"911 how can I help you." A voice said on the phone.

"I need help." A little voice said.

"What is the problem?" the women asked concerned about the young voice on the phone.

"My math." Little Kayla said.

"Mouth?" the women said not understanding the girl.

"No, my math." Kayla said.

"Math?" the women asked.

"Yes."

"So what is the problem?"

"I can't do my math." Kayla smiled.

"Let me help you." The women said. "What is one of the problems?"

"16."

"Okay." The women smiled.

"minus 8." Kayla said reading her math problem.

"Well, what do you think it is?" The police officer asked.

"Um….one?"

"no, that one is a tricky one." She smiled. "What is another one?"

"5 minus 5." Kayla said.

"Do you think you know that one?" the dispatcher asked.

"5." The little girl said into the phone.

"How old are you?" the women asked.

"I. I am four." Kayla admitted to the women.

"Kayla. What are you doing?" Ziva asked coming into the kitchen.

"The police officer is helping me with my math." She smiled holding the phone to her ear.

"What?"

"You said to call if I needed help." Kayla said matter of factly.

"Not the police!" Ziva said taking the phone from Kayla.

That Night

"How was your day?" Tony asked Ziva as they got into bed.

"You will never guess what your daughter did." Ziva said pulling the bedding back.

"Why when she does something wrong she is my daughter but when it is something right, she is your daughter?" Tony asked.

"Tony, just guess." Ziva said.

"I don't know, tell me." Tony said lying under the covers and pulling his wife closer to him.

"She called 911 to help her with her math problems." Ziva smiled.

"She what?"

"You heard me. I told her to call if she needed help, so she got the phone and called 911 for help." Ziva laughed.

"That is a first." Tony smiled.

"She is your daughter." Ziva said.

"O really. Why is that?" Tony asked placing his lips on Ziva's head.

"She had the same blank look on her face as I tried to explain that she wasn't allowed to do that anymore." Ziva smiled.

"Hey what blank look?" Tony asked.

"The one you are giving me right now." Ziva smiled. "Go to sleep. You can talk to your daughter about that in the morning."

"Alrighty, but you have to admit, it is pretty cute." Tony said.

"Pretty cute indeed." Ziva smiled getting as close as she could to Tony and falling asleep.
