What Was His Name Again?

There's a Disney reference and a minor Batman:TAS reference in this little drabble. Can you spot them?

It was a routine day at the Gotham City Police Department. Routine for Gotham, that is. Officer Renee Montoya sat at her desk, filing her usual reports about her last day or so of work. She was just beginning to ponder how police work seemed to involve more paperwork than actual public service when a familiar voice spoke up behind her.

"So whatdya think o' that new kid in the black 'n' blue outfit?" Renee swung around in her chair to face her old friend, Detective Harvey Bullock. While Renee took care to maintain a professional appearance as a police officer, the same could hardly be said of Harvey. He was almost as recognizable in his rumpled suit and dirty trenchcoat as Batman in his cape and cowl. Another officer had once said behind his back that he looked like an unmade bed. "What'd he call himself again? Darkwing?"

Renee smirked. "Isn't that name already taken?"

Harvey paused, then it dawned on him. "So it is."

"I think he said Nightwing," corrected Renee, "and he seems okay. Certainly easier to talk to than you-know-who."

"I still say all them costumed freaks should be locked up in Arkham, friends of da commish or not. Still, better to have a couple of 'em on our side than none."

Typical Harvey, thought Renee. That was pretty much his way of saying he liked the "new kid" too.
