June, 1. 1734. Nesebur, Bulgaria.

The guards stared down at the petite boy with nasty beady eyes, sweat dripped down the sides of their faces, if it was from the heat or raging anxiety Harry didn't want to find out. Gripping the money closer to his chest the feminine teen pondered on how to escape this hinderance. With a small bewitching smile Harry formulated a small but effective plan.

"Gentlemen."

Bowing his head with a coy look on his elegant face he approached them with a sassy sway to his hips. The men gulped when Harry fiddled with his luscious hair, pink lips moist and parted, green eyes framed with dark lashes alluring the men closer.

Harry stepped right in front of the larger guard and bit his lip as he placed nimble hands on the mans chest, said man was beginning to feel dizzy from the wanton teen's fragrance of the sweetest flower, or honey. Reaching up Harry gripped the man tighter and smirked when he saw the sweaty man pucker his cracked lips and right then with a swift knee to the guards groin, and a punch in the nose to the other, Harry began running the opposite direction with Hedwig right after him hooting and flapping her wings. His fragile body maneuvered swiftly through the cities streets and he began to slow down once the guards voices seemed to fade.

Chuckling Harry turned a corner feeling at ease when suddenly he heard someone shout,
"Over there!" The boy's chest heaved in fear as adrenaline pumped through his veins when he ducked and turned a corner from the two angry guards yelling behind him. Fear building up in him as he ran down the narrow alley, he could hear the guards catching up to him as he neared a dead end.

Spinning around his eyes raced to look for any type of escape route, but all he saw was brick wall encircling him- almost drowning him. The two men approached grinning with malice in their eyes at the way Harry leaned further into the wall as if wanting to become a part of it.
Hedwig hooted angrily and charged towards one of the guards but he swatted her away harshly and sneered.

"Hedwig!" cried Harry when the snow white owl crashed into the wall and fell to the floor.

The guards both chuckled as they closed in on him. Harry closed his eyes in fear and waited for the unmistakable feel of sweaty hands smearing his supple skin. Instead he heard a loud crack, shuffles and another crack.

"We better go before someone finds the bodies." a deep gruff voice said.

Harry opened his eyes in alarm and was swept away by deep blue eyes; eyes so dark you would mistake them for black if not for the lighting which showed a midnight navy colour. The teen felt
as if he was staring into the oceans own depths, his heartbeat immediately sounded louder in his own ears and Harry was afraid this man could hear it.

"Are you alright?" the man asked as he guided Harry out of the alley and into the lively street.

It's him, Harry thought the whole time.

Indeed it was him. It was the man who would change his life forever, it was the man Destiny had prepared him for all those years ago. The two of course didn't know this was all mapped out for them, but they did feel it was meant for them to encounter each other. It was like two puzzle pieces of the fitting together making everything else fall into place.

"I'm fine. Thanks."

The man smiled and those deep blue eyes almost caressed him causing Harry's breath to leave him. Hedwig hooted softly and the teens attention was brought towards his owl's safety.

"Are you alright girl?" The owl hopped up and flapped her wings as if answering the question. She hooted happily and Harry smiled at her. The teen stood facing the older man and held his gaze, and Harry said. "We should be heading home now."

"Then I shall escort you home." he said in all seriousness.

"I don't want to be a bother, it's really close by and-"

"What I meant to say is; I want to escort you, we can't have anything else happen to you." The man said as he pivoted his body silently asking in which direction they should head.

Harry smiled and placed a stray strand of hair behind his ear; bright green eyes peered through thick lashes at the man and blushed.

Hedwig's eyes moved from the man to her master noticing the way they both looked at each other; something had began. She could feel it.

The two had walked together; laughter sometimes joining them. A smile always on Harry's lips when the man, Tom, had began telling him his adventures overseas. He talked about the fear and excitement mixed in together to make such a wondrous feeling when you were caught in a furious storm out in the sea as you tied down the ropes of the ship trying to get it under control for if you didn't you and the crew would surely die.

Besides his stories and the way he talked which made Harry shiver in delight- Tom had been such a gentlemen, buying Harry an apple when he saw the hungry look in the teen's eyes after passing a fruit stand, and offering him his jacket when a shiver passed through the fragile body.

The older man was indeed everything Harry had imagined him to be from afar; the whole concept of "tall, dark and handsome" wrapped up in one person. From his dark brown hair to his mysterious personality.

The two lad's were currently walking down the outskirts of a forest where Harry's family had set up camp because Tom had not let the persuading teen talk him out of taking him home.

"Well if you insist on escorting me the least I can do is invite you to eat," Harry said.

Tom stroked his stubbled chin while thinking over the invitation, his dark blue eyes looked over at the ethereal gypsy boy; the innocence of the boy radiated out of those hypnotizing eyes- Tom felt as if it was his duty to completely rob that from Harry.

"I am a bit famished."

The boy smiled happily and lead the man towards the camp.

Next chapter is ...undecided... if you want to help me write a small summary of what you wish for the next chapter. I plan to introduce Tom to the family and then... something exciting happens(can't ruin the story for you). But your idea's will be mixed in.
