Speak Again, Bright Angel
If Terri's going to be typecast as the typical Juliet, casted as such because of her golden hair and blue eyes, then she wants no other than one William Schuester to be her Romeo. She down-right refuses when the drama teacher Mr. Robinson tells her that Will doesn't even do Drama and can't Tony Andrews please play her Romeo instead, stomping her little feet and shaking her golden tressles. Terri has always gotten her way, and that isn't going to stop now.
So Mr. Robinson sighs, shakes his head at a sadden Tony Andrews, and walks out the door in search of William Schuester. Terri beams happily and takes a seat on the teacher's desk, dangling her feet in mid-air as she hums softly, finger twirled around her hair.
This is the position her teacher and his new companion find her in, William Schuester gazing softly at the class, his curls perfectly settled on his head. She longs to tug softly on them, but restrains herself, smiling softly as he approaches her.
"You must be Terri," he says, returning her grin with one of his own. She nods softly, smoothing down her plaid skirt nervously.
This is wrong, so wrong. Terri Delmonico never ever gets nervous, especially not around boys. She had learnt how to hold her own from a very young age, and had strutted confidently down the halls of McKingley High from the day she had first entered.
"William Schuester," she replies, tucking a stray strand of hair behind her ears. His eyes follow her finger's progress, before snapping back to her face.
He coughs softly, shaking his head. "Just Will actually." He runs his hand through his hand softly, looking down at her.
She nods softly.
William Schuester is the first guy to make her nervous, so he must be special. And Terri is going to do everything in her power to make that specialness shown when he enters the stage as the Romeo to her Juliet.
She glances down at the open page of the book clasped in her hands, eyes scanning the words.
"O, speak again, bright angel, for thou art
As glorious to this night, being o'er my head,
As is a winged messenger of heaven."
She meets eyes with Will and smiles softly.
Oh yes, he is the Romeo to her fair Juliet.
Quote obviously taken from Romeo & Juliet, so therefore, I don't own yes? Reviews areeeeeee nice!
