It's about twin sisters who have the ability to see and communicate with Spirits, back in 1969 someone kidnapped Ginny and Preston Jones who attend Gloucester High School, they were murdered, the case went cold and 23 years later in 1992, the twins: Vivian and Cecelia Thomas come into contact with Ginny and Preston to solve the 23 year old case.

The thing is, which makes it a smidge easier for Vivian and Cecelia, is that the murderer use to live in the house that they live in. In fact, they sleep in the same bedroom where he grew up sleeping in. After the murderer done the deed, he sells the place and moves out of his childhood home.
