The duo arrived at the hospital wing and Harry called out to get Madam Pomfrey's attention. She came running from her office in the back as Harry settled Neville onto one of the hospital beds.

"What's happened Mr. Potter?" she asked.

"I don't know. He was fine one minute and the next thing I knew he ran out of the Great Hall to the closest bathroom. I found him there throwing up."

She took out her wand and started to do a scan to see if she could find the problem while Neville laid on the bed groaning in pain.

"What did he have for breakfast?"

"Um, he had some eggs with bacon and sausage, along with some juice." Harry stopped for a minute with a look of concentration on his face. "I didn't see him pour the juice though; it was already on the table."

"Hmm, that could be it. It seems someone has dosed him with a potion. I'll have to examine him further before I can hopefully find out what potion was used." She looked up from the scan and looked like she was deep in thought. "You should go to your lesson Mr. Potter. You can see him at lunch."

"Yes, ma'am" Harry looked at Neville and gave his hand a quick squeeze before he turned and walked out of the medical wing.

Meanwhile Dumbledore watched the happenings at the Gryffindor table and knew that something had gone wrong with Ginny Weasley's plan. He sighed and thought to himself, "Looks like we'll need to go with our last resort." He stood and walked out of the Great Hall with a quick stop behind Ginny. "Come to my office," he said quietly before he walked away.

"What's the old coot want now?" Ginny thought to herself as she took a bite of her eggs. She sighed and grabbed her bag as she got up to follow him out. She made her way to the gargoyle that guarded the stairs to Dumbledore's office and bitterly said, "Acid drops." The gargoyle statue moved and revealed the staircase that began to turn their way up to the office.

She got there and found Dumbledore sitting behind his desk and her mom stepping out of the floo. He motioned for both of them to take a seat.

"I'm assuming Miss Weasley that your potion is ready and that you tried to slip it to Mr. Potter this morning?" he asked.

"Yes sir, but the prat Neville drank it instead," she snarled.

"Well then we will need to use the contract."

"Sir, what contract?" Ginny asked.

"The marriage contract between you and Mr. Potter."

"If there's a marriage contract why did I have to make the Amortenia potion?"

"The contract was not arranged between his family and yours, but it is something that your mother and I have come up with to keep him pliable, but since I'm not his legal guardian it is not valid. However, he doesn't need to know that it's not a legal contract."

Ginny couldn't keep the smirk off her face or the glee out of her eyes and the look on her mom's face wasn't any better.

"If it's all right with you Albus, I will send an owl to Harry and Ginny this afternoon regarding it to start to get the plans out of the way," suggested Mrs. Weasley.

"That sounds like a wonderful idea. Be sure to let Harry know that this has been set up for years and that you simply wanted them to graduate before definite plans were made, but you feel it would be prudent to fulfill the contract before something happens with Voldemort."

Dumbledore pulled out a roll of parchment and handed it with a quill to Molly Weasley to sign before he himself signed it with a flourish. No one in the office noticed the sad look on Dumbledore's phoenix's face. He was sad to see his master behave that way and knew he needed to let Harry know that something was wrong, but he didn't know how without being found out.

Harry made it to his potions class just before class started, but he was the last one to enter the classroom.

"Nice of you to join us Potter," sneered Professor Snape.

"Sorry sir, took a friend to the medical wing," Harry replied as he slid into the only available seat, which was next to Draco.

The morning passed quickly and before Harry knew it, it was time for lunch. When he walked in the great hall he was happy to see Neville sitting at the table. Harry quickly took the seat next to him and pulled him into a side hug.

"Feeling any better Nev?" Harry asked.

"Yeah, Madam Pomfrey said I ingested some Amortenia, but I should be fine." Neville leaned into Harry's arms and inhaled deeply. He was enthralled with the scent of wax. He tried to place where he had smelt it before. All he knew was the scent was coming from Harry and he liked it.

Their peace was shattered when Ginny walked up behind them and said, "Longbottom go sit somewhere else, you're in my seat."

"Ginny, that's not your seat. He was sitting here first, go sit by your brother," Harry replied.

Harry turned his back on her as a post owl flew in and held it's leg out with a note for him to take before it flew away.

Ginny knew what was in the letter and couldn't wait for Harry to read it. She glanced up at the head table and gave a slight nod to Dumbledore so that no one else could see it. She turned back to Harry to get his reaction to the letter.

"Ginny, did you know about this?" Harry asked as he held out the letter to her. She took it from him and read it over.

By that time Ron and Hermione had come into the great hall. They walked over to Ginny and read the letter over her shoulder.

"Harry, I didn't know about this, but I am happy about it. I've been in love with you for a while now and I know that deep down you feel the same."

"No I don't Ginny and I will not marry you. How many times do I have to tell you I'm gay and I'm with Neville?" Harry grabbed Neville's hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze before he continued. "As far as I'm concerned this contract your mom speaks of is null and void."

"Potter you have to abide by the marriage contract that your guardian put in place," said Ron.

"Dumbledore isn't my legal guardian Sirius is and he never would've signed such a thing."

"We'll see about that," Ron smirked before he and Hermione went further down the table to sit down.

Harry looked at Neville, "I swear this won't happen. I'm going to send Padfoot a letter to get this straightened out." He grabbed an apple off the table and walked out of the Great Hall.

He made his way to the owlery and pulled out a piece of parchment and a quill.
