A/N: Ah...its been so long since I've written a story...all of you must hate me now...sorry...university sucks...TT
This is my 1st EVER one-shot! I hope I can write more of these to learn to oh I don't know...end a bloody story? XD

Takano Masamune woke up with an excruciating headache as the blinding sunlight fought its way through his curtains. Groaning, he staggered up, nearly falling onto the couch again, before he made his way to the windows and shut the curtains completely close.

He sighed a little as he dropped onto the couch again, his hand reaching for the nearest bottle of alcohol. He took one long swig of the beer as he decided to ignore the fact that he should be at class right now, and not at home drowning his sorrows with booze.

The reason for his miserable state was simple; he just found out that his first love from high school, Oda Ritsu, is engaged with someone else. He groaned at the memory as he downed the beer furiously, in hopes of getting drunk as soon as possible to forget his misery.

He soon emptied the bottle and threw it towards the floor, hearing the glass break into pieces reminded him of his broken heart. Now that he was slightly tipsy, he begun to think of the time when he was in high school, and how Ritsu suddenly came into his life and made him feel so loved. He wondered what have he done that made Ritsu suddenly disappeared one day, shattering his already broken heart.

He did not realize he was so in love with that petite boy until he left him searching for him everywhere. Unfortunately for him, no one seems to know who Oda Ritsu was, which at one point made him think that maybe he imagined the boy in his head all along, to compensate for the lack of love he received from his parents.

No, that wasn't possible. He was sure Ritsu was real. He can still remember the first time he kissed those pink lips, and how hot his skin felt when he embraced him. He remembered their first time together, and underneath the smell of old books, was the scent of their bonding that evening. He chuckled slightly as he recalled how flustered the younger boy was after that, and how a simple touch of his could make him blush to his ears.

Now that he thought about it, Ritsu's sudden departure wasn't so surprising. After all, he didn't really show his affection much to Ritsu, even when they were alone together. And when he did display his love, it always ends with a session of intense lovemaking. So, maybe, Ritsu thought that he didn't love him at all, and was only amusing him, or worse, maybe Ritsu thought he was just using him for sexual release. He groaned aloud as he punched the couch out of frustration. Damn it! If only he was more vocal about his love, maybe Ritsu wouldn't have left him.

As Masamune started to slowly doze off to sleep, the only single thing on his mind was 'Oh, how I wish I could go back in time to tell you how much I love you, Ritsu…'
