Supernatural

Daughter of our future.

"Time is not on our side."

Dean drove around yet another mindless pedestrian that had just wandered out into the middle of the road. Indeed several people were mindless right now as whatever Dick Roman and his croanies had laced a good portion of the food supply with was still effecting almost everyone.

There was the extremely rare occasion that Dean could see someone "normal" walking around trying to snap other people out of their "turduckin daze" or looting stores for safe food and other supplies.

Sam made a face at Dean when they drove right past a kid that couldn't have been more than ten. The kid was obviously effected by the "Turduckin Goop" and therefore couldn't be helped. They'd been down that road before. Tried to help a few people they'd come across. And that had almost gotten them killed.

The deal was, was that a person could MAYBE be saved IF they hadn't manafed to get to much of that crap in their system. But neither Sam nor Dean knew what limit that was. And if that person had, had to much of that crap and they were seperated from a readily available sorce they'd become violent. Scary violent. Like reminiscent of the symptoms of the Croatoan Virus scary. And no matter what variations they'd tried they'd had the same results. There was just no helping these people, not without a cure. That's what Sam and Dean were doing, Scouring every asset Dick Roman had ever aquired trying to find an anidote to the poison that had been distributed to millions around the world.

And it was only a matter of time before the supplies of "Turduckin Goop" laced food ran out and everyone effected by it would turn into ravenous monsters that had nothing human left within them.
