Like the first time I saw him

It was exactly like the first time I saw him. His long brown hair went down perfectly on the shoulders and followed his movements. Just like that time, his hair follows gracefully after his elegant way of moving. The students around me scream their lungs out. I just stand among them with a piercing staring gaze so that I don't show that I am just as happy as they are. I can't take away my cold mask from my face because he would notice it immediately. If I show my soft weak side, I would lose and I can't do that because we are sworn enemies after all.

He wears the white school uniform that fits perfectly on his muscular body as if it was designed only for him. The way he talks and the way he walks is pleasing to the eye. You can clearly see that he was the spoilt rich kid that always got the things he wanted.

His dark, brown, secret eyes reveal a complete different story. They are filled with emptiness and sorrow. He tries not to show it but I know that he hides it, deep inside, faraway from everybody else. His false smile doesn't show what happened when he was younger and the heavy burden that he was forced to carry and still carries.

Suddenly the crowd pushes me forward and I fall directly into the ground in front of him. He offers me his hand to help me up but I rise quickly and I avoid to look at him. When he doesn't leave I curiously turn my head against him.

"In high spirits as always, I see." He says with his false smile on his lips.

"Just go away!" I answer angrily. "Go and destroy someone else's life!" His already sad eyes got watery and his false smile transforms into a straight line. He doesn't say anything more, he turns away from me and the he leaves.

I know that I shouldn't have said that, I didn't want to hurt his feelings even more but we are still enemies.

Nothing can change that.
