This is my story about The First Generation living with the Tenth Generation. Yeah, this story is past to future; I was starting to get annoyed with the large number of future to past stories compared to the small number of past to future stories. Well, I wanted to see how everyone gets along with each other in the future world. Sorry if the story isn't that great, I hope that it's at least a little bit enjoyable. By the way, this takes place before Elena's death and Daemon's betrayal.

The First Generation Guardians of the Vongola Family were gathered in Talbot's lab, waiting for the mechanic to explain why they were called there. Giotto was standing near the mechanic's workbench while G, right-hand man and Storm Guardian, was standing off to side but still close to his boss. Asari, Rain Guardian, Alaude, Cloud Guardian, Knuckle, Sun Guardian, Daemon, Mist Guardian, and Lampo, Lightning Guardian, were all stationed around the room.

After about three minutes of standing there, Lampo was getting impatient, "Are you going to tell us what we're doing here or not?" he whined.

G scowled at the youngest Guardian before turning to the mechanic, "As much as I'd hate to agree with that idiot, I want to know as well," he said. Giotto frowned a bit, wondering what the mechanic was making them wait for.

Talbot grinned at the seven men in front, ignoring the menacing aura coming from about half the Guardians, "I've been waiting for you to ask that," he announced dramatically. Giotto sweat dropped, wondering how they've kept Alaude, Daemon, and G from killing Talbot yet, "Well, anyway," Talbot continued, "I called you here to inform you of a discovery I've made."

Daemon raises an eyebrow at the man, "And what might that be, hmm?" he questions. Talbot's smile grew wider as he answered the melon-headed illusionist, "Time travel," Most of the Guardians gaped at him, even Alaude's eyes grew slightly wide when he heard the man's words.

"T-time travel?" Asari stutters out, voicing out what everyone was thinking.

Talbot points to a small object on his workbench, "This is the machine that I created to transport objects through time, but," he pauses before speaking again, "I can still only transport small objects, I haven't tested it on people yet."

Giotto quickly got over his shock and smiled, "Even so, this is truly amazing, Talbot." G nods, agreeing with his boss.

"How far in time can it reach?" Asari asked.

"Hmm," Talbot thought about a bit before answering the man, "According to the dates that the objects say, I've gotten about 400 years into the future."

"What kind of objects did you bring back from the future?" This time it was Knuckle who asked. Talbot turned to his workbench and pulled out a book.

"Nufufu, and what might this be?" Daemon Spade asked, looking over G's shoulder at the open book.

"This seems to be a science text book from XXXX," Talbot explained, "I'm guessing it's from a middle school class room in Japan." He also brought a few papers with the around same dates on them, though they were to damaged to tell what they said.

Lampo walked over to the machine, wondering how it worked. While the others were talking, Lampo poked it, accidently pushing it off of the bench. He didn't even have time to panic before the machine cracked against the floor, giving off a bright, blinding light. When the light finally faded away, all seven of the Guardians were gone, leaving a dumbfounded Talbot.

Well, here's the beginning. Yeah, can you guess what school the text book's from? :)

*Sigh* Sorry if it sucked. I'm trying my best but I'm not really that good. Go ahead and point out any mistakes I made, I really appreciate any advice.
