"Happy Valentine's Day everyone. For this holiday I made this for you all. I hope you all enjoy it. I own nothing in this fic and technically I don't own Katrina as she isn't a slave."

You're just what I needed

The two Autobots observed the night sky from the cliffside. There were much more stars seen from Monster Island than back in the overlit city.

Optimus had one of his arms wrapped around her waist and was holding her close.

Katrina had her legs curled up and the back of her head placed on his chest.

Katrina glanced at Optimus to see he had his optics locked on her.

"Don't you like the sky?" She asked.

"Yes, but you're an even nicer sight." Optimus answered.

"The stars do remind me of you." Optimus said. "Beauty that time and fate can't alter and a everlasting glow."

Katrina's smile grew greater with his words.

"The only big difference is, there are many stars and you are one of a kind." He continued.

Her smile grew more if that was even possible.

"I don't know what I'd ever do without you Optimus." Katrina said. "You're the best thing that life has ever given me."

Optimus smiled back just as she did.

"You don't need to worry." He replied. "You have my word that I will never leave your side."

"I won't leave yours either." Katrina said. "You mean too much to me."

Optimus stroked her side with the hand on the arm that wrapped around her.

"You know Katrina, I always needed someone like you." He said. "Someone I can express my feelings on, someone who I can always rely on to heal pain I experienced in the past."

"It's quite a fine line between coincidence and irony." Katrina replied. "Those are some of the reasons why I need you as well."

"I suppose two negatives cancel each other out." Optimus said.

"Nothing could even come close to replacing you Optimus." she said.

Katrina traced her face up his chest.

"I never thought I'd say this before I met you but you're the only thing I'd even dare to give freedom up for." Optimus told her.

That was quite a thing to hear him say and Katrina knew it.

"I feel kind of guilty about that." Katrina replied.

"Don't feel guilty." Optimus answered. "You really are worth it."

Her smile just wouldn't cease to be.

He always made her feel so special.

"I really do love you Optimus. You know that right?" Katrina asked.

"Yes Katrina." He replied while taking off his faceplate. "And I love you."

The two then brought their faces together and kissed deeply.

Soon Katrina laid down on her back while Optimus moved himself over her.

His glossa traced her lips and entered as soon as she opened them.

Deeper and deeper the kiss went until finally Optimus pulled away and said.

"Let's continue this back in our quarters."

Katrina nodded.

With that Optimus slowly unwrapped his arm around her and rose to his feet.

Katrina got on her feet as well.

Optimus snaked his arm around her again and the two headed back to the base knowing they will be together forever and that nothing will ever tear them apart.
