Part two

As always I own nothing

"We're about to be plant food!" Inuyasha and Koga shout and tree bring them to its mouth.

Just as the tree is about to bite down on them a voice ordered the tree beast to stop. They all turned and saw Quin had come just in time.

"Hurry up and kill this thing!" Inuyasha yelled as he, Koga, and Ah_Un tried to free themselves.

"They're not trespassers." the fox said.

"Not trespassers?" it asked him.

"No now put them down." Quin Ordered the tree compiled and dropped three demons on the ground as they quickly got away from it. "Good next time check with me before you eat my guests."

The tree simply huffed at this and went back to its unassuming state. Quin sighed and turned to see the Inuyasha and Koga both glaring at him.

"Who keeps a tree monster!" Koga growled.

"Hey it wouldn't have been a problem if you listened." Quin defended even though he should have made sure they got to his den before he left.

"Don't try to my this our fault just what is that thing." Inuyasha questioned.

"Well you see the that tree as you call it guards this place when I am not present." He informed the young demon.

"Why couldn't you cat or something?" Koga said still angry about.

"Say the wolf with a pet dragon." Quin said.

"You want fight fox face!" Koga challenged.

Quin simply ignored him started to take them back to his home. Which was a cave with a carved stone fox at the mouth the sun has gone down and the two boys were tired from the day's events.

So they lie down in the fur pile and to rest.

"Oh I brought you… " the fox sun said but he saw the two are already asleep so he lets them rest.

The next morning Quin gave them some food from yesterday's festival.

"Is this going to eat us too?" Inuyasha said sarcastically.

"Look I'm sorry about the other so how about you think of this as a peace offering." the guardian said as he held out the boxes.

Koga and Inuyasha took the boxes and ate them but he could tell they we're happy with him. One thing was certain this was was going to be interesting.
