Sam and Dean crept through the dilapidated building, searching for the three figures that had been absorbed into the surrounding shadows upon their entrance. "We should split up and look," Dean suggested. "Yell if you run into anything."
Sam nodded, "Just be careful. Those kids said that their three friends are in here somewhere."
A few minutes after they had split up, Dean heard a small noise. He spotted a thin boy curled up in a corner, shivering. "Hey kid," he called out. "Are you alright?"
Not looking up the boy shook. Dean couldn't tell whether he was crying or not. A few seconds later he found out as a second figure rushed him from the left. "You fell for our trap, Winchester."
The first boy shot at him with an evil glint to his eyes. The two possessed boys began their assault on him waiting for their companion to complete his task.
Meanwhile, Sam was following faint whimpers through the darkness. He found a small form huddled in a corner behind some old crates. "Are you alright," he asked cautiously.
The kid looked up, revealing that it was wearing a hat and sunglasses, "I got lost and heard noises. I don't know what's going on here, but it's scaring me."
"Just follow me and I'll lead you out of here safely," Sam coaxed the boy.
The kid got up and followed the younger Winchester boy through the warehouse. Sam didn't notice the evil look on the kid's face as he led the boy from the area. Of course Sam had a plan of his own. Earlier Bobby had given them a few rugs with a demon-catching seal drawn on its surface. "Just in case you don't have time to draw one up," the older man stated as Dean studied them. "Just spread it out and it allows the demon to enter but prevents it from leaving until you can take care of it."
Sam wasn't sure if the kid had been possessed or not, but it never hurt to check. He led the supposedly frightened kid to where the trap had been set. The kid followed him as he walked across the rug, never noticing it was there until it was too late. The kid was met with a barrier and hissed in pain as the seal was activated. Sam stopped in his steps and glared at the demon, "Possessing kids now?"
"This runt's older than he looks," the demon shot back.
Sam began the Ritual but was interrupted by the demon, "You try to force me out now, and the boy dies."
Sam stopped the chant, "Why's that?"
"He's had a few mishaps since I took over," the demon smirked. "His body will fail should you continue or use the knife."
Before Sam could reply, a baritone voice rang out, "Do it…"
