Hey everyone. It has been a long time. I put up the correct one now. I hope you like this one. Again if you do not like it then do not read it. I know that there are going to be mistakes. I am sorry... On to the story.

Going to Hogwarts was pretty easy. Or as easy it is going to be. Snape and I got back to school about a week before everyone else was planning on arriving back. It was a nice time to unpack and get ready for my new school life. I would be living in the Slytherin part of the school most of the time but that is the new rule that comes with having Snape as my parents. I would go up to see my friends but I was only aloud to stay up there for one night at a time, and only if i was doing well in school and not been bad overall. I was really nervous about what my friends were going to say but overall I was happy. I was also ready to meet up with Draco again and goof off. Snape spent the week getting ready for class to start. He reminded me that I was one of the reasons that it was taking so long, because I was at his house ALL summer. I knew that he was being somewhat true and somewhat sarcastic. I laughed at it but was starting to get bored fast, and that was never a good things...

"Snape I am bored"... Harry wined

"Not now Harry, I really need to make this list. I need to know what I need for this school year. After I finished we will go shopping." Snape replied. He did not stop to even look at Harry.

"No fun." Harry made a face at Snape.

"I saw that."

"How?"

"I am a teacher. I see everything."

"Can Draco come over?"

"No."

"Please."

"And look, my answer is still no, and before you ask no."

"I didn't even ask anything."

"I took a guess at your next question. So I said no. I know you are bored and want to go out and do something, but this is really important and i need to get this done."

"Fine sir." Harry replied with a less than enthusiastic tone.

So harry just looked at the world going by him. He wanted to be outside, but he was inside and bored. It took Snape two hours to finish his list of things he was sure to need in the upcoming year. Harry was overjoyed at being able to go into town and do some school shopping because anything was better than being at the school all alone. Harry got everything from potion books, to new robes. Even if shopping was not something that Harry thought was fun, he was happy to be out and about. They continues to shop and even stopped to get ice cream and a small amount of candy. Snape had to go to another store that Harry had no business going into, so he let Harry go get the last little bit of things he needed for school. Harry was finishing up shopping when he ran into Draco.

"Hey Draco." Harry waved as he walked over.

"Hi Harry." Draco's voice was soft and his face was down. He had a hoodie on so no one could see his face. Draco had one black eye, a swollen cheek, slip lip, and that was only on his face. He was told by his father that if the charm wore off to no let people see his face.

"How are you?"

"I am fine." Draco replied equally as soft as before.

"Then look at me." Harry bent down a little to look at his eyes, but Draco moved.

Do not look at me. The charm is wearing off, and father is in a sh*tty mood today, Draco thought to himself.

"Draco I just want to know how you are doing?"

"I cannot talk right now. I have to go. Father is going to be looking for me." Without even as much as a look Draco run off. Harry was curious and fellowed Draco into a dark part of town. It was cold and wet and it was as if you could feel the evil running through the buildings. Harry thought what could Draco and has dad be doing here, other then buying things for school. Harry fellowed Draco and his father into a shop that Harry had never been in. It had a lot of really old looking things in it. Harry made sure that no one saw him as he continued to spy on Draco. He was so sure that Draco had not seen him that he forget to watch out for Lucius.

"Well, what do we have here. A little lost lion in a place that is mostly for snakes. Now if I didn't know any better, I would think that Snape has no idea that you are down here, but I know that you would have asked before you came into this shop." The look on this mans face made Harry want to be sick. He was so happy to have caught Harry and get him into trouble.

"No sir, Snape does not know that I am here. I saw Draco and wanted to talk to him." Harry know it was somewhat if a lie, but he could not tell this sick man the truth. Harry was just truly worried about Draco.

