On Shiranui, only those who have reached and/or surpassed S class have ever scaled the wall.

Hidan had scaled the wall way before he joined the occult of Jashin so he is far better than most heretics as he never once begged for power or immortality.

His faith in Jashin is genuine, which is why he is the only one to have succeed in becoming a true priest of Jashinism.

The religion that was founded on Shiranui during an age before the goddess of chakra appeared to worship the God of Destruction and Death Jashin.

It allows the wielder to be imbued with the power of cursed magic and to causing pain to all those who become a target.

When undergoing a sacrifice, Hidan changes appearance after ingesting his opponent's blood. His skin then turns black with white markings representing a skeleton, a symbol of absolute death. He draws Jashin's symbol on the ground in his own blood and stands in the center. This symbol is an equilateral circumscribed triangle (an upside-down triangle with a circle around it). Once his sacrificial ritual takes place, any kind of pain or injury that Hidan takes is also inflicted upon his sacrifice, be it a mere scratch or a pierce in the heart. However, this ritual can be broken if Hidan either steps or is forced out of the circle.

Side effects: Grants Immortality, Chakra resistance and Magic resistance.

Almost any item or weapon can be empowered by the curse of Jashin making them are stronger.

Weapons will become powerful enough to compete with true Noble Phantasms. All weapons become B rank noble phantasms. Also grants a B rank riding skill for weapon equipped vehicles.

This technique works in a similar fashion as Knight of Honor: A Knight Does Not Die with Empty Hands. (Berserker form Fate Zero)

Immortality: Type 4 Immortality (granted via a Deity's Protection)

Jashin has bestowed Hidan with his divine protection.

Can take fatal injuries and continue fighting, however he cannot heal his own injuries.

Allows for battle even whist on the verge of death. Due to Jashin's divine protection that grants immortality, Hidan can continue to fight while his limps are still connected to his body.

Increase Strength temporarily. An offensive ability that only devils and beasts possess.

An ability to become immune to Chakra based abilities granted by the heretic god Jashin.

Hidan is completely immune to all Jutsu that is at the rank and below the rank of B.

Nullifies all magic that require less than two verses. Still gets hurt by using great magic or ritual magic.

Hidan has a massive weakness to Holy and Light based magic.

A skill bestowed by Jashin

Rage Empowerment: C - Becomes more powerful the angrier he gets.

Divinity: B + Strength of one's god-like nature.

Being chosen by Jashin as his high priest, Hidan was granted to blood of Jashin, which was a part of the ritual that gave Hidan immortality. (Ceremony of immortality)

This means that Hidan is a demi-god.

Heretic God: Gods, heroic spirits and divine beast that have left the Domain of Immortality to manifest within the third dimension. (This is without a catalyst such as the holy grail mind you, meaning they manifest in their utmost prime with no restrictions)

Domain of Immortality is a place that exists beyond space and time that holds whose who have become myths and legends after their time in the mortal coil.

Domain of immortality holds the Throne of Heroes, where those who were held as heroes reside.

There is the Throne of Gods, where those who were once worshipped as gods reside.

Gods and Heroic spirits are in fact two different beings. There are different categories to the type of heroic spirit and they are vastly different from Heretic gods. (Heretic Gods Campione wikia) (Heroic spirits fate wikia)

Kakazu is pretty much the exact same as he is in the manga as of right now, because his current role in the story is smaller.

Hidan on the other hand is far from being done in as he is heavily connected to future events.
