Fifteen Minutes Earlier.

Remus Lupin and Sirius Black left the Gryffindor Dormitories as the meeting was taking place. Sirius was a bit nervous as they walked out after curfew.

Remus saw how anxious Sirius was as they made their way to the boy's bathrooms. "Relax, Sirius."

"I just don't want to get caught! I'm on thin fucking ice Remus! I'm just…afraid of getting in any more trouble."

"Don't worry. I'm here, and I'll make sure you don't get yourself into any trouble."

Sirius gave Remus a small smile but sobered himself as they reached the bathroom doors and went inside.

They walked inside to see Sam leaning on the wall right next to the bathroom stalls. He nodded his head and stood up straight. "Let's talk."

Remus and Sirius walked over to Sam and stopped a couple of feet before him. "Wait." Remus looked around. "Where's Howland?"

A toilet flushed, and Howland Reed burst out of the stall to Sam's left side. He was in the process of tucking in his shirt into his trousers. "Don't worry yourself Lupin. I'm here."

Sirius gained the nerve to look at Samual. "So what's this about you wanting Peace, Yalarad?"

"It's just like I said, Black. Peace between us. Cause quite frankly I can't keep watching over my back to for you, Mulciber, and Parkinson at the same time."

Sirius nodded, "Yeah, I understand what you mean. Listen…what I did…"

Sam raised his hand, "You don't have to explain anything. I did something wrong, and disgusting." He looked over to Remus. "I am sorry Remus. I should have never tried to…"

"You tried to do what was right even though it was wrong. I can't hate you for what you did to protect your friends."

Sam nodded, "Thank you, Remus." He noticed Sirius' limp this morning and was curious, "What's up with the limp?"

Sirius looked at The Hufflepuff. "You didn't know?"

He was confused, "No. Know, what?"

Sirius gently grabbed the bottom of his shirt with one hand and raised it up to show everyone. "Your cousin found me, and kicked the shit out of me!"

Sam's eyes widened. "Ay fuck!"

Remus looked incensed, "Why did he do that for?"

"I'd like to know that as well!" Howland Reed snarled. The three Gryffindors looked at Sam Yalarad.

"Okay, don't look at me! I certainly didn't tell him to do it!" Sam got their attention. "What he did was wrong! No matter his reasons behind it, and you gave my word the minute I see him I'll set him straight, or at least try to"

"Yeah well, I can understand why he did it, but I'd like a bit of recompense if that's all right?" Sirius glared softly at Sam.

He scratched the back of his head, looked at Remus, who nodded his head in agreement of his friend, and Sam nodded his head in agreement, "Okay that's-that's more than fair. What would you like?"

"I want to kick the shite out of your cousin!"

Howland laughed at Sirius' demand, "Ask for something else because that's not going to happen Sirius."

"Why not?!"

"You honestly think he'll agree to something like that? If anything he might try and beat the piss out of you for suggesting it."

Sam rubbed his chin, "How about some firewhiskey?"

Sirius didn't hate the idea of that. "I want a crate."

"How about two?"

He cracked a grin and extended his hand. Sam took and the two shook on it.

Howland smirked as he went over to the sink and began to wash his hands. "Look at you, finally able to play nice with each other."

He turned the faucet on and ran his hands underneath the running water, and washed his hands with lavender-scented soap. "Now comes the hard part." The three Sixth Year boys looked at their Head Boy, "What to do about Potter?"

Remus ran a hand through his hair and scratched the back of his head, "Yeah. What are we going to do about James?"

Sirius looked at Remus and back to Sam. "I'm not giving up on him."

"I don't expect you to, but don't be shocked when it turns out that he may have given up on you," Sam stated.

"He wouldn't do that."

"To save his own skin, I think he would."

Sirius found himself getting hot. "Well, that's your opinion isn't it?!" He felt his fists clench.

"Easy, Black!" Howland growled as he wiped his hands clean with a handtowel.

Sirius glanced at Howland, and then took a breath. "Let's agree to disagree," Sirius relented.

"Okay," Sam nodded. "I want you to know. If Potter does anything like what he tried to do to Lily again. I'm coming for him, Pettigrew, and his new group of misfits."