"Well little one, I think we should go find Snape." See what he has to say about this. As they walked to find Snape, Harry watched Draco very closely, and sadly so was Lucius. Every few steps he was hitting Draco with his cane. It was lite hits but I still felt so awful for Draco. He would hit Draco's back and tell him to stand tall, or the back if his neck to look up, and butt to just walk faster. Even though they were lite hits the discomfort was all out Draco's face. All the changes he had to make to please his father was causing great pain for him. It take them about 10 mins to find Snape.

"Snape, my old friend, I think I find your little lost lion."

"It does seem to be that way. I am sorry my friend for putting you through all of this trouble." Snape put on a fake smile.

"No problem at all. I do hope that before school starts that you get a hold of your child, or if you can't then I can come over and give you a few tips." Lucius said with a smirk on his face.

"No I will take care of this." Snape said looking down at Harry. Harry's just looked down as his face turned red. Lucius face went back to being cold.

"Okay then my friend well then Draco and I will be off. Say goodbye Draco."

"Goodbye and see you soon Professor." He nodded to Snape and Harry. Harry wanted nothing more then to run after Draco but as Draco was walking behind his father he stoped for a sec, then turned and looked back. The tears that were streaming down his face broke Harry and Snape's heart. Draco turned and ran to only be 3 steps behind his father.

'Harry, I think it is time for us to go home." Snape said.

"I'm I in trouble Harry asked with not more then a whisper."

"I do not think we sure talk about this right now, but no your not in a lot of trouble." Snape turned and nodded for Harry to follow. They slowly made it back to the school.

They were sitting in the living room area of Snape's school housing hours later.

"So do you care to explain why you were caught by Lucius?"

"I was wanting to see why Draco looked so sad?"

"Harry, child, Draco is always sad or scared around his dad. It has been that way for many years. I think he was four years old when he really started to show signs of the abuse."

"Have you ever wanted to adopt Draco."

"Why?"

"It just want to know. I know Draco loves and cares for you. He trust you more than his father. You are not as hard on him as his father either."

"I have wanted to adopt Draco, but it is hard when he has two parents that are alive. Then with his Father holding a important position just adds to the difficult. I do not think that I could even get close to adopting him and if Lucius losses trust in me then I will never be able to help."

"Oh okay..."

"What are you thinking?"

"I just feel bad for Draco. I saw him today and he looked so lost and scared. No one should have to feel that way."

"I know Harry. I hope that one day you trust me." Snape stated

"I... I do trust you. You are hard on me sometimes. There are time that I do not understand why you are hard on me, but I think you have a good reasoning. I do not what to be in trouble all the time with you."

"Speaking if being hard on you. I am disappointed that you went into a dark part of town. So I want you to go stand in the corner for 20 mins then come back and talk with me."

"Yes sir."Harry replied with his head down but did not fight back. This is one of the times that he does feel like he is in the wrong. After the 20 mins was up Snape called for him to come out and sit down.

"Harry, do you think you earned a spanking?" Snape asked with this look on his face that made Harry really think about how he answered this. It wasn't the normal look that he earned with a spanking but one that he was really asking. Harry looked down because deep, deep down somewhere he know that he earned the spanking for walking into a danger part of town and being caught by Draco's father.

"Yes I do. I think after everything today that I earned a spanking."

"Then come here son." Snape stated. Snape was a little bit surprised that Harry felt that away but was happy about them not fighting about it. Harry got up and laid himself over Snape's lap. Harry I am not going to lecture you about this because you know what you did wrong today. I am going to let you keep your pants and boxers because you did not fight.

"Yes sir."

The spanking was fast and over in only a few mins. Harry was surprised by this.

"Was that all sir." Harry asked with his red face but without tears falling. They were about to fall but he had stopped them.

"Yes that is it, but it is late and way past your bedtime. You need to go to your room and get ready for bed. Ill be up to turn off the light in the next ten minutes."

"Okay." Harry replied and ran off to bed. By the time Snape made his way to Harry's room he was out. So Snape turned off the light and went to his room. What I am going to do about Draco. I feel it I dont act soon Draco is going to end up dead somewhere.
