He's nothing more than just a friend, she tells herself. She's known Gale for years, and she loves him like a brother.

There's more to it than that. She runs as fast as she can, running in no particular direction, but she is aware that she is running towards the woods. She spots him, and smiles. Because, when she runs into his arms, it feels like coming home.
