This is actually more like two poems but whatever. The second one doesn't make sense without the first one anyway. I wrote these as an English project and they came out better than expected.

Want and ignorance

Children of men

Children of arrogance

Darkness and sin

Corrupters, beguilers

Beware their whispers

The girl, so willing

To cloud your judgment

The boy, so determined

To hide what is true

Beware them both

But of the two

The boy is a greater

Threat to you