Sirius scoffed, "For the past two years Dawlish, Sedgewick, and Cavendish have been begging to be let in, and James wouldn't let them…until now, that is."

"If you want my opinion…"

Sirius shook his head, "I don't."

"You're getting it anyway," Sam smirked. "He's cleaning up your merry band of Marauders. Out with the old, and in with the new. Stupid, but new."

Remus was getting antsy, "What should we do?" He crossed his arms.

"Cut ties. I feel like he's going to do that regardless, but feel free to do it first. Piss him off in the process."

Sirius' nostrils flared as he kept his anger under control. "I'm not doing that."

Sam raised his arms. "That's fine, but I'm just saying, don't be shocked if that happens."

"Are we done here?" Sirius abruptly asked.

"Yeah, I think we are." Sam got off the wall and walked into an empty bathroom stall. "Unless you want to hear me dropping a massive shite, I suggest you all clear off." He closed the stall door behind him.

Sirius rolled his eyes and headed out of the bathrooms with Howland and Remus in tow. As they walked out they ran into James, still seething from the meeting before.

"James! Hey, I haven't…" Sirius started to talk to his best friend only to get cut off when James walked right past him into the bathroom. "James! Wait!" Sirius tried to go in after him, but Howland stopped him.

"Let him be, Black. You'll get a chance to speak with him another time." Howland advised him. He and Remus led him on back to the Gryffindor Dormitories. "Come on, lest McGonagall finds us out after curfew."

James went into the bathroom and went over to the urinals to relieve himself. Before he could unzip himself, he heard a flush and looked over to see Sam walking out.

"What are you doing here?!" James turned to face his second nemesis.

"Using the bathroom Potter, or did that punch to the dome rock your brain there a bit?" Sam sarcastically asked him.

"Get out!" James yelled at him.

"I got every right to be here Potter, just like you." He walked over to the sink and began washing his hands. "But while I got you here, let me ask you something."

"What, Yally Boy?"

"What do you know about Severus' owl?"

"What? that black piece of dragon dung?"

Sam frowned, "No, his old owl. Zophiel."

James looked over away from Sam's gaze and acted coy. "What about it?"

Sam looked at the mirror which held Potter's reflection. "Its neck was wrung and broken. So, I want to know. Did you do it?"

James looked at Sam and scoffed. "No. It was Siri…Black who done it."

"Seriously?" Sam asked Potter. He then snorted over the pun he made, and yet Potter didn't even chortle. "You're going to pass the buck to your best friend. If he is your best friend anymore?"

"That's got nothing to do with you Yalarad!"

Sam shook his head, "You are absolutely right James. It's got nothing to do with me. You want to give the silent treatment to Sirius for whatever reason, then, by all means, keep doing it." Sam turned the faucet off and wiped his hands on a towel nearby. "What I won't tolerate is you killing owls, and you putting your hands on my friends."

James had heard enough of what Sam was saying and drew his wand. "And what are you going to do about it?"

"Me?" Sam put his hands up and shrugged. "Nothing." Another flush rang out in the bathroom and Sam smiled. "He, however, would like a few words with you."

James Potter heard one of the stall doors open and turned around. There on the opposite side of the bathroom stood the near giant-like Macdonald Beth, and he wasn't there to make a social call.

James felt his heart rise up near the top of his throat. He quickly turned around to try and hex the towering Gryffindor.

"Expelliarmus!" Sam drew his wand faster than James could cast his first spell, and James' wand was thrown to the other side of the bathroom.

James looked back at Sam with pity in his eyes. "Don't do this! Please!"

Sam stared at James, uncaring of what may happen to the loathsome arsehole. "As I said before James, I'm going to do nothing."

James turned back around to see Macbeth's massive fist smash right into his face.

Seven Minutes Later:

The doors to the bathroom open and James Potter walked back up to the Headmaster's office. He was looking rather unharmed, and un-accosted. Lily and Gabriel saw him walk up to Dumbledore's chambers.

