Unlike with three of my other YJ fanfics, I haven't given up on this one. But I can't continue from where I stopped. When I came back to this site and to Young Justice fanfiction, I realized that I don't want to give up on this one. I don't want to continue from where I left off, either. So I decided that I would have to restart this fanfic from the beginning and attempt to make it better. That being said, I will not delete this version of the story. I will simply restart it again with the same title, but with a different summary. I do not know when I will tackle this story, but I hope it will be soon.
I'm sorry that I made you guys wait so long. (Oh, and please visit my profile to get more details. There were other fanfics that I have discontinued.)
Here a token of my apology:
No Way!
Dick had been tired of attempting to make Wally and Artemis get along so he got on his IPhone and surfed Facebook. He didn't care for the site anymore, but he didn't feel like playing a game or getting his headphones for music. Therefore, he settled for basically scrolling down his news feed.
That's when he came upon a bunch of superhero fanatics arguing who would win in a fight: Artemis or Kid Flash. Dick snickered and shook his head at the comments that were piling up.
Lindsey Fields—KF is faster. Enough said.
Drake Brown—He has to sleep sometime. ARTEMIS FOR THE WIN!
Casey Everglade—Dude, that's your crush talking. Flash Boy would run circles around her.
Lindsey Fields—It's Kid Flash, not Flash Boy! Get. It. Right!
Boyd Hale—Let's face it: Kid Flash has super speed and Artemis has some sticks. The winner is obvious.
Drake Brown— . . . Artemis is the obvious winner.
Lindsey Fields—NO FRICKIN' WAY!
Drake Brown—Hmm, yes. She would win. No doubt about it.
Casey Everglade—I'm siding with Lindsey. No way Artemis would win.
Drake Brown—You said Artemis had sticks, right?
Casey Everglade—Yeah . . . So?
Drake Brown—Artemis would use those sticks to trip KF off a cliff. Easy enough.
Dick couldn't help it. He started to cackle. What that boy had suggested that Artemis would do was actually believable. She would do it if it meant that Kid Flash would finally leave her alone.
. . . Not that death would stop Wally. It would only get him to try harder, believe it or not. There was no getting rid of a ghost. He would do what he wanted to do.
Dick frowned slightly as he watched Artemis glare at Wally.
Maybe he would have a talk with Artemis. They did not need Wally as a ghost.
