Last chapter of the story, it has been a long road and I am glad to have reached the end. Don't worry like I said the last chapter a sequel is in the works dealing with the Waking the Dragons saga. That will come majorly into play in this chapter. Anyway enough talk, enjoy this final chapter.

Harry smiled as he got off the platform, he had done it. He had defeated Marik and saved the world.

"Congrats Harry" said Joey

"Yeah I did it, I beat Marik"

"And won the tournament" said Tea

"What?" asked Harry stunned

"She's right, that was the final of the tournament meaning you won it pup" said Sirius joining the group.

'I won the tournament...that's unbelievable. That would make me the world's number one duelist.' thought Harry gaining a kaiba like smirk on his face and it was creeping the others out even Kaiba was unnerved by it.

"Way to go, you just made his ego skyrocket" said Mai "Serenity, mind bringing him back to reality?"

Serenity nodded to Mai before landing a kiss on him causing a freak out from Joey, Tristan and Duke. Thankfully for the two Sirius stunned the three and just smiled at the pair. Kaiba just turned and left planning his next duel against Harry. The brat would not enjoy the title of King of Games for long.

"So now what champ?" asked Sirius

"Well, I don't know. Except that with the Dursleys the way they are, they'll most like force me to duel dudley and lose in order for him to get my title."

"That's horrible"

"Yeah but that won't last long after someone else duels him. If it's alright with Kaiba I was hoping to stay with Sirius" said Harry to Mokuba

"I'll ask but if you ask me why not" said Mokuba walking off to find his brother.

"As for now I think we should go find Marik and have him bring back Yugi" said Harry

"He's right here" said a voice.

"Good" said Joey

"I am sorry for what my darker side has done."

"Can it, nobody wants to hear it" said Duke

"As long as you get Yugi back that is all that matters" said Harry

"I'll try" said Marik lifting up the Millennium Rod. It flashed briefly causing everyone to cover their eyes.

"Hopefully that worked" said Joey

"Anyway as per battle city rules, here" said Marik handing Harry the Winged Dragon of Ra.

'Two God cards, that is incredible' thought Harry

"Harry what's going on with your deck?" asked Tea

"Huh?" Harry looked at his deck to see it glowing. He quickly pulled the cards out to see that it was his synchros. With a flash they disappeared right in front of them.

"Where'd they go?"

"Given the fact they were sent back in time for either Yugi or I to stop Marik so I believe that they returned home now that I have won" said Harry

"Okay, I am going to act like I understood what you just said" said Tristan

"Whatever, come on we need to go see Yugi" said Harry

The other nodded before heading to medical to see Yugi was awake and sitting up. At least that was good sign.

"Hey Yug" said Joey

"Hey guys, so I guess you beat Marik, Harry" said Yugi

"Yep, and since I beat him, I won the tournament"

"That means you're the new king of games"

"Yeah"

"When I am recovered I want to duel you to see how powerful those synchros are"

"About those, they went back to their time about ten minutes ago" said Harry

"oh, well it will still be an honor to duel you" said Yugi

"Same"

"How about me? I demand a rematch"said Joey

"I may have lost my synchros, but I still have two God cards Joey. Do you really think you could beat me in a rematch?" asked Harry. That caused Joey to deflate big time causing laughter from everyone.

"So I've talked it over with Kaiba and he will let you stay with me until things in Britain have settle down" said Sirius walking into the room

"Thank you" said Harry hugging Sirius

"Don't thank me, thank Mr. Kaiba and Mokuba. Anyway we'll be leaving soon"

"Get some rest Yugi" said Tea before they left the room.

Harry decided to go sit down in his room. Shortly after there was a knock at the door, he was surprised to see Serenity standing there. His face turned red at the fact that the last time they saw each other, they had kissed.

"Come in" said Harry

"So how does it feel being champ?"

"I've been get asked that a lot from everyone in the last ten minutes. It feels weird but amazing." said Harry

"Expect when you got a kaiba like smirk on your face"

"Tell me you joking"

"Nope, that was the reason why I kissed you, to get your ego down" said Serenity blushing at the reminder of their kiss.

"Thanks for that" said Harry

"Hey Harry you in there?" came the voice of Joey from the other side of the door.

