ROBIN x BATMAN ….

Even when Robin becomes Nightwing… :D

"Robin and I made a bet. And if I won, I said he had to start using his old costume. Well, I won." M'Gann laughed, explaining the situation. Batman almost burst into laughter but held it together for his reputation's sake. The entire Justice League and Young Justice League were here for what had been announced as a "Mandatory Family Gathering". Even Red Arrow was here, standing with Superboy and Kid Flash beside M'Gann.

"So! Ladies and Gentlemen, we give you… Robin: The Boy Wonder!" Zatanna, Artemis, and Miss Martian announced. Kid Flash smirked as he pulled a rope and two black curtains fell away from each other to reveal…an empty, make-shift stage.

"Robin? Come out here! Now!" M'Gann yelled.

"NO! I refuse to be degraded like this! There is no way in…heck…that I am walking out fro behind this curtain! This is unfair and…!" Robin continued to rant on and on.

"Superboy?" Zatanna asked politely. Connor chuckled.

"I'm on it."

Apparently, he wasn't. Somehow, Robin managed to fight Connor off without being seen. Superboy walked out from behind the curtain, after many scuffling sounds and one sharp crack of flesh hitting flesh, with a fresh, red hand-print on his cheek. He rubbed at his sore face and looked at M'Gann.

"I don't think anyone's gonna be able to get him outta there." He muttered.

M'Gann sighed, seeming defeated. That is, until Batman stood from the couch with a sigh and walked past her and behind the curtain. Everyone looked at each other, confused. Then there was a boyish shriek. Then Batman walked back out from behind the curtain with Robin over his shoulder. He set Robin down and turned him to face the crowd. Every mouth was gaping except for Batman's and Robin's.

"They…are so…AMAZING!" Kid Flash hollered, running forward to hug Robin's bare, shaved legs, not noticing the heavy glare he received from Batman. Robin, already blushing down to his Adam's apple, could only stutter protests as everyone else started agreeing.

"OH MY GOD! Robin! You could distract the bad guys with your shorts while we take 'em out! Its. Like, the perfect plan!" Captain Marvel suggested. Strangely enough, everyone started agreeing. All Robin really wanted to do, now, with these old shorts on…was grab his mentor and drag the older man into his bedroom. And judging from Batman's heavy-lidded and possessive eyes, that was exactly what he wanted Robin to do. But they had to get past the Justice Leagues first…
