Best Way To Start The Day

Sam woke up when noise interrupted his sleep, he soon realised it was Dean singing in the shower. Sam just laid there, warm under the covers, listening to his brothers voice. Dean had a really good voice and could turn it to anything, his choice, or rather the radios choice that morning was Nickelbacks 'Gotta Be Somebody', another band that Dean claimed rocked on occasion.

Even over the fall of the water Sam could clearly make out the words of the verse Dean was now singing,

'Tonight,

out on the street,

out in the moonlight,

and damn it this feels too right,

it's just like déjà vu,

see standing here with you,

so I'll be holding my breath,

could this be the end?,

Is it that moment when I'll find the one,

that I'll spend forever with?'

As Dean burst into the chorus he must have gotten out the shower because Sam could no longer hear the water. Sam was really struggling to want to open his eyes, let reality crash in on him, he could spend the rest of his life here. Just then the bathroom door opened as Dean began on the final lines. Sam, having listened to most of it with his eyes shut, imaging Dean singing in the shower, opened his eyes to view the live show, finding that that reality was better than his imagination,

'No body wants to go it on their own,

Everyone wants to know their not alone.'

Dean sang as he rooted through his bag, wearing only a white towel around his waist, the water, dripping from his hair, running down the entire length of his body, highlighting every toned muscle.

'There's somebody else that feels the same somewhere,

there's gotta be someone for me out there,

'cause everyone wants to feel like someone cares,

there's somebody else that feels the same somewhere,

there's gotta be somebody for me out there.'

Dean finished with a sideways look a Sam,

"Enjoying the show there, little brother?"

"Well you do but on one hell of a show." Sam said, sitting up as Dean walked over to the double bed, leaning down, catching Sam's lips with his own.

"Good morning Sammy." he said with a smile before moving off to get dresses.

"Morning to you too Dean." Sam said, getting up and heading to the bathroom.

'That's got to be the best way to start a morning.' Sam thought to himself as he stepped into the shower.
