What Is Wrong

"Natsume, What is wrong?" I asked, his eyes were wide in horror, and he looked frightened. I placed a hand on his shoulder and my lips were close to Natsume's ear so no one else could hear my question to him. "Do you see a Yokai?"

Natsume shook his head and he looked ready to race away, but I caught him by the wrist and after a moment released it.

"If it's not that...What is it?" I asked him. "Can't you tell me?"

"Tanuma..I don't want you be caught up in my situation." Natsume told me, his eyes looking down, and I sighed softly to myself.

"Hello, Natsume. I'm in need of your help. Is that your friend?" A man with long black hair and he gave me the creeps for some reason.

"Matoba...Why-" Natsume started to ask a question, but he was cut off.

"You said not to go to your home and I couldn't send a letter for what if it was blown away like the last one?" Matoba asked calmly, he grabbed Natsume's right wrist, and whispered something into his ear. Natsume looked frightened and I frowned. Exactly what kind of situation is Natsume caught up in?

"I'll see you later." Natsume told me and that man named Matoba was still holding his wrist. "I have to go now."

Natsume and Matoba walked away. I thought for a moment, took a deep breath, and decided to follow them. I do not trust that man and I'm worried about Natsume's safety.
