Me: Ok! Anyway here's the introductory chapter
Alice: Um, before that, aren't you forgetting something?
Me: What? Ohhh... right. Runo...

Chapter One: Every beginning has its end
A pen…
A book...
And a puppet master…
What do they mean? To know that you must know the past before proceeding forward… to what really lies ahead.
Alice's POV
This feeling I've been having. This sensation that's been eating my soul just started occurring right after the bakugan returned home.
The same dream. The same pair of eyes watching me… but who?
"Alice…"
Every time I try to tell someone, they're either Dan and Runo yelling at each other about a simple problem that seems to be blown out of proportion. Or the fact that I'm terrified that my voice disappears at the realisation that no one will believe me once I tell them. I know they're my friends but… at times I feel so distant from them.
"Alice"
Maybe I'm exaggerating. Perhaps I should figure this out on my own before getting everyone else into my problems.
"ALICE!"
"AAAaaahhhhh…" I shrieked at the sound of my name. I looked up to see a pair of green eyes and bright blue hair staring at me with confusion.
"Oh… Runo, what's wrong?" All I got was the same face, pushed further to appear even more confused.
"Alice. I've calling for you for ten minutes now. I need your help at the café. You have been daydreaming a lot… I mean ever since we defeated Naga" stated Runo with a hint of concern in her tone. I finally understood what she meant. So with a small smile and a nod I grabbed my apron and walked out of my room down to the café for my shift.
Yes. I'm still living with Runo. My Grandfather told me it was okay, as he needed some personal time alone to rediscover his destroyed laboratory.
Runo's POV
As Alice walked out of the room at a quick pace, she left me behind with a lot unanswered questions in my head.
Alice…she hasn't acted like this since… since… NO! That can't be it, everything's over. Right, I'm just overreacting.
With a reassuring face I followed the same routine as Alice, and left her room.
? POV
"Huh… she is actually starting to understand. It will be quite troublesome if a character doesn't play its role right. Alice… Alice… Alice…try to be a good puppet for me."
Me: Yeah I know, short. But I'll put up the second chapter now so that at least some of you will read on. P.S. The last POV is a mystery for now!
Alice: Please read on! Or else you won't find out the real truth
