Epilogue

After the battle Harry awoke in the hospital wing where Draco had never left his side as he was unconscious for three days. He even saw his little babies sleeping in there crib right beside his bed.

"Draco, Draco, wake up." Harry whispered as he shook his mates arm to wake him. As soon as his hand touched the Slytherin, his eyes snapped open and they filled with tears.

"Harry! Your awake." Draco says as he wipes away the cascading tears on his face. Harry motioned for Draco to come to him and he did. Harry pulled his mate into a heated kiss.

"I love you, Draco." Harry tells him.

"I love you too, Harry."Draco says smiling at the Gryffindor. Madam Pomfrey came in when she heard Draco call Harry name. She smiled at the two before she went to Harry to check on his injuries. Draco had asked Madam Pomfrey to tell the others that Harry was awake. Twenty minutes after she left they thundering coming towards the hospital.

"Harry!" There large group of friends yelled causing Lily,Skye, Aiden to wake up and start to cry. Cassius on the other hand had been awake for a while now and just sat there waiting to be picked up.

Harry went to pick up Lily and Skye, while Draco picked up Aiden and Cassius to his arms.

"Sorry guys." The group says.

"Its okay." Draco says.

"How are you feeling Harry?" Hermione asked.

"I'm feeling much better actually." Harry says.

It was two months after this that they managed to fix all the damage to Hogwarts and for Dumbledore to be sent to Azkaban for his crimes against magical creatures. McGonagall was announced the new Headmistress. Remus, was given his old job as the Defense against the Dark Arts. Snape was surprisingly okay with it.

"Its because Sev, likes to scare the heck out of the 1st years in potions." Draco says causing everyone to laugh.

Sirius was free and was clear of any charges and he began to live a happy life besides Remus at Hogwarts.

The 7th year students at Hogwarts were all glad that they made it through this hectic year in one piece and were glad there were about to graduate.

"Harry, Harry!" Draco called out to his mate as he searched the halls of Hogwarts for him. As he walked back towards the room Harry stood holding Lily in his hands.

"Harry, this is where you have been, it's time for the graduation." The Slytherin sighed in exhaustion. He has been searching for the Gryffindor all day, and yet, his mate fell upon deaf ears, it felt as if the Boy-Who-Lived didn't hear him.

"I know I just can't believe that it's over." Harry said as he smiles sadly at his husband.

Seeing such a sad smile on his love face made Draco mourn inside. "Harry, it's not over, we have four young children together we are just beginning." the blonde haired Hogwarts student informed him as he leaned forward to give him a kiss to Harry's plump pink lips. Lily squirmed trying to move away from her snogging parents. Draco smiled before he pulled away as he kissed Lily then headed out heading towards the graduation.

"I'm glad to see all of your smiling and gleeful eyes as I remember so many of you who have grown since you were scared, nervous first years," McGonagall started. "You all will go down different paths and have many of adventures but you will always remember the home you had here at Hogwarts."

"Will the student speaker come up." Ms. Sprout addressed. Hermione rose to her feet making her way to the stand.

"Hello everyone my name is Hermione Granger, through the years at Hogwarts I learned and experience many wonderful and horrible things but I do believe that out of everywhere I could been accepted to any other school but I know now Hogwarts is my home. I rather not be anywhere but here. I know my life has meaning as I learned friendships, betrayal, and perseverance through it all however now I took towards my future and I see a bright future."Hermione Granger stated as she flashed her fellow Hogwarts graduates a bright smile.

"Thank you Hermione, now we shall pass out the diplomas." McGonagall replied.

They went through the list, Hermione came was called second sat the G group, an entire Weasely Family and Gryffindor house cheered as they gather diplomas. The list more names before Draco was called and fellow Slytherins along with Harry cheered as he got his diploma. Pansy went with the Slyherins went cheering. Harry name was called, the crowd let out an uproar, cheering and chanting his name. Ron went a while later then lastly Blaise went, Slytherins and his parents cheered.

Once the graduation was over everyone went with their families to celebrate.

"Come on Harry we have to get going." Draco said as they approached their family and they all headed home.
