I felt a trickle of sweat run down my cheek. This was not like me. I, Leo Valdez, am nervous just to go up on stage and sing a song to Piper McLean. In case you've haven't notice, I have a little "thing" for that daughter of Aphrodite. "And up is... LEO VALDEZ! From the Hephaestus cabin!" said Chiron. Well, here goes.
"Hi, I'm Leo Valdez." I said while I was rubbing my hair.
"We know you're Leo Valdez! Sing the song already!" A demigod from the Apollo cabin said. Harsh much?
"Fine, but first thing; this song is dedicated to Piper McLean." After I said that, everyone turned their heads toward Piper and Aphrodite sons and daughters 'awwed' and 'ohhed.'
