Sorry…There Will Be No Kidnapping Today

Summary: Little Winry and Edward decided on who is going to be the knight and who is going to be the princess. Al just decides to climb a tree.

"Why do you get to be the knight?!" Winry said with a pout. She folded her arms across her chest. If she knew that they would have such a big fight about playing dragons and knights, she wouldn't have invited them to come outside to play with her.

"Because I am a boy that why!" Edward said with a scowl.

"So! Girls can be knights too!"

"NO way!"

"Yes way!"

"Nah Uh!"

"Huh uh!"

"No way! Right, Al, girls can't be knights?" Edward said as he turned to his brother. Alphonse was busying playing with some building blocks and some toy trucks. He looked up from his building blocks and blinked.

"Uh…" Alphonse said.

"SEE! He agrees with me!" Edward said as he turned back around.

"No, he doesn't!"

"Yes, he does!"

"Nah uh!"

"Huh uh! You have to be the princess! You are the only girl!"

She huffed. Stupid boy! Stupid Edward!

"I don't want to be the princess! Why can't you be the princess?!"

"I am not a girl!"

"So? You can be the prince!"

"I don't want to be the prince!"

"So, who is the dragon going to kidnapped?! Because it isn't going to be me!"

"Not me either!"

"Maybe, Al can be the kidnapped prince?" She said.

Alphonse would so be a much better prince than Edward. He was much nicer and Edward was a big meanie.

"I don't want to be the dragon. I want to be the knight!" Edward yelled in her face.

"I don't want to be the dragon either! Dragons are mean!" She yelled right back.

"Well…they can't be two knights!"

"Why not?"

"Because that is against the rules!" Edward said as he stomped his foot on the ground.

She stomped her foot right back and put her hands on her hips.

"LAIR! There is nothing in the rules about that!"

"Yes, there is!"

"No, there isn't!"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Al, tell her that she is wrong!" Edward said as he started to turn around again to look at his brother.

"No, Al…tell him that I am right! And he is being a meanie because he doesn't want to be a dragon!" She said.

"I am not a meanie!"

"Yes, you are!"

"NO, I am not!"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"ALPHONSE!" They shouted as they turned around to look at Alphonse. She blinked when she realized that he wasn't there.

"Al? Where are you?" Edward said in a slight panic. He looked around for his brother.

"Shhhhh! I am over here." Alphonse's voice was coming from a nearby tree.

She turned around and slowly approached a tree behind them. She looked up to see Alphonse has climbed up the tree while they were fighting.

"Brother, what are you doing up there?" Edward asked.

"The little birdies are about to open their eyes. With all of your yelling, the mommy bird is all upset. So…SHHHH!"

She frowned and sniffed a little. She didn't mean to upset the mommy bird. She watched out of the corner of her eye as Edward started to climb the tree.

"What are you doing?" She said as she tried to pull him down.

"I am going to see the baby birds!"

"Did you hear him?! You had to be quiet!"

"I can to be quiet! You are the one making all of the noise!"

"No, I am not!"

"Yes, you are!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

"Alphonse!"

"Brother!"

When she looked up the tree to get his answer, she couldn't figure out why Alphonse was giving them such funny looks.
