A/N: I'm so sorry about how late this is but my creative juices seem to have run dry, that and my laptop decided that it would be fun to start wigging out. There is a longer note at the bottom. Enjoy!

THIRD PERSON POV
"There has to be something in this book!" Phoebe exclaimed slamming the Book of Shadows down for the third time in the last ten minutes. The sisters had moved to the attic, where Phoebe had stormed straight to the book and proceeded to flip through it.
"Sweetie you've been through that book several times now" Prue tried to calm her sister down when she saw Phoebe open the book again for the fourth time, Prue wrapped Phoebe in a hug from behind, placing her hands onol her little sisters efficiently stilling Phoebe's hands. "If you haven't found anything by now then you probably won't find anything" Prue whispered softly in Phoebe's ear.
"We can't just give up on her." Piper said quietly from the window where she had been looking up at the sky. "That girl was so hurt, I hurt her, and I'm scared that she might do something rash." Piper walked over to her sisters and held out hands, pleading with her eyes for her sisters forgiveness. Prue and Phoebe took her hands so the three of them surrounded the book and its pedestal. All of a sudden the book glowed bright gold and died down.
"Woah, what the hell was that?" Phoebe dropped her sisters hands and stepped away from the book. Prue and Piper stepped away and looked at the book warily.
"Hello my darlings"

Paige looked into the mirror just in time to see orbs about to form around a person. She looked down not prepared to loook into the eyes of who she thought was Leo. "Leo, don't, please." Paige still hadn't looked into the mirror or turned around, so she was very surprised to hear:
"It's me, sweetheart."
"Mom!" Paige turned around so quickly she fell into her mother and hugged her tightly and began to sob into her shoulder. Patty began making shushing noises and stroking Paige's hair. Once Paige had calmed down marginally Patty asked the question on everyone's mind, "why?'
Paige shot up from her mother's loving embrace, whipped her tears and looked angrily at her mother. "I expected you to understand, I needed you to understand." Patty stood up and held her youngest daughter's hands in her own. "I understand why my sweet but what I do not understand is why now. You have to understand why your grams and I are so scared for you baby." Patty leaned forward slowly and kissed Paige's head softly. Paige sighed loudly and looked into her mother's eyes, "I understand why your so scared mom but I am old enough to make my own decisions."
"Sweetie your nineteen, you have your whole life ahead of you, do you really want to throw it all away now?" Paige looked at her mother solomely, and spoke with no emotion in her voice, "Mom we both knew from the start that this was going to happen anyway. The elders would have made me choose when I turned twenty-one, and I think we both know that I would have chosen being a whitelighter and helping people over almost everything. I'm saving everyone a lot of heartache by making this decision now." Paige's voice dropped with sadness. "I'm mostly doing this for my sisters, they might not thank me now, as sisters, but they will thank me as witches and charges one day." When Paige finishes speaking she is close to tears again so Patty wraps her up in her arms again and slowly begins to rock back and fourth.
As Patty rocks Paige her thoughts stray to her mother, the girls' grams and wonders if she was fairing any better then she had.

Prue stepped in front of her two little sisters blocking them effeciently with her arms. "Whatever kind of sick joke your playing here you need to leave. Now."
"My dears, this is not a joke. I am here to help you save Paige." At the sound of her baby sisters' name, Phoebe stepped around Prue, despite her older sisters' look of disapproval. "Save her from what?" Phoebe asked the dead women in front of her, with desperation obvious in her voice.
"Herself." Grams whispered, but in the silence of the room, it sounded like she was yelling. "How do we do that?" Piper asked, clutching Prue's arm in front of her. "Do you trust me?" Grams looked the three oldest Halliwell children in the eyes, and saw her answers in their eyes. When she looked into Phoebe's eyes she saw trust and determination, in Piper's she saw trust and self-disappointment, and finally when she looked into her oldest grandchild's eyes all she saw was determination to get Paige back.
"Then let's go."

A/N: Have I mentioned how sorry I am for the super late update, like I said my laptop freaked out and my creative juices dried out. Speaking of creative juices, give me some ideas of where you want this story to go. I have the next 3-5 chapters mostly mapped out, but I do want to know where you would want this story to go. So please give me some ideas and I'll do my best to incorporate all of them. Until next Read & Review, it makes us writers happy :)
