I own nothing. Not this song ("Some Nights" by F.U.N. It's good so go listen!) Nor this TV show (YJ).

Inspiration: This is it girl , this is war. What are we waiting for? Why don't we just break the rules already?

"Artemis c'mon. We need a vacation... These last few weeks have been a drag." He touched his forehead to hers, trying to get her eyes to meet his. He tucked a strand of her long hair behind her ear. She breathed deeply, after two years she still was mesmerized by his close proximity.

"Tempting, Baywatch." She breathed "However, our team may need us... They are just as clever without you, but me? I mean all hell could and would break loose." She joked, kissing him lightly, trying to distract him from his plan.

"For the weekend c'mon, just the two of us please... Arty, break the rules already... You don't have to be accountable for everyone...second honeymoon...Pleeease" he sweetly broke the kiss and pleadingly placed his arms on her shoulders.

"Wally...we can't just leave here, what if a full on assault happens and the team needed us" she insisted, hissing at him. She was a bit miffed at him for the rules comment. She was plenty rebellious... When it counted.

"I've recently been told that the team is clever." Wally began with a smile. Seeing his blushing bride's unease, however, made him draw back and lead her to the couch where he sat down and pulled her into his lap. "You know they're strong. Nothings happened for months. One weekend , Arty. That's all I ask. You know they'd be able to reach us if something happened."

Artemis sighed at her own weakness and smiled, "Ok. This better be worth my time, Baywatch. Guess I need to pack then hmm?" She pressed a quick kiss to his lips and moved to her room's direction, but she was pulled back to the couch and immediately was assaulted with an onslaught of kisses and "Thank you thank you thank you!"s. Things were heating up when Artemis pulled away and breathed into his ear,

"Save it for the trip, Baywatch." She gave him a wink.

"It's a tropical location, sweetheart. Pack accordingly." He winked back, giving her one more kiss and loosening his grip on her.

She turned to her room, then looked back at her husband. "You've become persuasive in your old age, darling." She said teasingly. He stood up and took a step toward her.

"Old! Old!" He took off In her direction, and before she knew it, she was In the air being carried bridal style. "How's that for an old man."

"Not bad I suppose. I've been in the arms of weaker men." She smiled at her own words, seeing a flash of jealously cross over him

"Ohhh you'll regret that." He said huskily. Suddenly they were flying back to their shared room. Wally threw her on the bed and began tickling her. Her bell-like laughs were muffled by his mouth on hers. She could feel him smiling against her lips.

Needless to say... No packing was accomplished until the morning.
