I could have sworn this chapter was already up, but it is not showing for me. So here is the next installation. Please be reminded that once again, this story was written well before the second season of YJ and that as previously stated when first writing this fic I had no idea there was already a WG. Aphrodite is my own creation, she is the Wonder Girl in this story. If you have issues with me not using a character that was already there (once again did not know of before writing this.) then please don't bother reading. I am not going to change the story I have already started and I will not let bad reviews stop me from writing like it has before. If you wish to see Superboy with Donna Troy, Drusilla, or Cassandra Sandsmark, please look at fanfics that have them listed and not an oc.
Conner couldn't wrap his head around it. He had just mated with the girl he was falling head over heels for, but he couldn't help the way his manhood responded to the sight before him. M'gann was completely nude on his bed, her hair splayed on the pillows and her body just as spread for Conner. His dick twitched with excitement. "M'gann, what are you…" His words were cut off as she lifted herself up and against him. She pressed her lips against his, efficiently silencing him. She continued to work her mouth against his. He had yet to cause her to cease, only ushering her on. She removed her lips from his only for a second to rid him of his towel. She then wrapped her arms around his stiff, unyielding form. It was only a matter of seconds, their naked bodies pressed together, before Conner finally caved. He wrapped his arms around her waist and drew her in for a deep kiss.
The sound of his door opening caused them to spring apart. Aphrodite stood there, a smile on her face as she called in. "Conner, are you ready yet?" Her smile faded when she finally registered what she saw. Conner stood in all his naked glory, only inches away from an equally naked M'gann. Conner began to studder out nonsense, but Aphrodite's eyes had already grown cold. "You've conquered the Amazon, now it's time to go back to regular life?" She rasped out through unshed tears.
"Aphrodite, it isn't what you think." Conner called as he turned to her, palms out. Aphrodite shook her head and backed away. She walked away, letting the door slide shut on his lame excuses. M'gann laid on the bed, now fully dressed. She was laughing internally, knowing this would be the result. Conner turned to her, eyes full of hate. "Get out now!" He hissed under his breath. M'gann just nodded before leaving. "See you at school Conner."
Conner sat on the edge of his bed, head in hand, just wondering what he was to do now. He finally got the will to get dressed. He then made his way out to the kitchen. M'gann was eating a muffin, and handed him one when he looked around for food. Red Tornado was standing there, doing his duty to see them off to school. "Tornado, where's Aphrodite?" He asked, ignoring the offered muffin. "She has already left for school. She looked distressed, but did not say why she was leaving so early."
"Damn it." Conner said under his breath before turning and heading to the bay. "I'm going." He called out to no one in particular. He was on his way to school in a matter of seconds. "Is something wrong, or has something happened?" Red Tornado asked to M'gann who was taking her time picking at the muffin. "Not that I know of. I'm off." M'gann called before she headed out to the bay.
At school Conner couldn't find Aphrodite in the halls. He didn't have any classes with her until History, but that was with M'gann too. He didn't know if talking to her then would be a good idea, he'd just have to wait until lunch. He grabbed his necessary books and trudged out to the start of his day.
Conner seemed more distressed as the day drug on. He was getting nervous as history class approached. His eyes never left the clock the last five minutes of class. Once the bell rang he was racing out the door. He was more excited to see Aphrodite for the first time since the incident than his nervousness to talk to her. He was disappointed to see that he was the first to arrive. He took his normal seat and glared at the door waiting for her to come through.
M'gann came through the door near the end of the group trudging through. Conner couldn't help but turn his eyes from her. She smirked as she took her seat behind him. The teacher came through the door as the bell rang one last time. "Alright class time for roll call." Conner wasn't paying attention, his eyes darted around the room to see that Aphrodite was nowhere to be found. The teacher came to her name and Conner was surprised to hear that she had been absent all day. M'gann sent him a telepathic message. "Do you want me to search for her?" Conner's response was to growl and slam his fist onto the desk as he stood. "I'm not feeling well can I go to the nurse?" The teacher, surprised to hear him speak just nodded. Conner gathered his things and charged out the door. M'gann stayed in her seat, just laughing internally.
Conner left school, hopped straight on his bike and headed back to the cave. He knew she wouldn't be so mad to have left her com-link behind. He could use that to trace her wherever she was. He raced to the cave, and then to the computer. He wasn't surprised to see Tornado almost instantly. "It's important." Conner grumbled as his attention focused on the screen. He typed a few things, but had no idea what he was truly doing. He growled and slammed his fist onto the keys. "Perhaps I can help. What is it you're seeking?" Tornado asked as he made his way to the computer.
"I need to know where Aphrodite is." Conner remained straight faced as he stared at the screen. Tornado brought up a program that displayed a map on the screen. There was blinking dots on the map and Tornado zoomed in on the one. "This is where Aphrodite is currently located, though that is not in school as you both should be." Tornado called to Conner's already retreating form.
Conner was quick to get to where Aphrodite locator was. He got to the place on the map, and looked around. Aphrodite was nowhere in sight. "Dite?" He yelled out, and then froze. He was listening carefully to hear her response or any movement. When he heard nothing he called again. "Dite!" Again, nothing. "Dite if you're here, please answer me!" He called again. When there was once again no response, he began to look around. He searched the grounds, looking for any sign of her. What he found only angered him. He found her bag and inside was her com-link.
