AN: Ha told you I would upload another one. I'm getting there ok?

Chapter 21

Kendall couldn't fathom how he had gotten himself into this situation again.

5 months.

5 months he had spent trying to forget. Trying to forget the night that ruined his life. Trying to forget the face of the man that took his innocence, his confidence and his self worth.

5 months of trying to push those memories away.

5 months of coming to terms with the hand fate dealt him.

And he was doing a dam good job of it too. Until suddenly he found himself back in the same situation he was 5 months ago.

"It's good to see you again, beautiful." A creepy voice whispered into Kendall's ear. Kendall took another step backwards, pressing himself into the wall behind him. The man's breath on his neck paralyzed him with fear. His mind screamed to run but his body wouldn't respond.

"I hope you didn't think you were never going to see me again." The man whispered nuzzling Kendall's neck. The man placed his hands on Kendall's stomach. "Well look at what we have here." The man laughed. "Is it mine? Of course it's mine, no one else is ever going to love you."

"W-what do you want from me?" Kendall stuttered, trying to be brave.

"Can you imagine my surprise when I opened a magazine one day and found out my pet's picture was everywhere? When I claimed you, I didn't realize you were so famous, so adored. How many thousands of girls scream your name at your concerts? What would happen if they knew the real truth about you?" He whispered into Kendall's ear. The man wrapped his arms around Kendall's waist and pulled him close to him.

"J-just let me go." Kendall said trying to push the man off him.

That only caused the man to pull Kendall closer. "No no no. See that's not how it's going to work. You're mine, do you get that? And now with this," The man said rubbing his hands along Kendall's swollen stomach. "our child, It's perfect. You, me, we'll be a perfect family. Because no one else is ever going to love you, you dirty whore."

Kendall supposed the day started out as any other. Another day spent around the apartment with the guys. A little table hockey, a little video games. Trying to get back to normal life. He knew his friends were giving up so much to help him. They stayed in the apartment when Kendall didn't feel like going out. They didn't say anything about the band being put on hold. And they stayed up with him all night when his nightmares didn't allow him to sleep. And he was thankful for that. For all his family in fact. His mother's constant support in helping him through his struggles gave Kendall the strength to continue even when it felt like the whole world was crashing down around him.

And that's how he ended up here. It seemed like a nice gesture at the time. To go down to the laundry room in the basement to do a load of laundry for her. His mother had basically excused him from his basic chores due to his circumstances but Kendall felt guilty. She was working part time at a diner down the street and lacked the free time she had before. Kendall did his best to help out around the apartment and the laundry had been piling up lately. So it seemed logical to take some down to the laundry room.

It was later in the afternoon and the basement was quiet. He didn't even here the man enter the room. He didn't even think anyone else was around to see him head down the back stairs to the basement. Apparently, he thought wrong.

Kendall's whole body was trembling and his brain was screaming at him to get out. Using every ounce of strength he had, he kicked the man's leg and pushed him away. He really didn't expect him to fall for it but the man crumpled to the ground. Kendall knew it was his only chance so he took off down the hall towards the stairs. He was only a few feet away when he felt a hand roughly grab his shoulder. The man pulled Kendall back towards the laundry room away from the stairs and roughly pushed him to the ground. Kendall struggled to sit up, his swollen stomach making it difficult, as the man towered over him. "Hey Kendall." James voice called from the stairs before ether of them said anything. Kendall looked over in fear as James appeared at the bottom of the stair case.

"Are you.." James stared to say until he caught a glimpse of his best friend's situation. "Kendall what…"

Kendall observed the man glare angrily at James, obviously displeased with being interrupted but he took this chance to move. Pushing himself off the ground he stumbled across the room till he was at James side. James grabbed onto Kendall's arms and helped him get his balance back.

"Are you ok?" James asked terrified. Kendall could feel his hands shaking.

"Don't move anymore." The man said. Kendall and James whipped around to see the man had now drawn a gun and it was pointed at them. "You shouldn't have come. This makes things so much more complicated." He said to James

"What do you want from him?" James said stepping in front of Kendall.

"I just came to claim what's mine." The man said creepily. "So if you would just get out of the way, we'll be out of here forever." James pushed Kendall further behind him in attempt to put more space in between him and the man. "Don't make this harder than it has to. I would hate for something to happen to you, but if you get in my way, something just might."

"Kendall who is this guy?" James asked.

"Do what he says." Kendall said weakly.

"What?" James questioned, shocked, nether one of them taking their eyes off the person with the gun.

"Just do what he says!" Kendall shouted.

"No. I'm not leavi..." Before he could finish his sentence a gun shot rang out and James screamed in pain and collapse to the floor.

"Just get over here." The man said. But Kendall was kneeling on the ground next to James, frantically trying to stop the blood gushing out of his shoulder. "I said get over here or maybe I'll have to have some fun with your friend like we did that first night."

Shaking hands, Kendall got up. "He could die..." Kendall said weakly.

"I don't care!" The man shouted. "There is a fire exit at the end of the hall. Start walking in that direction. Or I'll kill him.

Kendall silently followed the mans directions up the stairs and outside to the alley behind the Palmwood were. Tears were streaming down his face, but he was numb to feeling anymore. None of it mattered. Parked off to the side of the alley was a repair van.

"Get in." The man snorted when Kendall hesitated.

Kendall reluctantly climbed into the back of the van. With the end of the gun pressed to his back, he had no choice. He wanted to fight back, to get away but he knew he couldn't. He would be dead before he made it out of the alley. There was no one around to help him. No one saw them leave the Palmwoods. James was probably dying on the floor of the basement and there was nothing he could do about it. So for the hundredth time in he didn't know how long, Kendall asked himself could his life get any worse?

AN: Opps shit just got messed up. Why do I have to torture him?