"What's that little bastard doing?" Gabriel asked himself under his breath. He motioned for Lily to follow him as they both followed him up the stairway to the Headmaster's office.

When they got up to the office they came in right when James was whispering right into the ear of his Attorney. Wyatt Matthews widened his eyes at what James had said. "James are you…" The look on James' face told him everything.

Wyatt cleared his throat and turned to Dumbledore, Marcel Braxton, and The Evans. "My client, erm, would like to inform everyone here, that what occurred between himself and Miss Evans was indeed factually correct."

Charles Potter looked like he was about to have an aneurysm. Dumbledore looked absolutely shocked. Minerva looked horrified. Hal looked like he wanted to beat the piss out of him, and thankfully Rose was holding him in place.

Gabriel looked over at Lily who looked to have a mix of surprise and confusion on her face.

"James!" Charles Potter looked at his son and rushed over to him. "Are you out of your mind?" He questioned his son in a hushed tone.

Hal stepped forward, "Hey! He's admitted to what he had done! Now let him face the consequences!"

Marcel Braxton looked at Dumbledore, "Well there you have it! Mr. Potter has confessed and now I believe it is time for him to see his just desserts!"

Dumbledore sighed looked at him, his hands were tied, and there was nothing he could do to save James from getting punished. "From what you talked about with your clients, you'll abide by your deal?"

Marcel nodded. "My clients will drop the charges if Mr. Potter receives a term of suspension from Hogwarts for a month, and then will be placed under in-house suspension for the remainder of the year. He will only be allowed out of his dormitory for classes, and meals at the Great Hall. He will also not be allowed to have the same classes as Miss Evans, or have any more interactions with her. Lastly, when he returns he will have two weeks of detention with Professor Schell. As my cleints have stated before these terms are non-negotiable."

"But that means he'll miss the Yule Ball!" Charles yelled at Braxton.

Dumbledore looked over at Charles in defeat, "Their terms are fair Charles." He could not help James escape the consequences of his actions like he had done before, but he will make sure that James at least, gets a lenient punishment.

Charles looked at Albus as if he had been betrayed.

"I'd advise you take the deal Lord Potter, or else your son may face time in the cells below the Auror offices!" Minerva McGonagall advised him.

"Damn you all! Fine! I accept the deal!"

With the end of that, James Potter was escorted out of Dumbledore's office and to Gryffindor House to gather his things. He looked over and asked his attorney to ask McGonagall, who was escorting him, something.

"My client would like to use the bathroom, would that be all right?" Wyatt Matthews asked her.

"Make it quick Mr. Potter," Minerva was not in the mood for any sort of trickery.

James nodded and went into the Seventh Year Bathrooms. A few minutes passed, and James Potter exited the bathroom with his hand on his head as he felt as if a ton of bricks landed on his face, and yet there appeared to be nothing wrong with him. He noticed McGonagall and his attorney at the entrance of the bathroom.

"What are you two doing here?"

Minerva crossed her arms, "I am not in the mood for any sort of attitude Mr. Potter, now come along and let us gather what you need."

"What are you on about?"

"You confessed to attempting to do harm Miss Evans with malicious intent!" The Deputy Headmistress' nostrils flared.

"What?!" James looked at Wyatt Matthews. "What's she on about Matthews?"

"Sir, with all due respect you whispered in my ear that you were confessing. You told me to make sure you would take any deal given to you to avoid legal persecution."

"What the blue hell are you talking about?!"

Minerva having lost her patience ages ago took James Potter by the ear and dragged him down to Gryffindor House.

"Yeeouch! Get your hands off me you old bat!" James spoke in pain as he was being escorted to get his things.

Everyone cleared off leaving Lily Evans sneaking around the corner overhearing what had happened. She was confused as to why the sudden shift in character so she followed him here. What she discovered sounded more like the real James Potter, rather than the stoic person she saw in Dumbledore's office just now.

She walked over to the bathroom and saw the massive Macdonald Beth exit.

"Macbeth!" Lily got his attention. "What are you doing?"

The large and imposing Gryffindor jumped at Lily's voice. It was a sight to be seen. "Lily! What are you doing here?"

