Phineas Flynn woke up. Today was going to be the best day ever! He looked at his step-brother, Ferb Fletcher, who had five different blueprints in his hands.

"Ferb, you read my mind!" Their pet platypus Perry (who was really a secret agent) came over.

"Gggrrrrrrrrrrr," he chattered.

"My thoughts exactly!" They boys got ready for their day.

In the living room, their mother Linda was watching reruns of some seventies show. Candace came over.

"Hey, Mom! Watcha watchin?" she asked.

"I found some tapes of The Electric Company; it was my favorite show when I was a kid!" The boys slid down the banister.

"Electric Company? Sounds cool!" said Phineas.

"Oh, and, Candace, I need you to clean your room," her mother said.

"Mom, that's so boring!"

"With every job that must be done, there is an element of fun, and snap!" said Ferb, snapping his fingers, "The job's a game!"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever!" she left. Phineas watched Morgan Freeman sing for a moment.

"Ferb, I know what we're gonna do today!"

About twenty minutes later, the whole gang was gathered around their new machine.

"So, what does it do?" asked Baljeet.

"It can bring us The Electric Company!" said Phineas excitedly. Perry took advantage of the moment to sneak into a secret passage hidden in the flower beds.

"Agent P, we have reason to believe that Dr. Doofenshmirtz has made an Inator that sucks super powers! Go and put a stop to it!" said Major Monogram . He was on his way to stop his nemesis.
