Not long after the horror that was the World Quidditch Cup it was time to head back to Hogwarts. After I finished packing my trunk I head downstairs to tell Sirus goodbye before the Mr. Weasley comes to pick me up to head to the platform. When I get downstairs I see Sirus sitting at the table drinking coffee looking not quite awake yet. When I walked into to the room he looked up and said, "There she is! Do you have everything Cassie?" I say, "Yes uncle Sirus. I triple checked." He nods with a smile and tells me, "Good we need to be ready the Arthur will be here soon. Do want anything to eat before you go? If you don't tell Molly you ate anyway so she will stop accusing me of starving you." I laugh at that because Mrs. Weasley does accuse him of that a lot. She thinks I'm too skinny. I say, "No, I'm too excited to eat as always, but I will tell her you fed me. I promise." He gets up and gives me a big hug as he says, "That's my girl." It wasn't long before we heard Mr. Weasley come into the house.

He came back to where we were and said, "Good morning Sirus. Good morning Cassie. Are you ready to leave Cassie we have to meet Molly and the others at the Platform." Sirus says, "Good morning Arthur." And I say, "Yes Mr. Weasley I'm ready to go." He says, "Excellent! Well let's grab your trunk and be off." I nod and turn to Sirus, "Goodbye Sirus I'll see you this summer." He nods and tells me, "You got it kid. Have a great year!" With that said we shared a big hug then Mr. Weasley grabbed my trunk and Apparated us to platform 9 ¾. It didn't take much looking around to find Harry and the rest of the Weasley's. When we walked up to them Mrs. Weasley pulled me into a massive hug and said, "Look at you all grown up! How are things at the new house? Did you eat breakfast today? Are they properly feeding you? Do you need to come back to living with us?" I kept a soft smile on my face as she fired all these question at me. When she finished asking questions I said, "Things there are great! I love it there! Yes, I had breakfast today Mrs. Weasley. Yes, they are feeding me properly. And I miss you guys, but I still think it's better I stay where I am." She smiles at me and says, "I'm glad things are going good for the two of you. Now off you go kids! Hurry onto the train before you miss it hurry along!"

With one more hug from the Weasley parents Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Fred, George, and I all load up onto the train. Once on the train we separate. Fred, George and Ginny to find their friends, and Harry, Ron Hermione, and I to find a compartment to sit in. Once we find one and sit down it isn't long before the train takes off and we are on our way to our second home. We spend the beginning of the ride in a comfortable silence. Eventually Hermione pulls out the paper to read and on it is a picture of the dark mark symbol from the Quidditch World Cup. Even just seeing a picture of that gives me the chills. We soon hear someone walking by calling for to ask if anyone wants anything from the trolley of course Ron does. He stops them and says, "Packet of Drooble's and a Licorice Wand. On second thought, just the Drooble's." Harry says, "Don't worry I'll get it." But Ron and his pride says, "Just the Drooble's please. Thank you." I just sit back and roll my eyes. Boys. Cho Chang and her friends then walk up to the trolley. Cho says, "Two Pumpkin Pastries please." She shots a smile at Harry then walks away with her treats all the while Harry is drooling away. The Trolley women then turns to Harry and asks, "Anything sweet for you dear?" He says, "Oh, no, I'm not hungry. Thank you." What a weirdo. Got up for no reason at all.

Hermione suddenly says, "This is horrible. How can the Ministry not know who conjured it? Wasn't there any security or…" Ron interrupts saying, "Loads. According to dad. That's what worried them so much. Happened right under their noses." Harry starts messing with his scar and I ask, "It's hurting again, isn't it? Your scar." He shakes his head and says, "I'm fine." Hermione leans forward and gives him a stern look as she says, "You know Sirus will want to hear about this. What you saw at the world cup and the dream." I knew about the dream, but I didn't tell Sirus about it. Harry needs to tell him when he's ready, not before. Harry is silent for a moment and just looks out the window. Finally, he pulls out a quill and some paper and begins to write. Ron, Hermione and myself stay quiet while he writes and when he finishes he sends the letter off with Hedwing. I feel kind of bad, but none of them know I'm staying with Sirus, for their own safety and his. They all think I'm living with a friend of the order, which is not a lie.

We spend the rest of the ride talking about lighter and happier things trying to distract ourselves from the darkness that seems to surround of lives. We get to Hogwarts before we know it and we get hurried along into the dinning-hall to have our yearly feast and begin the sorting of the first years. As usual after the first years are sorted Dumbledore gives us a speech and told us we were in for a big surprise this year and that we would find out about it tomorrow. I wonder what the surprise will be. I glance over at the Slytherin table to see my brother smirking. Seems he already knows what the surprise is. As the feast begins I can't help but to wonder, what is this big surprise? And does it have anything to with this longing feeling I've been feeling since the Quidditch World Cup? So many questions and only tomorrow can answer them.
