Four swords ending- Vio X Shadow

"SHADOW LINK!" all four heroes shouted at once. They ran over to where he lied near the remaining shards of the now broken dark mirror.

"Did that Gufuu disappear?" the dark copy asked weakly

Vio was the one to reply, "Yeah, it was all thanks to you. He's gone, we defeated him."
"Thanks to me...?" his eyes looked tired.
"Yeah! You saved us!"

Shadow Link slowly started to close his eyes.

"I see...you know, shadows can only follow behind their owners. Backs facing us, never to turn around. But that shadow was able to turn around and defeat your enemies. Isn't that something? I wonder if I was able to become one of those...ally things..."

Vio once again replied, with a sweet smile. "Of course, you're one of us."

Shadow began to fade into light. None else heard but Shadow whispered only one name. "Thank you... Vio..."

And the same was for Vio, "I'll miss you...Shadow..." the other Links didn't notice the single tear fall from the Violet boys face as Shadow Link faded into nothing.

From then on, Vio couldn't truly smile.

Vio would go outside in the afternoons to 'read' but would really be watching as his shadow did things different than what he did.

He truly smiled when it turned around and gave him a funny smile and a thumbs up.

He hadn't lost his first true friend and his first love.
