Note: Sorry I have been totally inactive for the past week. Hope you guys don't hate me? I'll try to update It Gets Better soon, just trying to figure out exactly what I want to happen next. Might end up rewriting chapter two, but who am I kidding? I hope you guys like this little oneshot thing. I had the urge to write something sweet and adorable. So… here you go. :D
Also. Braces. Are killer. I hate them so much.
Anyways, see you guys after the story! Toulouse Lautrec!
Disclaimer: I do not own Big Time Rush. Frankly, you wouldn't want me to. I'd butcher it into oblivion.
"Carlos?"
Carlos turned his head to look at his girlfriend, Stephanie King, who was leaning against his chest with his arm wrapped around her shoulders. They were sitting on the L-shaped orange couch in apartment 2J, cooped up inside because of the relentless rain that pounded against the windows. Carlos was leaning against the armrest and beside Stephanie, Kendall, James, and Logan were watching the movie on the television screen, transfixed in the storyline.
Carlos closed his eyes a moment, taking everything in. The night couldn't be any better. Just having a relaxing time with his three best friends and the most amazing girlfriend in the world. He had no idea what the movie was about, he was too busy lost in his own little world to keep his attention on one thing for a long period of time.
"Yes?" He replied, gazing down at her dark, golden brown eyes. Those eyes had always mesmerized him. They were so full of love and life.
"Promise me you won't love any other girl?" Stephanie asked, her tone genuine as she blinked at her boyfriend. Carlos smiled a moment and almost nodded, before the smile faded into a frown.
"I can't." He replied simply. Kendall, James, and Logan seemed to forget about the movie as their heads snapped in his direction, eyes wide with disbelief. Stephanie pulled away from him and his arm fell to his side.
"Is there someone else?" Stephanie asked, tears swelling in her eyes. Carlos smiled again and used his thumb to wipe the tears away from the corners of her eyes.
"Yes."
Kendall, James, and Logan's jaws dropped, gasping silently. Was Carlos cheating on his girlfriend? Stephanie. The girl who loved him more than anything. They couldn't see Stephanie's face, since her back was turned to them, but they could tell she was hurt. The one thing that they didn't understand was why Carlos was smiling.
"She will look just like you, except be a lot younger, and she will call you Mommy." Carlos' face softened as he spoke, his eyes becoming distant and loving.
A smile appeared on Stephanie's face and she wrapped her arms around him in a strong embrace, tears of joy appearing in the corners of her eyes. Carlos hugged her back, gazing at his three friends who looked speechless.
"Dude, I always knew you were sweet but I'm pretty sure that just made my teeth rot." James whispered, looking as if he wanted to be the first one of them to say something like that.
Carlos laughed and let Stephanie lean against him, holding her body close and kissing her hair lightly. He couldn't be any happier than he was at that moment.
Note: Ditto to what James said. Like it? Hate it? Leave a review!
Carlos: HA! I'm sweet enough to rot your teeth.
James: I'm handsome enough to give a girl a heart attack. HA!
Logan: James, you're pretty enough to beat Barbie in a beauty pageant.
Kendall: HA!
