The priest's voice echoed through the quiet church room. Only whispers were heard while the bride was getting ready to answer.
"I do." Jade smiled, looking up at the brown eyed boy, who if says those two words, will be her official husband.
Beck was thinking about what to do ever since Jade talked about getting married. It wasn't his choice. Jade wanted to.
He was regreting this moment when the priest asked, "And do you, Beck Oliver, take this woman, Jade West, to be your beloved wife?"
Beck sucked his breath in. You could actually feel the ackwardness and the tenseness in the room.
"N-n-no", Beck stammered, his head looking to the ground. Jade's eyes widened and teeth clenched together.
"Pardoned?" asked the priest, leaning closer to Beck.
:I said, no!" Beck said, louder. His large hands slipped away from Jade's smaller hands.
The crowd gasped. Andre Harris and his wife, Tori Vega Harris (A/N: I guess...), looked at each other and knew that this was going to very bad, very soon. Robbie Shapiro and his son Rex had their eyes open wide. Sinjin Van Cleef wasn't even paying attention to any of it. Just the black decorations.
Only a certain random red head was looking at Beck, deciding if he was crazy or not.
"This is about Cat isn't it? Isn't it?"
The whole room looked at the wide eyed petite girl who lost in thought until her name was said and all pairs of eyes looked her way.
Well, it's now or never, Beck thought.
"Yes. It is. I don't love you anymore Jade. I'm sorry."
He walked down the altar steps and walked over to Cat. He looked down at her and saw her big adorable doe eyes looking up at him. He leaned down, grabbed her petite little hands, and took her out the church doors, leaving an awestruck crowd of people, a hurt bride, and confused friends and family.
It was raining outside but Beck didn't care. There was no place to hide from the rain but he wasn't planning to go back in.
"Beck what was that about?" Cat's sweet, sweet voice entered his ears.
"Can't you see Cat Valentine? I love you."
A smile creeped onto Cat's soaked face.
He brushed her wet red velvet colored hair that was sticking onto her face away and leaned down.
His lips covered hers, begging for entrance, in which Cat granted.
Beck placed on hand on Cat's cheek and the other on her waist while Cat's arm slithered up his chest and wrapped around his neck.
They stayed like that until they couldn't breathe anymore.
"I love you Beck Oliver."
"I love you too."
And this time, Beck actually meant it.
Sooooo. ...?
Good, bad, horrible, terrific, weird, ackward.