"I had a hunch, something wasn't right about Potter just confessing to..." She noticed that Macdonald's fists were cut open a bit and bloodied. "What's that?"

Macdonald grimaced at his knuckles and shoved them in his pocket. "Nothing."

"Macdonald Beth, don't you lie to me. You're dating my sister! One letter back home, and you'll be in for it!"

Macdonald swallowed, Lily sure was intimidating when she wanted to be. Macbeth opened the door to the Boy's bathroom. "You should come in."

Lily looked at Macdonald before going inside, Macbeth followed her inside, and she was shocked at what was before her.

Tom Braider, and 'James Potter' were leaning against the sinks, shooting the shite talking to each other until Tom had noticed Lily and stopped talking.

"Tom, what's up?" 'James' looked at where he was looking and jumped up. "Lily!"

"Sam?!" Lily exclaimed.

Chuckling nervously, Sam twiddled his fingers. "Hi."

Lily had several questions buzzing through her mind at the same time, but she only had two. "How, and why?"

Tom actually answered how. "Well, after Macbeth knocked the piss out of James Potter..."

Sam was leaning back on one of the sinks as he watched Macbeth unleash his pent up aggressions onto the Potter heir. He was honestly feeling a little bad for Potter at this point. However, it was a fleeting feeling as he felt that the prat had this coming.

There was a knock at the door, and Sam went to open it. There was Tom Braider standing there with a satchel. "How is he?"

"He's letting his frustrations out on the toerag." Sam let his friend inside. "Do you have it?"

Tom patted his satchel, "It is right here. Should we tell Macbeth to stop?"

They both looked over at Macbeth who was rather enjoying his time beating the royal crap out of James Potter.

"Maybe in a few minutes."

Lily looked back at Macbeth who was chuckling at that.

"I was ready with some Polyjuice I had made previously for...reasons. Anyway, after he was unconscious, Sam put on a Gryffindor Uniform, and took on the role of James Potter, arsehole." Tom went through the plan.

"And when I had become Potter, I went back to Dumbledore's office to confess everything that prick had done. I hoped that they would expel the bastard, but I think a month's expulsion, missing the Yule Ball, and on in-house suspension for the rest of the year will suffice."

Sam looked at Lily. "And why? Well, I wasn't going to let that arsehole get away with hurting one of my friends."

"Sam...you are so...absolutely stupid!" Lily growled. "You could have been caught! Dumbledore could have known you were disguised as James, his father even! If you were caught all three of you could have been expelled or even in serious trouble with the Ministry!"

The three boys looked down at the floor after Lily's tirade.

"And despite all of that you did that for me?" Lily launched into Sam's arms and gave him a hug. "Thank you!"

Sam returned the hug, but quickly let go. "I don't think you want to be in close proximity with this blighter's body now would you?"

Lily laughed, "I guess not." She went over to Tom and Macbeth giving them both hugs as well. "Wait, won't Potter be able to figure this out? He was adamant that he was innocent when I saw McGonagall haul him off."

"I concocted a little mind alteration potion that I eased down into his gullet. Joining the memories that Sam had as James. Within a few minutes, it'll all hit him like The Hogwart's Express."

Lily looked at Sam. "Does Severus know?"

Sam laughed, "Who do you think came up with the idea?"

A stall behind Lily unlatched and came open. She turned around to see Severus come out sheepishly, but that was cut short as Lily ran over to him and embraced her boyfriend. They began kissing shortly after.

Sam stretched his bones and grinned. "I love it when a plan comes together boys." An idea came to his head, and Sam quickly went into the stall. A loud laughter came out from the stall Sam was occupying.

Severus and Lily broke off their kiss as they looked over at the stall.

"Sam, what are you doing?" Severus asked his best friend.

"Potter's got an extraordinarily small penis!"

And everyone lost it.

Riley stood over with Regulus and Nathan by the wall where the wallflowers usually stood. He drank some Butterbeer and spat it back up when he saw the most incredible thing.

Regulus now soaked in backwashed Butterbeer asked him. "What was that about?!"

Riley only pointed across the refreshments table where they saw Sam and Bellatrix making out with each other.
