I leaned against the tree with an emotionless face , looking at your dead coffin I feel like I want to break down and cry, mourn for your death but there is no way I am going to show my weakness to others.

"Kyoya, I'm going to die"

You said with only a tint of sadness. You were sitting with your arms folded on your desk, telling me and that red-haired herbivore Irie Shoichi your plan.

"Sawada Tsunayoshi" I growled "are you planning on giving up?"

"No, but this is the only way to win against the Millefiore"

"by killing yourself?" I slammed my hands on the table almost breaking it.

"I'm not going to kill my self, Kyoya" you looked at my eyes, full of sadness and pain "Tomorrow I'm going to have a meting with Byakuran which will end up in a cross-fire, I will ask Shoichi to shoot me with a special bullet that will make my body in a temporarily death state and Shoichi will bring our past selves here one by one to defeat Byakuran."

"How can your past herbivore self defeat Byakuran if even you can't defeat him. And you're much more stronger" I gritted my teeth in anger.

"that's because I've already seen my limit, while my- no our younger self still has room to grow stronger they even might surpass us "

I stand up straight in front of your desk and fisted my hands in anger "but do you have to die?"

"yes" you whispered in a barely audible voice

"then what will happen to the other guardians? the kids? the two annoying women? " I raised my voice at every single word in anger.

"they'll understand"

"what will happen to me?" I whispered in a quiet voice.

"Kyoya" you moved closer and hugged me your head on my chest but I didn't move I stayed still.

In the corner of my eye I saw the red-haired herbivore leave silently.

"I'm sorry" you whispered to me sadly "I'm sorry" this time in a louder voice.

"Kyoya, I know it's hard but please I want you to train my younger self to become stronger."

"do you really think I would agree?" I snorted

"yes"

You raised your head up and locked eyes with me for a few seconds.

"fine, but don't think I will go easy on you"

"thank you Kyoya" you smiled weakly "I promise I will come back. Just trust in my younger self"

"you better or I will bite you to death"

At that your smile turned a little wider "Kyoya, I love you" you whispered

"hn" at that you kissed me at the lips sweetly and I returned the kiss and your warm embrace .

That was the last time I saw you alive before the plan was turned into motion.

At your funeral all the weak herbivores you call a family cried and mourned for your death.

'split' splat'

It started to rain but no one cared.

The two women Sasagawa Kyoko and Miura Haru was being comforted by the Poison Scorpion.

The other guardians were trying to be strong but failed since all of them shed tears.

The smoking bomb noticed me with my emotionless façade and started yelling at me on how I couldn't even shed a single tear on my lovers funeral, but I ignored him.

I know you're gong to return since you promised me and you never broke a single promise.

You're going to return to us- to me since the cloud can only float freely when the sky is there.

and since you are my sky.
