Author's Note:
Hello~ Thank you to for those reviewing last chapter, it made me happy (~^.^)~
And those who followed as well~
These updates are going to be so so so slow I'm so sorry... Wow... It's been like a year or two...?
I don't own Hetalia.
Warning: Cussing, cursing, the likes.
As they ended their part of the anti-bullying part of their assembly, everyone heard a *ba-ring*, signaling that the intercom was on.
"Did you need me for something, Mr. Jones?" It was the librarian, which was Irena's older brother Toris, at the age of twenty-four.
"Ah, yes. Apparently, one of the private schools in the inner part of the city is going to join us for the rest of the year because it's going to be demolished for a hotel."
At this a wave of chatter erupted within the audience before Eduard spoke through the mike to hush them.
"Really, sir?"
"Yes, and surprisingly, we haven't met them before..."
"Well, it is a private school..."
"That private?"
"I suppose so... This won't interfere with anything..?"
"The one who sent me the letter said it wouldn't... but knowing our students here..."
Then they heard Feliks's voice. "Like, they'll be staying here right? I don't want to like, share my office with anyone! What if they totally hate my beautiful pink office?"
They heard Mr. Jones sigh, "Don't worry Feliks, you have a right to not share your office."
Then they heard Toris again. "What about our classrooms- will they be enough room? I know we have extra rooms and all, but what if it's not enough? We might have to somehow lay off some of the staff-"
"Don't worry," assured Mr. Jones, "I don't think that- Oh, hello Ms. Windy, how are you?"
Thus, most of the freshmen 'huh?'-ed at this. You see, what they didn't know was that Mr. Jones can see fairies and the like, as he was born in Great Britain, and inherited the sight. Of course, as fate allows, his mostly American children only inherited some parts of his sight. And his said children are...
Alfred ran over to the intercom button and pressed on it. "Get to the point, Dad!"
"Huh..? Oh, blast it, I pressed on it, didn't I? How silly of me..."
Feliks's voice rang though suddenly. "Like, isn't this horrible guys? What if they like, gang up on us?"
"Then we gang up twice as much and beat the shit out of them," replied Lovina, "And you wouldn't have to worry because you carry pepper spray everywhere you go."
"Like, you're so totally right. Hey, let's all go shopping after school!"
"Feliks, that can wait until after school; and we have to go pick up-"
"I totally forgot! Then nevermind-"
Mr. Jones interrupted them then, "What did Abby say what we're having for dinner?", then they heard some shuffling and a *beep* signaling that the intercom is now off.
"Well," everyone now looked at Eduard, "Now that is out of the way, we should continue this assembly before third hour starts."
"Ve~ Let's talk about our summer!" said Feliciana, who is now part of the audience; she raised her hand up and spoke clearly enough for everyone to hear.
Eduard thought for a bit to this as he glanced at something on his handy-dandy laptop; after reaching some inner agreement, he nodded and Feliciana continued.
"I made so many pasta dishes from different countries this summer~" some giggles went through the audience at the Italian's enthusiastic love for pasta. "And I am now fluent in German!"
"Ugh..." everyone now looked at Lovina, "And so am I... and everyone else she roped into it; it was worse than learning French."
"Oy," Francis countered, "Like Italian was any easier!"
Alfred spoke up, "All languages are hard man, the only way to go is English!"
At this, Francis, and the Italians rounded on him with spouts of foreign fury while everyone else mentally face-palmed.
...
"I know we have to go look for your other classes," Yue said to Ivan as they headed towards the auditorium, "For now though, we all have to be in the auditorium aru."
"What were you doing walking around then?" He asked, looking down at her as he mused about their obvious height differences.
"Seeing if any students were skipping. Normally teachers are with new students, so you guys would've been okay- so where is the teacher who is supposed to be helping you?"
"Our parents wanted to talk to her, so they had us wait out in the halls. And then Nikolai and Natalia began being all creepy again so I ran. Oh, but, our older sister, she is probably at the auditorium like everybody else."
"I see aru. Well, that's good-!" She swiftly turns, moving and lifting one of her long sleeves in the air as the knives stabbed into it so she could confiscate them. "Weapons unless allowed by the Principal are not allowed on school grounds."
Enraged by the clear defeat, Natalia rushes at her with Nikolai watching from the side.
Dodging, Yue manages to do so flawlessly, impressed by the skill of the new students. "! Help me," she called our dramatically, "My Angels of Light!"
"? What?" Ivan says in confusion.
"You called?" He turns in surprise seeing a younger blond man with wavy hair and glasses and a lady-like brunette.
"How?" Ivan said, poking them once on the head and looking to and fro on both ends of the hallway. "How did you guys get here?"
"You guys are right outside the auditorium door," blond said, and Ivan then realizes that fact when he turns to see.
"Oh."
"He has History for 3rd Hour with you guys aru!" Yue said in a huff as she kept dodging Natalia, holding onto the knives and edging away towards the principal's office to turn in the weapons. "Protect him!"
