Dwindling love that sparkled from the heart, I knew she was the one for me. All those rumors about her being so cold and mean, I didn't want to believe it at first. I refused to believe it but somewhere inside of me, it still felt true. However..

That glow in her smile when she returned that basketball to me. Her honey eyes staring at me as she muttered a simple "here" while handing the round object to me. My first love grew from there and it was so new.
