"It gets worse"
"Shit!" she cursed as she banged her balled fist on the steering wheel. The cars on the back honked but then turned swiftly to pass her broken one.
Meyrin Hawke is simply having a bad day-a terrible one at that.
First, she found out that her sister and her cousin has set their sights to the love of her life aka Mr. Athrun Zala, her hottie Mechanical Engineering professor and they are planning on making a move today.
Like seriously, what is up with us reddish-shade heads? If they weren't family I'd definitely call them bimbos especially Meer!
Well, may the best girl win!
If only she isn't stuck inside her broken car in a road with a surging storm, a lost phone signal, and without a freaking umbrella with the nearest bus station a mile away.
"Rain, rain go freaking away! Come again another freaking day!" she shouted angrily as she yaked her hair out of annoyance.
Knock-knock-knock-knock
Grey eyes met emerald ones
Am I dreaming? Someone slap me please. Oh heavens you can break my car anytime you want
My prince…
My knight…
My savior…
She stared dumbly for another few seconds and realization only sank in when he frantically waved at her snapping her train of thoughts.
Unbuckling her seatbelt and opening the door "Mr. Zala!" she cried.
"Are you okay?" he asked worriedly
"I am now"
"Good grief! Get your things and lock the steering wheel. My car is just right behind. Let's go!" he shouted in the hard pouring rain.
They half ran toward his car with his arms wrapped tightly around her for the umbrella to shield her properly. Can we please do a slow mo? Meyrin thought as she bit back a hearty laugh. As they were nearing the front seat, he directed her towards the back seat.
"Huh?"
"Actually my fiancée is driving. C'mon, get in"
Actually my fiancée is driving
My fiancée is driving
My fiancée
Fiancée
What?
She slid in and saw warm amber eyes looking at her with concern.
"Tissue?"
"T-thank you"
"Hubby, better remove your coat"
Meyrin watched as the blonde wiped her professor's smiling face gently.
"You're lucky Athrun spotted your car, you could've been stuck there for heaven-knows how long"
"Yeah, just my luck" she quietly muttered, stifling back the tears.
So just when you thought you're having a bad day.
It gets worse.
