Epilogue: Pieced Together (Yuuhi's Perspective)

It's been eight years since her death. Everything's not the same and everything has changed. Everything is in place, and everyone has moved on. However, we are still as thankful to her as we were before. Those feelings never faded away and they're still in our hearts.

A year after her sixth death anniversary, Chairman Muranishi and Kumoi-san welcomed their second child. This time, they named their child 'Yuumi' after me. It's an honor. Kirika also started going to school, so Kumoi-san is a bit emotional every now and then which is a bit surprising.

Seiji and Fubuki got married a year after he proposed that spring day three years ago. Seiji has graduated from being an idol months after that. He is now just an actor. Fubuki resigned from the entertainment industry and focused on her time as the CEO of the Todou Financial Group. After all, Fubuki needs to take it easy especially since the baby's due date is coming up.

Subaru-nii and Akane-san also got married a few months after Seiji and Fubuki. They now reside in America. Unfortunately, Akane-san suffered a miscarriage recently, but they are still trying. Despite that, their relationship has been stronger than ever.

As for me, I'm in the arms of the man that I decided to marry. I'm with the man who healed my heart for good. He and I just got married last year. It's still surreal. I've never thought I would be able to find such happiness in my life. I'm glad he was the one who picked up my broken fragments. He, too, is glad I fixed his.

However, there's someone I never got to meet in person that I'm still thankful for. I love her with all my heart. Even though I've only seen her in my dreams, I know that she truly cares not just for me but for all of us. I'm sure she's watching over us from the heavens.

Kirari-nee, I know you're listening. I want to let you know how much I—no, we love you. We are still thankful for everything you've done for us. There will come a day when I'll see you in person. You'll always be inside our hearts and there will never come a day where you're not in our mind. Thank you so much. We promise that one day, we'll be together again. We love you, Kirari-nee.
