IMMMAAAAAA BAAACCCKKK! MUAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Okay, you must be thinking, "I thought this was just a two-shot." Well, since I didn't update for so long y'knoow! But gommenene. T.T I was busssy. As u can see, I still am…with festivals, hws, projects, tests and annual function of my school coming. ANYWAYS. Finaaaaaly, an update. :D SORRY AGAIN.

"…My dragon-..WHAT!? Dragon!? They don't exist!" Shinichi yelled.
"…we need to explain it too." Gray, Lucy and Erza said.
"yeeahhh…." Natsu agreed.
"What the-…?"
"well, yeah. It goes like this…."

"You see, we people are not ordinary people, but mages, also called wizards. We use magic as we have it inside of us because we all live in a magic environment, which is hidden from all. However, since we found out that the people we are searching for are outside our environment by some sources, we came to you for help as we were told you that were the most famous detective around."

"So, that is why, here, Natsu was adopted by a dragon as a kid and was raised by it until the age of 11 and now Natsu wants to meet him again. It is highly likely that the dragon must have disguised as human as it would be very unlikely that he might be roaming around as a dragon since it carries the risk of being spotted in a normal human environment." Erza explained Shinichi about it thoroughly.

"Oh… I see. Now I get it…" Shinichi said, "But it is still very hard to believe." Shinichi mumbled the last part to himself but since the mages have very keen hearing senses, they caught it, especially Natsu, being a dragon slayer.

"We understand it is hard to believe but you need to live with it." Gray stated simply.

"Wh-… yeah." Shinichi fought the urge to ask how they could hear him but soon realized that it must be that mages' ears are very keen.

"Yes…very true, Gray-san." Ran commented.

"Oh, please call me Gray only." Gray requested and Ran nodded.

"Anyways, so will ya help us?" Natsu asked very casually, keeping his arms on his thighs and then joining his hands and looking at Shinichi very seriously.

"Hmmm…" Shinichi glanced at Ran and she glanced back at him at the same time. It was like they were communicating through their eyes. Finally, Ran gave Shinichi a nod, signaling him an 'Ok' and Shinichi nodded back, agreeing.

"Well?" Erza asked impatiently as she is really impatient but still otherwise asked politely because she was requesting someone very important when usually she is really aggressive.

"We accept." Shinichi declared.

"Yay!" Everyone except Erza, Gray, Shinichi and Ran chorused together in pleasure. Erza just crossed her arms, smiled brightly and thanked the couple. Gray was busy stripping….

"GRAY! HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU NOT TO STRIP!?" Erza exclaimed, pointing to Gray. Shinichi and Ran were shocked at the sudden outburst of the red-head and looked in Gray's direction who had his shirt off.

"Eh? WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN!?" Gray yelled at himself and went searching for his shirt. He found it soon after.

"…" Shinichi and Ran were left speechless while Natsu, Lucy and Happy were still celebrating in joy.

"Um, I'm so sorry. It is just a habit of his, which is irreversible. Trust me, we've tried everything but it failed. Sorry for the inconvenience but I guess you should get used to it now, since we will now stay with you for a while, I guess." Erza apologized and then explained them the situation. The couple was shocked but let it go since they'd realized by now that everything related to those people was definitely weird.

"Anyways! Let us all get started on our search, shall we?" Shinichi announced and everyone chorused a "Yes" in agreement.

"Okay, since it would be difficult to find a dragon which is disguised as human without any clue of his appearance, let's start from Lucy-san's father." Shinichi told the group.

"Okay. But call me Lucy only, please." Lucy requested politely.

"Yeah, don't use any honorifics with any of our names. Its alright." Natsu assured them and the couple agreed.

"Aye!" Happy interrupted but he was ignored which made him go sulk in a corner...

"So yeah, Lucy, how does your father look like?" Shinichi asked.

"Well, here is a picture of him. I brought it along since I knew it would come in handy." Lucy gave Shinichi the picture.

"Hmm…okay. Got it. Now tell me, do you have any idea which area he might be in? Because Tokyo is a large city and it would take us forever to find him all over without any lead." Shinichi explained.

"Uhh..well…mmm….YEAH! I remember! When I was told that my father was here, they gave me the information that he has been spotted with someone, I dunno who, in some police detective's office, meeting his wife who is a lawyer called 'Kiaski Ere' or something. I am not too sure. But she's a very reliable and famous lawyer around here I heard." Lucy told everything she knew.

Shinichi glanced at Ran. Ran glanced at Shinichi. The rest of the group died in confusion.

"No…do you mean…was it actually 'Kisaki Eri'?" Shinichi and Ran questioned together in hurry.

"uh, yeah! That was it! Sure!" Lucy yelled, proud of herself that she recognized the name.

Shinichi glanced at Ran again. Ran glanced at Shinichi again. The rest of the group died in confusion again.

*FACEPALM*

"eh? What happened to you two? Shinichi-san!? Ran-san!? Are you okay?" Lucy and Happy asked worriedly.

"hehe…the lawyer you are talking about is…my….mom." Ran answered Lucy and Happy with a grim expression.

"EEEHHHHHHHHH!?" The group yelled in unison and confusion.

"Yeah." Shinichi answered for them this time.

"Oh god…" All their expressions turned grim.

After a minute of dead silence, Happy broke the very very awkward silence.

"Um, okay…so, since we now have a lead, let's go to Eri-san and find Lucy's daddy?" Happy suggested.

"Wow, Cats have so much brain in magic environment." Shinichi said, "even more then that Hattori of here." Shinichi thought the last part with an annoyed expression, laughing sarcastically in his mind.

"Aye~~!" Happy agreed, very satisfied. While the mage group looked at him, bewildered. Wow, a stupid blue cat was just complimented by a very famous person.

"Aye? What is that?" A strikingly familiar voice to the couple spoke, coming from above the marble floor.

"Really. What does that mean? And, how the hell can a cat talk!?" Another very strikingly familiar voice spoke from the same position maybe. Everybody looked down on the floor near the sofa Shinichi was sitting on.

"…WHERE DID YOU TWO COME FROM!?"