Ivan gaped at her bravery of standing alone with Natalia. "But, what about you?!" he cried. He begins feeling torn from their abrupt separation. He didn't want his new friend to get hurt.
"It'll be okay," he felt the blond pat him on the arm. They watched as Yue and Natalia disappeared around the corner. "Yue's one of the toughest people in this school."
"Let's go in now," the brunette ushers, following them in after they did. Noticing that the other brother was still standing out in the hallway she turns to him. "Come on, you'll get in trouble if you don't attend."
With a glare he walks past her, and feeling swiped he turned in surprise to see her holding his pocketknife in the light, examining it. "You have to ask the Principal for permission first before they're allowed on the grounds," she states, maneuvering it around her hand before unsheathing it easily and stabbing the air in demonstration.
"This is really good, but you could kill someone with this easily, so," she sheathes it and walks past him with it in her hand. "You will get it back at the end of the day."
He glares at her. "You won't catch me having blood on my hands here," he growls, his hands uncomfortably in his jacket pockets, unused to the knife gone. With a huff, she regards him a little skeptically, and Nikolai was about to say something until she handed it back to him.
"Just remember to get permission from the Principal." With that she leads him to get seated.
After school~!
Ivan found himself lost as he walks out of the building, finding his siblings no where in sight.
"Haha," he hears a familiar lady-like laugh, "Are you looking for your siblings, Ivan?" He turns to see Irena, having learned her name in class.
"Da," he replies, and he glances around. "Have you seen them?"
"I think some of us dragged them out to look at the sports and clubs. I saw Yue take Natalia to the gym, do you want to come see?"
"The gym?" he says, and they go walk together.
"After school," she begins to explain, "The gym goes mostly to the Gymnastics Club, Cheerleading, and Work Out Club. Then in the rooms closer to the outfields are our Soccer and Football team. Then, us in Hockey go the rink nearby. There are more buildings actually, for the other field for our Baseball team; over there is also for the Archery and-"
"Wait," Ivan pauses her, trying to keep up, "Wait..."
"Ah, sorry... We have a lot going on, don't we? And I was just beginning."
For the rest of the walk to the gym Ivan just listened in silence as she began to go through the many clubs and other school activities at their school.
Lovina had a towel around her body as she walked out of the showers in the guys' locker room. It was a pleasant day like this she was grateful that Soccer was her last class- it let her and the rest of the team able to do whatever club or afterschool activity they wanted.
*tink* tink* Pausing in her steps to her locker she looked around. *tink* *tink*
"What the..?" She looked around, wondering where the source of the tinking came from.
Looking up at the ceiling she walked up a few steps to see a hand on the vent fumbling to get it open. Thinking she'd get rid of the creeper if he saw her, she walked under it, only to hear the vent latch opening rather suddenly.
She looks up, surprised as her hazel eyes locked with a vibrant green.
...
"Dude, how long is it to take a shower?" Alfred complains as they sat on the bleachers waiting for Lovina to come out. "We're going to miss the thing!"
"Al, the buffet closes at 10, so shut your pie hole," Amelia said, looking through her cell. "Kiku and everyone else are doing stuff too, so just hold your horses. She showers 10 minutes to your hour with your show tunes."
"Fine, fine!" He leans against her. "I just haven't eaten since lunch- he stops as a bag of muffins appear in front of his face.
"Here," Rose said, plopping it in his lap, "You're always hungry."
"Sweet!" He began opening it and munching. It was always a wonder why their English friends sucked at cooking but excellent at baking. "Thanks Rose!"
"Geez, we talked about this Rose!" Amelia says, taking the bag of muffins away. "Stop spoiling him!"
"But I'm hungry!"
"Remember th-"
"AAAaaaaaaaahhhhh!" They freeze.
"Lovina?!" Rose shouts, having never heard her scream like that since the haunted house in 7th grade.
"Lov?!" Alfred shouts after, and they all rush in the boys' locker room, Amelia first in, and they all stop and stare at the scene before them.
...
This stare is only for like 3 seconds though, because immediately after, Amelia hands over the bag of muffins to Alfred as he averted his stare and backed the hell out of there.
Lovina didn't know what to do; the guy was still on her, his eyes just as wide as her as he continued to stare.
"Ha..." Amelia chuckles awkwardly, knowing that she can get Lovina out of her stunned state. "This will be a funny story to tell your kids!"
Rose just watches warily, knowing that if she tried to help, she might undo Lovina's towel.
"K-Ki... K-Ki..." Lovina darts her eyes over to them before remembering the guy on top of her, blushing such a red, it made the guy blush as well. Before she could do anything though, someone else enters the locker room.
"Sorry!" Alfred calls from outside, "She heard from across the campus and came running so I couldn't stop her!"
Feliciana pants, her hands on her knees as she looks at the situation. Then she charged in like a linebacker. "Get off from her!"
It's really rare to hear Lovina scream in such horror. She has different types of screams.
