Chapter 1: Embarrassment

Hi guys this is my first fanfic I hope it's okay but this basically is a story of Graylu so here goes nothing I don't know if there will be more chapters. Hopefully there will be, I don't know if im a very good writer or not

Lucy P.O.V

Lucy was sitting at the bar talking to Mirajane when a certain ice mage just happened to walk in. Damn he was so hot, if an ice mage could even be hot. Lucy's heart was pounding uncontrollably, a chill was sent up her spine as she saw Gray strip suddenly, her cheeks were hot as she blushed for a second. She turned back to the bar hoping that no one noticed her reaction but of course her luck wasn't that great, when she turned around there was Mira smiling at her with this amused look in her eye that read "oh this will be interesting". "N-Now hang on a minute Mira-san I know what you're thinking but your wrong" Lucy spluttered hoping that Mira will believe her. "What are you talking about Lucy what am thinking huh?" Crap! she has a smile on her lips as Lucy just realised what she did, she'd backed her up into a corner, now Lucy either had to tell Mira what she was thinking or coax Mira into dropping the subject. Shit!

Lucy finished the rest of her drink in one huge gulp and got up from the bar "Bye-Bye Mira-san" she said waving with an innocent look on her face. She walked out of the guild going back to her apartment, halfway there she smiled and thought "Nice one Lucy you avoided her trap".Hehe Lucy let out a little giggle now happily skipping back home.

Gray P.O.V

Gray watched Lucy walk out the door looking very innocent, she was so cute. He just wanted to grab her thin waist and pull her into a crushing kiss but of course he couldn't do that, only thought of him as a friend. But he couldn't give her up he'd tried once before and that resulted in him almost breaking his arm. Gray thought back on the event and then was pulled into a flashback of that day. A few weeks before he was walking and went past Lucy's house, he thought he'd heard Lucy screaming in her apartment, determined to stay away from her he ignored it trying to get over his emotions but then he heard her squeal. At that moment he forgot about control and jumped through her window Natsu Style and what he found was far from what he expected. She was on a date with a guy with sandy brown hair and dazzling green eyes and they were chasing each other around with a bag of chocolate sauce so embarrassed Gray stumbled and fell out the window almost breaking his arm in the process. Just thinking about it made his cheeks go red. Gray was then bought back to present by Natsu grabbing his shit yelling "Cmon fight me ya damn iceblock" "what did you say flame brain" with a cruel grin on his face. Just as they were about to begin fighting Erza walked over getting ready to yel at them but just before that happened gray and natsu piss bolted out the door. Natsu ran towards the park and climbed up a tree trying to hide and Gray just by instinct ran to Lucy's house, unconsciously stripping on the way there

Lucy P.O.V

Lucy came out of the bathroom in her new pyjamas to be surprised by Gray lying on the floor in front of the window breathing heavily. Too stunned and tired to care she just chucked him a blanket and pillow then sat on her couch reading a book. After an hour her eyelids started to get heavy so she got into bed and closed her eyes. Just before she fell asleep she thought how nice it would be to have Gray in bed with her, his warm arms hugging her until morning the thought of it send a pleasant tingle down her spine into her toes and she fell asleep with a smile on her face.