"Yeah in here talking to Serenity" said Harry

"Mind if we come in?" asked Tea from the other side of the door, she sounded a bit worried.

"What is going on?" asked Harry after he answered the door.

"Nothing just checking in on you. After all you did take a lot of hits during the duel." said Tea

"I'm fine."

"Harry I think you should get checked out man" said Tristan

"I said I'm fine"

"Harry...Please?" asked Serenity with concern in her eyes.

"Fine" said Harry then he fainted.

"Harry!" was the last thing he heard before darkness took over.

(Dream)

Harry stood before a castle, not as impressive as Hogwarts of course. He decided to enter to see what was going on.

"Help" shouted a female voice.

"Hang on" shouted back Harry as he took off running towards the voice.

Soon he was in a room with four dragon like sculptures, he gazed in awe at them. They were huge, making him thankful that they weren't real and only statlues. Though this was no time for staring, someone need help.

"You're here" said the voice. Harry turned and found himself face to face with Dark Magician Girl.

"You needed help"

"Both of our worlds are in danger and we need your help"

"Bloody hell, not again" said Harry

"A gateway has opened and now the Great Beast threatens to destroy us all"

"Great Beast?"

"It lives above us in the sky and devours the life force of monsters and humans. If this continues, we'll all be destroyed."

"How can I help?"

"Legend says that four warriors will awaken these four dragons and I believe you are one of them. All you have to do is remove the sword"

Harry nodded before floating up to the dragon's tail where the sword was. He pulled as hard as he could and after a few seconds it came loose. The crystal began to crack making him jump a mighty dragon escaped from his ancient prison giving a mighty roar of freedom. It had a red body with black stripes going down its back all the way to it's tail. It also had two golden horns on it's head.

"You did it, you have awakened Socrates . Now join forces" said Dark Magician Girl

"Okay...How do I do that?" said Harry

"The legend said you two will join forces once you call out his name"

"Okay, well here goes...Socrates" Yelled Harry, calling to the dragon.

'This power is incredible' thought Harry before everything disappeared in a white flash.

(End dream)

When he awoke, he was in a hospital bed. An actual hospital bed, not the ones used on Kaiba's blimp. Sitting next to them was the gang, all happy to see him awake. So it was just a dream, but at the same time it felt too real to be just a dream. That is when he noticed a card in his hand, he flipped it over to reveal the dragon from his dream in card.

"How you feeling?" asked Joey

"Like I got punch by Obelisk over and over again." said Harry

"Not fun being hit by him even once" said Joey

"How long was I out?"

"The entire ride back and even a day after." said Tea

"Wow" said harry laying back down.

"Yeah Marik did a number on you" said Tristan

"I did the same to him. I hope he's alright"

"After all he did he deserves it" said Duke.

"Duke!"

"What? Judging by everyone's face I can tell it's true" said Duke

"Hey, when did you get that card?" asked Tea drawing everyone's attention to it.

"I..um"

"Well what is done is done. With Yugi back and Marik defeated, I think we deserve a break" said Sirius coming to Harry's rescue.

"Amen" said Harry at that his stomach growled causing everyone to laugh.

Little did they know that they were being watched by four members of a biker group trying to get information on them. Well Yugi and Joey as the youngest of the group knew a lot about Harry. They had been friends in the past.

"Well that changes the plans a bit"

"Not to worry, we will still get our hands on two of the Egyptian God cards here. We'll just have to wait to get the third."

"The boss is not going to like this"

"Potter's not going to be a problem, I will deal with him" said the fourth member of the trouble.

"Let's go before they notice us, the boss wants us to remain hidden until we have the god cards then we'll let you deal with Potter"

"Right" smiled the girl looking down at Potter one last time before her partners drove off, one with her in the passenger car. She would duel him soon and she would win. Harry should enjoy this time for soon her master and the great beast would have his soul.

With that ends Going the Distance. Now comes the dragons, I did plan on Harry getting Timaeus at some point in the duel between Yugi and Raphael but decided to give him a new dragon instead. I hope everyone enjoyed the story. Sorry for sounding like a broken record but I do plan on doing a sequel but that will not be for a while since I plan on doing a Harry Potter/Fire Emblem: Awakening Crossover next along with trying to finish other stories that have been posted here.
