Chapter 1: Invitation

After 5 years of being apart Ash and Dawn will finally meet again at the Pokémon Trainers University for rising Pokémon Masters, Coordinators, and Pokémon Doctors, but what will happen once Ash and Dawn are reunited (especially around old friends)? Will the feelings that they have long ignored (or denied) for each other finally rise to the surface? You'll have to keep reading to find out.

Ash's Mom: Ash there's a letter for you.

Ash's Mom calls him to pick up his letter that just came in the mail.

Ash: Coming!

A black haired boy still in his PJs comes running down the stairs to be greeted by his mom and is handed the letter.

Delia: Here Ash, this letter just came in the mail for you.

Ash: Really? I wondered who would send me a letter.

Ash eagerly opens the letter.

Letter: Dear Aspiring Pokémon Master:

You are invited to The Pokémon Trainers University to study and train to become a Pokémon Master. Passing Pokémon Trainers will be able to instantly compete against the Elite Four from any region of their choice. We are located on a remote island within the Orange Islands called, "Zeta Rock" if you choose to come and be a student then use the map that is included with this letter to show you how to get to the island. We look forward to your arrival.

Ash: Wow... This is GREAT! MOM! Ash says in excitement.

Delia: Yes dear.

Ash: I've been invited to The Pokémon Trainers University in the Orange Islands!

Delia: That's great! I'll pack your things for your trip.

Meanwhile in Pewter City: A tall spiky haired guy goes to the mailbox and opens it. Inside is a letter from the Pokémon Trainers University.

Letter: You are invited to The Pokémon Trainers University to study and train to become a Pokémon Master. Passing Pokémon Trainers will be able to instantly compete against the Elite Four from any region of their choice. We are located on a remote island within the Orange Islands called, "Zeta Rock" if you choose to come and be a student then use the map that is included with this letter to show you how to get to the island. We look forward to your arrival.

Brock (Spiky haired guy): Wow, this could be great! Albeit I might even meet a really cute girl there! He then blushes and thinks what kind of girl he'll meet there. Brock runs back to tell his family.

Brock: Mom! Dad! I got accepted to PTU! Now I can get a new girlfri... uh… I mean, study Pokémon Medicine and make the world a better place!

Meanwhile in Twin Leaf Town (in the Sinnoh region): A blue haired girl is in the middle of sleeping.

Alarm clock: Riiiiiiiiiing!

Blue Haired Girl: (groans) 5 more minutes...

She rolls over to turn the alarm clock off, pulls the blanket over her head then goes back to sleep.

Just then a tall blue haired woman named Johanna comes into the room with an envelope.

Johanna: Dawn.

Dawn: hm...

Johanna: Dawn, A letter just came for you.

She says softly.

Dawn: That's nice.

She says still half asleep.

Johanna: It's from PTU.

Dawn: PTU?

Johanna: The Pokémon Trainers University. Here, everything you need to know is right here in this envelope.

Johanna gives the envelope to Dawn then leaves. Dawn opens the envelope and reads the letter,

Letter: You are invited to The Pokémon Trainers University to study and train to become a Pokémon Master. Passing Pokémon Trainers will be able to instantly compete against the Elite Four from any region of their choice. Dawn: Hm...

With a thoughtful look on her face she then says,

I've never applied to a University, and I've never heard of the Orange Islands.

Back to Ash.

Ash: Alright mom, I'm going to the port in Vermilion to catch the ferry to Zeta Rock.

Delia: Alright Ash dear be safe and I love you.

Ash: Love you too! Let's go Pikachu.

He says with excitement to the yellow electric mouse.

Pikachu: Pika!

Now to Brock.

Brock: I'll see you all later!

Brock's family: Bye Brock!

Brock: Bye everyone, see you soon!

Brock's family: You too!

Brock walks away waving at his family.

Now to Dawn.

Johanna: Do you have everything Dawn?

Dawn: Yep.

Johanna: Alright I'll see you later and good luck!

Dawn: Thanks mom.

Everybody heads to Zeta Rock for their new adventures on the remote Orange Islands. Ash is wearing his Hoenn gear (from season four) with Pikachu on his shoulder, Brock's dressed in his Hoenn clothing, and Dawn in a white beanie, pink scarf, black top with a pink mini skirt, and pink boots.
