Hello readers. Sorry for the lack of updates. I won't get into everything that came up but here is the next chapter. I am not sure when the next update will be as I live in Florida and we have Hurricane Irma visiting this weekend.
Disclaimer: I own nothing but Jenna and Matthew.

We walked for a bit before I felt the need to turn around and look for Peter and Jasper. Even though Peter told us to go, I had to see them one last time. I needed to sear them in my mind one last time. Just in case something happens to them. I watched as they walked away and disappeared into the crowd. My heart clenched at the thought of them or any of the humans being in danger or even being hurt by this unknown vampire. I kept looking in the distance until I felt a nudge in my side. I turned and looked at Jenna.
'It will be okay. Let's get something to eat.' Jenna said as she pulled me toward the food pavilion.
'Okay. I'm just worried.' I started walking with Jenna.
'They will be fine. You told me they can fight and defend themselves. Right?'
I sighed. 'I know that's what I said. Doesn't stop me from worrying. Let's grab a table and just wait. Hopefully, it won't take long for them to find out about who this vamp is and if he's dangerous.'
We sat and waited for something to happen. Screams of panic from the people here to indicate that something was happening at the other end of the fair. Jenna got us some sodas to drink and I told her the guys would probably be acting different because of the threat. I told her to just go with the flow and Jasper and Peter would keep us safe. Then I left her and myself to our thoughts.
After what felt like a few seconds and few hours at the same time, my phone rang with Peter's name and picture on the screen. I breathed a small sigh of relief that this whole ordeal might be over. I answered the phone and Peter told me to have Jenna and myself come down to the end of game stalls where this unknown vamp was with our guys.
I hung up and told Jenna what Peter had just told me. We got up and made our way down the fairgrounds. I watched as families and couples went about their way not knowing there were human drinking vampires in their mist.
I saw the back of Peter at the end of the lane and I breathed a sigh of relief. He was still in one piece and standing tall. As we got closer, I could see a man facing Peter. This must be the unknown vamp. Peter tensed up as we walked closer to them. I gripped Jenna's hand and pulled her closer to me. We stopped about ten feet away from the vampire standoff. I wasn't sure what to do so I just waited for Peter to speak. About a minute or two later, Peter turned to face us. His face was tight and his eyes dark pools. When he looked at me he had a small smile on his face.
'Hey babe, You doin' good?'
'Yeah. But are we safe?' I gestured toward to the unknown vamp.
Peter gave me a smirk and turned to the mystery vamp.
'Well, Matthew, my lady asked if they are safe here. So, are they?'
At least now I had a name for the vampire. I looked at the new vamp to take in his appearance. He was a few inches shorter than Peter and had dark hair cut like Emmett's. His clothes were dirty. Guess he was more of a nomad.
'Yeah. I'm not hungry. I'll go out later. But the girls are fine.'
'Okay, then. the next phase of the plan, Major?' Peter said clapping his hands together.
I turned to look at Jasper and almost didn't recognize his face. It was hardened and his eyes were black pools of onyx. Darker than Peter's eyes. I was scared at the situation but not of Jasper. No, my brother would never hurt me again.
I was also pissed off. This vampire ruins date night for us and now the guys look like they are ready to tear him apart. I really can't wait for Peter and Jasper to turn Jenna and me. Then we will be unstoppable. And I'll be able to defend myself, my Mate, and my family.
'Move the girls to the truck, Peter. I'll keep our guest company. We'll be along behind you.'
Peter nodded and walked over to us as Jasper moved closer to Matthew. Jasper clasped his hand down hard on Matthew's shoulder, effectively holding him in place. I watched Matthew wince as Jasper's hand gripped his shoulder.
'Come along, ladies. The chariot awaits.'
Peter wrapped an arm around each of our shoulders and guided us toward the exit. As we reached the truck, Peter opened the doors and got me in the passenger seat and Jenna in the back seat of the cab. He had Jenna open the back window. He got in the driver's seat and started the truck up. A few minutes passed and Jasper got in the back and picked Jenna up and placed her on his lap. He situated them so he could look out the back window. Guess Matthew was out there.
'Peter, drive home.' Jasper commanded.
Peter nodded and started driving. I was curious about some things but didn't know if my questions would be answered now. Figured I would bite the bullet and just ask.
I reached over and squeezed Peter's hand. He looked over and smiled. He let go of my hand and reached over pulled me closer to him on the seat.
'What's up, Darlin'?'
'Where's Matthew and what's going to happened to him?'
Jasper growled and I saw him pull Jenna tighter to him.
'He's runnin' behind us. Don't worry about him.'
'Mmmm, okay. But wouldn't it be better if you just turn Jenna and me into vamps.'
Peter swerved the truck and Jasper growled again.
As Peter straightened the truck, he looked down at me and gulped. 'Umm….well Darlin'
