Prologue

Pretend Dating – noun – usually an agreement between two people to act as if in a relationship with one another. This is done to achieve desired results. Such as:

1.) Make ex jealous

2.) Make the person you like jealous

3.) Win a bet

4.) Be free from annoying admirers who just won't leave you alone

5.) Prevent an arranged marriage

6.) Etc.

There are also situations wherein one is unaware of any pretend taking place. Usually, the other person has a bet with a third party. For more information on this type of pretend dating, see lying bastard.

Now, would you look at that? Pretend dating has been proven useful in the worst situations. Remember the couple you saw holding hands a while ago? They were obviously pretending. Did you not see the cringe that passed the girl's face when he held her hand? Or the way the guy looked at this other girl who passed by, as if she was the most precious thing in the world? His eyes were practically screaming at her to notice him. For her to get affected by the fact that he was going out with another girl.

Did you see those obvious signs of pretend dating? Clearly not.

It's been done in the past and is being used until now.

Past, check. Present, check. Future? Definitely.

If this is the case, then why is it that there isn't a freaking guide anywhere on the face of the earth that tells people the right way it's done? No wonder a lot of these plans have failed. I mean, who can you turn to in these situations? Your diary? Hah. Unless it's one like Tom Riddle's, a piece of paper won't give you any useful advice.

Well worry no more because I, Haruno Sakura, have posted this guide for everyone to understand how this whole shindig works. Please note that this guide is based from a real life experience from yours truly. Of course every couple is different, but here are the basics for your own perusal.
