Evil Monkey
Nikolai Belinski just couldn't keep his eyes off the dammed thing. The moment he walked into the room that evil wide-eyed big teeth explosived strapped monstrosity was staring at him, in silence.
Several thoughts of a way to deal with the evil monkey toy flooded into his mind, but only a few of them were pleasant. He heard someone walk into the room ahead but he didn't bother to acknowledge the person that entered. All that he needed to know was, why is there a stuffed monkey in the room amonst the weapons?
"Nikolai..."
The Soviet jumped slightly as he wasn't expecting to be spoken too. He forced himself to tear his gaze away from the toy and face whoever was talking to him.
It was Tank Dempsey and he had a slightly confused look on his face. "Is everything alright? Did you drop your vodka again?"
Nikolai's right eye twitched as he clentched his fist. Tank smirked cockily at the Soviet before looking past the Russian. His brows raised in surprise and looked back at Nikolai, the cocky smirk was replaced by a look of confusion.
"Are you having trouble with the monkey again?" He asked.
Nikolai growled and pointed an accusing finger at the ever staring toy, his arm shaking as his nostrils widened. "What is that doing here?" His tone is strained to stay calm and collected.
Dempsey looked like he was trying to stiffen a laugh from the way Nikolai looked, and he covered his mouth in an attempt to conseal it.
"Didn't you hear? Taks and Edward wanted to have a tea party. I have no idea how the doc managed to do it but he's getting everyone involved in it." Tank replied, the pitch of his voice getting higher with each syllable.
If Nikolai didn't know any better he'd say that Tank was laughing... At him! Oh-ho, so that's how he wanted to play eh?
"And what exactly did Richtofen want you to bring to this 'tea party', American?"
Dempsey surpressed a smirk, mentally checking off the responses he could give him to piss him off. So Dempsey picked the one that would most likely get him angry.
"Why the Monkey of course!" He boosted cheerfully, widening his arms with a massive grin that made him look like a maniac.
Nikolai's face quickly turned into a look of horror when the information sunk in. Tank Dempsey is bringing the monkey! The bane of his existance. Oh how he hated that thing.
Before Nikolai could say anything else Dempsey turned and made his way out of the room. Suddenly he stopped and turned halfway to look at the Soviet with a sly smile.
"Oh Nikolai."
The Soviet tilted his head. Patently waiting for the man he respected to continue.
"The tea party we're going, we have to bring something with us. That cute little furball behind you, it's yours."
Nikolai gasped and gave the toy a look of sheer and utter terror, he opened his mouth to complain but Dempsey was already gone. Inhaling deeply Nikolai bravely took a few steps to the toy monkey, feeling completely and utterly scared as its never blinking eyes stared at him.
Unexpectedly, the toy monkey cheerfully yelled out "Hello friend!" to Nikolai.
He screamed like a little girl.
Elsewhere Dempsey had regrouped with Takeo and Richtofen who were leaning casually against a wall. They glanced in his direction when they heard him coming and pushed themselves off the wall. He had a serious look on him.
"Vell?" Richtofen asked, eager to know the outcome of Dempsey 'trip' to Nikolai.
Dempsey suddenly burst out laughing so hard that he had to place a hand against the wall to stop himself from falling to the ground. Not that it helped anyway.
"He totally bought it man!"
